Every year for a special event, for about 10 years, I've found myself stopping by La Capannina. It's a familiar, down-to-earth atmosphere, a place that takes you back in time because, let's face it, you don't need a modern setting full of unnecessary items and overly decorated plates lacking in taste and modernity...when you sit down to eat, you need substance, flavors, company, and the entire La Capannina staff to make you feel at home. I've had dinner twice and really enjoyed it.
I had pizza once and wasn't thrilled.
Fast and attentive service.
The girls who work there are very kind.

Good dinner...even the seafood. Off-center location with ideal temperatures at the outdoor tables, particularly appreciated considering the warm temperatures of the period. Good variety on the menu. Prices are average for the Riviera despite the location. We'll return for the Valencian paella (a mix of meat and fish, but with a choice)...but make sure to book in advance! Well done, congratulations, congratulations!

In the Osteria or Trattoria category, this place rightfully belongs among the landmarks.
I also tried their paella experience.
It was a truly exceptional experience, capped off with a delicious crema catalana.
Finally, we stayed with our camper in their parking lot because their welcome was human and extremely friendly.
What more can I say? Thank you so much, it was a wonderful evening!

The food is excellent and the service is wonderful and attentive to customer requests but both of these, combined, cannot counterbalance the "unfriendly" (euphemism) attitude of the owner which is why I gave 1 star to Amb.

We had a great time, the food was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful, the staff was kind and friendly. I recommend the fish ravioli (very tasty and well-filled) and the fried fish, a good portion but very tasty. The pizzas were tasty and generous, the dough was good, and the tiramisu was exceptional! Reservations are recommended.
