07/07/2025: We had dinner on July 4th for our wedding anniversary and the experience was truly great. The staff who served us were kind, fast and attentive to our requests. The wine recommended by the owner's son was of great quality as was everything we ate. Truly an experience to be repeated soon. Well done and compliments to everyone

13/07/2025: Lunch for seven, we almost all ordered entrecote. Price: €28 for 300g (only on the menu). Despite being rare, it was dry, flavorless, and without any side dishes. Grilled thighs: a portion fit for a two-year-old. Final price for entrecote + side dishes + a medium beer: €45 each. It seems excessive for the quality and quantity.

06/06/2025: We visited most gelaterias in Alassio. This one was recommended by local (the adorable couple that runs the magnificent restaurant La Vela), and it really stood out from the rest! Kids an grown-ups all preferred this place. Texture and flavors where amazing, in a non-describable way. It must simply be experienced! 🙏👌💪🥰

29/06/2025: Very nice place, where you eat well at fairly fair prices for Liguria. Slightly slow service and small initial mix-up because they hadn't marked my reservation (all resolved within 10 minutes). We will definitely be back

04/06/2025: Terrible experience. We order and he forgets my beer. I point it out and all annoyed, he decides that instead of an amber draft, I should have had a bottled lager poured all into a glass. He leaves it in front of me without saying anything and leaves. Speechless. Then the pizzas arrive. We sincerely hoped for better. We all left them miserably on the plate. Never in my life have I left a piece of pizza behind. Far from light. After seven hours that it still gets on me... Good job, see you never again.

13/06/2025: Noi possiamo ritenerci utilizzatori assidui del ristorante e proprio per questo mi sento di dire che la qualita', il servizio e l' accoglienza che offrono Manu e Maury non e paragonabile allo standard, loro offrono molto di più, loro mettono davvero Amina eCuore in tutto quello che fanno per fare si che i clienti vivano l esperienza migliore. Carta amplissima pesce carne e primi home made, servizio eccellente e una carta dei vini da invidiare. Provare per credere.

01/06/2025: È la 2a volta quest'anno che vado in questo locale per gustare della carne senza riuscirci, perché la cucina ha problemi o bloccata. Ma i piatti continuano ad uscire dalla cucina. (Bollitore,grill,fornelli accesi) Essendo del mestiere con 42 anni di esperienza sono molto attento ai particolari. Dov'è l'inghippo? Siamo antipatici o non vogliono i miei soldi?

27/04/2025: Intanto bisogna sottolineare che il ristorante Nove opera in un doppio patrimonio architettonico e ambientale: Villa della Pergola profonde storia (storie) e alta cultura britannica, il parco la esalta al punto da avvicinarci al concetto di "Paradiso terrestre". È questo contesto che ci introduce alla pura eleganza senza fronzoli della sala ristorante. Siamo ben disposti e curiosi, anche se è un ritorno, per scoprire le novità apportate dal giovane e valente Chef Antonio Romano, prima stella conseguita a 26 anni. Ci accoglie personale, soprattutto maschile, alcuni con belle barbe corporate, di notevole professionalità, sottolineata anche da un abbigliamento di gusto. Servizio eccellente, illustrazione dei vari piatti chiara nonostante la difficoltà a comprendere i vari ingredienti. Il tutto è coordinato e diretto da Francesca, perfetta espressione della famiglia Ricci proprietaria di questo Paradiso, sempre in entusiasmante evoluzione con richiami a Calvino e a Carlo Levi. Lo Chef conferma la sua ricerca geniale facendoci scoprire ingredienti dai nomi sconosciuti come levistico, kefir, berbere', o composti come il curry ligure, l'hummus di ceci neri e limetta, estrazione di arachidi salati, broccoli al barbecue, emulsione di cavoli neri (base di superbi spaghetti con gamberi viola). Basta scorrere il menù alla carta per capire che siamo in partenza per un sublime viaggio sensoriale ed emotivo. Le piccole "entrées" sono capolavori di gusto così come il ricco repertorio di prodotti da forno eseguiti in casa proposti con olio e burro squisiti di cui non ricordiamo le particolarità. Per il dessert abbiamo confermato la scelta della visita precedente: La Cabossa con cremoso di latticello di pecora brigasca e aneto, mousse di pera e gelato all’aneto. Magistrale! Carta dei Vini emozionante, noi abbiamo apprezzato il Ca'del Bosco 2019 Dosage Zero. Va sottolineato che tutto questo è possibile viverlo solo se si è in buona compagnia. E noi lo eravamo!
