19/03/2024: Very nice restaurant, few seats, with refined cuisine and delicate taste! We let ourselves be advised by a very kind lady who followed us for the entire duration of lunch! highly recommended!!!

26/04/2024: Our motorbike broke down in Viterbo and they recommended Quinzi to us.... They were super efficient, they picked us up with their vehicle and fixed the bike in half a day. A special thanks to Mirko who took care of the motorbike and saved our holiday. Thanks also to Davide and Marco for their professionalism. We highly recommend it, plus the shop is well stocked and multi-brand. We also made an estimate for the new motorbike given how we were treated 😊

14/04/2024: Il locale serve a menù fisso 45 euro una quantità di portate davvero esaustiva e curata. Si mangia pesce raffinato, preparato con cura e creatività . Massima gentilezza dei camerieri e del padrone. Veniamo da anni e ogni volta è un piacere tornare

24/03/2024: I have rarely had such a good time in a restaurant. A Sunday lunch that remains in our hearts and that we will absolutely repeat. Excellent food from first to last course. The intimate and friendly service, we forgot we were in a restaurant because we felt at home. 30/03/2024: I visited my family in Italy. Some relatives live in Sutri and my sister-in-law bought me the “coppiette piccanti” at Antica Norcineria Bomarsi. Really spicy and really good!

28/03/2024: Cuisine with real flavors like in the past, Alfredo the innkeeper is a friendly person, always ready to suggest the right dishes. If you've never been, then I can't recommend you give it a try, you'll definitely be back. They are flavors that remain in your memory, like the Cacio e pere candies, my favorite first course.

02/04/2024: Nothing special. Normal dishes with prices a little high for what we ate. The portion sizes are very small in my opinion. The thing I didn't like was also the constant observation by the staff and the owner to hurry up and clear the table in a bit too much of a hurry.

30/03/2024: Good pici with amatriciana sauce, fettuccine with wild boar ragù pure but too spicy. However, I didn't like the rabbit with porchetta with too much pepper covering the flavor of the rabbit. Fast, efficient and kind service. Price normal

02/04/2024: Day spent in Sutri, we were looking for a special aperitif and we found it, but then.... it ended up that we had dinner there!!! Beautiful location in a period building in the center of Sutri, with an external veranda, for the period. The menu is particular, divided between cold and hot dishes, the refined cuisine, Italian but with oriental fusion notes and more. Positive note for the desserts and the cellar with natural wines and for the friendly and professional service, in particular Luca, who was able to advise us on the wines and welcomed us kindly... both upon our arrival and later, when we asked if we could stay and have dinner, even though we hadn't booked (being a holiday). Highly recommended, both for an aperitif and for a dinner. Good value for money, we will definitely be back!!!

02/04/2024: Trattoria was renovated last year, a truly pleasant and welcoming place but believe me that even before the renovation we went back a thousand times, super friendly staff specifically Maria who always served us and was always pleasant and attentive. The food is very kind. truly a spectacle and I must say excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. Elena

25/03/2024: Despite not being a seaside place, I had a simply wonderful fish lunch the first time, the second time I tasted a land menu and everything was excellent, good service, availability, very clean and very nice and welcoming environment... a place that DJs I will definitely be back often
