As for the food, I only had to give it a 5 because I couldn't give it more, because the pizza is the best in all of Chiavari, and I've tried them all. The service is very good, and the staff is helpful and polite. The decor is simple but very charming, and the price is average, but the pizzas are worth it! :)

Congratulations, both for the kindness and the quality of the food. Simplicity is its strong point. A small and welcoming place, it really gives off a family feel where it's pleasant to spend an evening in company.

17/04/2026: Highly recommended butcher shop. I bought some fillet to grill and make tartare. Butter. I also bought some cured meats and buffalo mozzarella! I haven't found anything this good, even in Milan. The gentleman serving me at the counter was super nice!

Pizzeria il Torchio

20/04/2026: Excellent pizzeria in Pontedecimo. Good pizza, good service, a slightly chaotic but popular atmosphere. Highly recommended.
19/04/2026: Extensive menu with a wide selection of pizzas and traditional meat, fish, and vegetable dishes. Generous portions, beautifully plated and tasty. Attentive and friendly staff. Rustic and clean atmosphere. There are two problems: one is the noise in the restaurant. You can't actually talk to the person sitting next to you due to the loud noise in the room. The other is the food service: the last time we went, there were eight of us. We all ordered dishes, not pizzas. The last person received their cut of meat after the first person had long since finished their fried fish. You can't wait half an hour between the first and last person receiving their dish, and you should try to serve the dishes of the various diners at the tables in a much shorter time. I understand the crowds, but it's part of the proper way to serve and allow diners to enjoy their dinner.
