We had dinner at this restaurant where we were warmly welcomed. The restaurant also has outdoor seating in one of the alleys in the center of Chiavari. The house-made fried fish was wonderful, with the freshest fish and cod meatballs with superb homemade mayonnaise. We continued with first courses, including fresh homemade gnocchi with
squid ink, shrimp, and zucchini, and the delicious traditional trofie with pesto! The tiramisu cake was a spectacle, invented by the owner and absolutely worth trying! I should add that the wine list is very interesting, but we asked the owner for advice on the wine selection!

Excellent wine, excellent food, and excellent service. Antonio is a gracious host who makes you feel at home, welcoming you with kindness and courtesy. This is an absolutely unmissable gastronomic stop in Chiavari.

I think it's the best value restaurant in the entire Levant. If I could give it more stars, I would. Delicate dishes with respect for the ingredients; every bite is an explosion of flavor. It doesn't leave a heavy impression, and you leave with a smile and a desire to return. If you don't go, you're truly missing out on a treasure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Very friendly staff
Excellent food
Whenever we go to Varazze, we can't miss dining at this restaurant.
This year we went for lunch on Easter Monday, and as always, it didn't disappoint.

You'll find an excellent selection of wines, and sommelier Gabriele will recommend them based on your preferences. Clarabella Brut. The open kitchen makes you want to crane your neck to browse. The dishes are cooked to order; I chose the fried fish of the day: red shrimp, baby cuttlefish, and anchovies, all laid out on a sheet of unbleached paper. The dessert, a chocolate cake, and finally, since I didn't drink the whole bottle... just a cork and off you go... Wine Bag
PS: You must book.

We were treated to a complimentary dinner at this restaurant. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Everything was excellent. We'll be back very soon.

Nice place, very much like a wine bar.
We were particularly pleased with the food.
The fried fish of the day was superb, very fresh fish. Definitely worth trying when available.
The only small flaw is that, being a wine-focused restaurant, I expected them to let us taste it and explain it a little more thoroughly.
The staff were very polite, but it would be nice if they were warmer.
Otherwise, it's definitely a great place to visit, and I'll happily return.

A very nice, intimate, and welcoming place. Not many seats, but well-distributed.
We had a good lunch, choosing fried fish with anchovies, pink shrimp, calamari, and gurnard, light and not greasy.
Followed by black gnocchi topped with monkfish, excellent.
For dessert, a fruit tart, actually made with jam, but good, and tiramisu!
A bottle of quality Ligurian Vermentino... the wine prices are reasonable, but a bit on the high end.
A restaurant worth considering!
