07/10/2025: I walked in and there was no one at the counter. I mean, no one. I called, no answer. After 5 minutes, a young girl came in through the front door...she apologized. So I could have gotten a chocolate or something...maybe no one would have noticed.

25/10/2025: The roast chickens are good. The pizza is good. The fried foods are good. Everything is OK.

20/09/2025: We didn't eat there, but it was a lifesaver because we met a man there who helped us restart a car with battery problems. Thank you, because it's a crossroads of good fortune.

11/12/2025: The pizza was too thin and tough, perhaps with a small amount of dough. They let out too much dough, which is why it wasn't appreciated. The appetizer was unsatisfactory, and the dessert mix was to be avoided. All of this was out of line with the cost and quality.

01/03/2026: Back after several years. Key points: The €15 fixed menu on Sunday was truly plentiful and excellent. Specifically, I ordered lasagna (and I'm very critical when it comes to lasagna, but it was truly good and plentiful), stew, and potatoes, without realizing the size of the portions. Nevertheless, I finished everything with gusto, because it was truly delicious. The only flaw was the supplì (ordered separately, not from the fixed menu): they were cold and, in any case, not exceptional (I remember well how they made them a few years ago, since we always loved them, and something has certainly changed). However, no big deal, you can't always be perfect in everything. We also ordered grilled chicken breast, cutlet, and fries, and it was all very good. Price: for three of us, including drinks, coffee, and ice cream, €60 total! Since we left really full and satisfied, it seems like a very fair price, especially on a Sunday. Parking: that's a sore point, but it's not due to the restaurant itself. Unfortunately, the area is well known for its scarcity and constant parking, at any time of day or night. Like almost all of Velletri. In any case, a quick stroll after a delicious meal is a good thing. Service: The staff was quick and courteous, despite the place being quite busy and crowded. The food arrived in a more than acceptable amount of time and without a hitch. I wanted to give it 4.5 stars, taking half off only for the supplì, but you can't give half stars. Still, consider it a 4.5. If you go back to the delicious supplì of the past, I'll give it a full 5 stars 😅 Jokes aside, overall, I definitely recommend it. I'll be back to try other dishes, and definitely the pizza (they don't serve it at lunch).

10/02/2026: Good bar, but staff who were more attentive to customer needs, more empathy, and more kindness would make the difference!

09/02/2026: A seemingly promising bar. We ordered drinks and something to eat for an aperitif, asking the bartender to put any raw appetizers like cured meats or salmon on a separate plate, specifying that the request was prompted by the fact that there was a pregnant woman at the table who couldn't eat those foods. Two identical plates were brought to our table, with a mix of appetizers, some with unclear toppings, and bruschetta with smoked salmon. The waitress was asked if all the food on the plates was cooked, and she casually replied that it was. Then we pointed out the salmon, and the waitress replied that it was smoked salmon and that everything should be cooked. When we emphasized the reason and importance of the request, the waitress responded, verbatim and in an annoyed tone, "And don't eat it," without showing the slightest intention of making up for the poor service they had caused. Zero customer care.

20/11/2025: I've been a customer for at least 15 years! I celebrated my graduation a few days ago with an entirely vegetarian menu! I was extremely satisfied with the fresh, delicious, home-made food, and my guests (even though they're not vegetarians like me) were all satisfied too. Highly recommended.

06/02/2026: Salty... From the food to the bill Besides the long wait, the appetizers were sparse and not for everyone, and the food was very salty. It's absurd that a restaurant, despite reservations, only had four tagliata (a type of cut of meat)... These were also extremely salty. The wait was unnerving because we had several servings. Finally, the price was also steep. We paid 40 euros per person, but it's worth much less. Avoid.

11/10/2025: The simple and very friendly welcome immediately puts you at ease in a quiet and well-kept environment. The menu is tasty, delicious, and extensive!!! The pizzas, both classic and specialty, are of excellent quality in terms of dough and toppings. You're spoiled for choice: large but light, something for every palate. Gian Paolo, in addition to being an excellent pizza chef and ready to satisfy every need, is exquisitely kind and always smiling. His mother, a lovely lady, makes super delicious cookies. And the beers and liqueurs are special... Stop by Velletri and stop by, it's worth it!!!

24/07/2025: When you come for a cappuccino early in the morning at Bar De Rocco, your day changes. The modern, clean, and cheerful atmosphere makes all the difference compared to other places here, on the same busy street, which are mobbed, leaving time for useless, negligible, and approximate service and courtesy. The new management focuses on kindness and friendliness, and indeed accuracy of service. A smile always makes the difference, and for this reason, when I can, I gladly spend the first moment of the day all to myself. Well done, friendly owner!
