10/11/2025: This is an exceptional restaurant and should be a must stop if you are visiting Bolsena. The menu is unique and utterly delicious. The service is friendly and outstanding and the atmosphere is very relaxed and charming. Prices were reasonable as well, especially considering the experience and service.

16/09/2025: Located on a narrow street in the upper part of Bolsena's historic center, we dined on the street as evening fell. Special mention goes to the pork fillet with apples and a honey and balsamic vinegar reduction. The baked calamari was excellent. The atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Congratulations!

28/09/2025: Great team, great service, really quaint. Super friendly, thoughtful, and quick owner. The pizzas, paninis, and other antipasti are delicious. It's not fancy, but it has a great Italian flair. The price is fair for the food and drinks, Card payment accepted. I'd happily go back to Flávio's anytime.

24/08/2025: A young couple has been running the place for a few months. We enjoyed an aperitif lunch with a delicious cold cuts platter served with edible flowers and some good craft beers (see photo), captivated by the location and the good music at the right volume. Andrea told us how the idea for this venture came about, and we wanted to learn more: so we organized a tasting in their "cellar" with four local wines and cold cuts and cheese platters. A very positive experience!

23/08/2025: I knew I could get delicious ice cream in Italy. But Lolla Gelato takes it to the next level! They celebrate this art. Every flavor I tried was outstanding. Not overly sweet, not artificial, not watered down. Rather, it was a symphony of natural and, above all, local flavors, like blackberry, fig, or peach. For me, one of the best ice cream parlors in the world! Excellent, keep up the good work!

05/11/2025: Very good food for a fair price. The Pici Al tartufo and the spaghetti Al pesto were amazing, one of the most delicious pasta we had in Italy. Sadly I was too hungry and forgot to take pictures, but if you are in the area this is a right pick! The service could be better, the waitress was too focused on serving and didn’t interacted nor recommended anything but that was ok.

02/11/2025: Hotel directly on the lake, very friendly and helpful staff. The deluxe room was brand new and modern, with attention to every detail. It's a shame that the Huns had already arrived for breakfast at 8:30, leaving little choice, but the hotel still deserves all five stars.

The balcony was great. Dinner at the hotel was good. Breakfast was quite weak. Anyway, a great overnight stay for one night on a motorbike. 👍

20/10/2025: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria in Bolsena, in the province of Viterbo. The place is truly charming, a mix between an Irish pub and a medieval pub, but surprisingly, they also do pizza. The tap list is fairly basic, but the beers are well-tasted. They also have Guinness, which is a plus. Now let's talk about the food: the pizza is gigantic and incredibly good, with excellent ingredients and a very light dough (though the pizza was anything but light, given the heavy toppings). The staff is friendly and the prices are fair.

21/09/2025: Lovely little trattoria right on the shore, beautiful views over lake Bolsena. The food and atmosphere were great. We had two courses with wine and beer for €30 each. The staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.

08/11/2025: The stilt room overlooking the lake is charming. Service is quick and the food is good. The bathroom is a bit inconvenient; you may have to wait in line. The view is beautiful. Reservations are recommended. Parking is inconvenient and paid, 500 meters away.
