06/06/2025: Portovenere is paradise on earth, we were in this enchanted place at the end of May 2025, on a warm, breezy and bright day. The sky and the sea blended into a single blue background and we were in love and happy, full of gratitude for this wonderful world. The sea is our home and we would like to return there, forever. If you say Portovenere, you say Iseo, a beautiful restaurant on the seafront where we rested our limbs after visiting the village and waiting for the sun on the beach. 01/05/2025: Tanta roba questo ristorante. Davide è un caterpillar, qualità del cibo altissima. La bagna verde l’hanno brevettata. Non ha bisogno di commenti, bisogna solo provarla. 08/04/2025: Attention: the phone number does not exist, on Google it was open but we went to the restaurant on the evening of 3/4/2025 and the tables were overturned, the restaurant was closed and without notices of reopening. 07/06/2025: The place is really nice, simple but very comfortable. The food is very tasty and not the usual things. Starting from the miserable portions, obscene to say the least. I took the tortellini, on my plate there were 10 COUNTED. For 13 euros I do not expect dishes from the New Year's Eve, but the right amount. And then the waitress, an air of superiority, of the either or nothing type. I will definitely not return, so as not to feel like a burden.

16/04/2025: Great little neighborhood restaurant, lots of locals and family atmosphere, excellent value for money, a first course of pasta with either tomato or pesto sauce, second course of a meatball stuffed with eggplant and cheese, where meat is served with a plate of salad or a bean dish, a delight. For only €13 per menu. The menu changes every day to do without hesitation.

18/06/2025: Tuesday 17th June, dinner, me, my wife and her brother, we ate like crazy 😂, fried frogs, stuffed muscles, Testaroli and meat and a bottle of wine!

17/06/2025: Very nice environment surrounded by greenery. Excellent friendly and attentive service. The fried eels and the grilled meat were delicious. Too bad the frogs were completely without salt. Fair price. Definitely worth returning.

14/05/2025: wat een leuke "snackbar". Ze hebben hier van alles gefrituurd. Patat, mozzarella balletjes, garnalen, inktvis, vis, groente noem maar op. Geweldig. Ook veel keuze uit sauzen. Dit zouden we hier in Nederland ook moeten hebben. Dan ga ik vermoedelijk wel vaker naar de snackbar dan de 1 keer per jaar dat ik nu ga ;) Aanrader voor een snelle hap.

14/06/2025: Stasera sono stato al ristorante con la mia famiglia, il ristorante offre un’ottima vista e un’ottimo servizio, sul quale mi voglio fermare per fare i complimenti ai camerieri per la professionalità che mettono nel loro lavoro, perché invogliano i clienti a tornare. Il cibo è davvero di ottima qualità. Si sente la freschezza del pesce.

Then delicious spaghetti with clams and fried fish. Plus convenient parking on the other side of the road and super affordable prices. Absolutely recommended!
