23/03/2026: The place is very spacious, homey, and welcoming. We had the opportunity to set up balloons and decorations for a birthday party. We ordered four starters, pasta, and gnocchi, all homemade by themselves, all delicious. For main courses, we tried a roast and sliced ​​steaks; I can say the meat was also exceptional. The staff were all very kind and helpful, even preparing small pasta dishes for the little ones. We'll definitely be back.

This agriturismo, nestled in the Roman countryside, bears the name of its founder, Armando, and is now run by his wife, Mrs. Ave, who was very kind and helpful. She made us her famous biscuits and savory pie, which we took home. All the staff, however, are very friendly. There's a homely atmosphere. There's an area where you can buy the farm's own products, and they're truly delicious! The rooms are as they were years ago, with antique furniture. We slept well! The agriturismo has grown more closely to the equestrian club, which is a FISE center. They have many horses that are put in the paddocks every day! Unfortunately, due to our busy schedules, we've never been able to have lunch at the property, and the restaurant is closed in the evenings during this period. I was disappointed not to be able to have dinner at the agriturismo, especially since we were returning quite tired! However, the breakfast was excellent, with all homemade products. There's a large play area for children and families, but they use the place disrespectfully. When we returned on the evening of May 1st, there was paper, bottles, and other garbage everywhere. There were bins to keep it from being left lying around. They even left the porch chairs in the middle of the lawn without returning them to where they'd found them. Truly rude and disrespectful to the young people who work at the farm, given the weather. A sore point is the farmyard animals' area, which is poorly maintained and could definitely be improved with fences, which would enhance the place even more, as it looks abandoned! P.S. There's Wi-Fi in the rooms, but keep in mind that if you move towards the Pratoni del Vivaro countryside, the signal is very poor!

The modern, clean, and cheerful atmosphere makes all the difference compared to other places here, on the same busy street, which are mobbed, leaving time for useless, negligible, and approximate service and courtesy. The new management focuses on kindness and friendliness, and indeed accuracy of service. 08/05/2026: I'm sorry to give such a low rating, but professionalism is essential when running a public business, and I'm writing this because I've managed a farmhouse for years. The place is very pretty, surrounded by greenery, with the option of using the picnic areas for 8 euros under a beautiful pine forest. It's ideal for children, and there are also well-kept animals. There's a shop where they sell their products, and so far so good. We didn't stay at the property, but we wanted to try the restaurant. Since it was May 1st, we went there ourselves and asked if we needed to reserve for the evening, since they confirmed it was open. They replied that we didn't need to because there were usually no problems in the evenings. Since we were returning in the evening, we left the products we'd purchased at the shop with the restaurant managers! The problem arose when we returned at 8pm in the evening and found everything closed with no information on the door. We tried ringing the bell, but there was no answer. We called the phone and it always said busy. We sent a message via WhatsApp and saw the double check, so we waited a bit to see if they answered, but nothing. After about 20 minutes, we decided to leave, and not being able to collect our paid goods created a problem for us the next day because we had to return to get them, and this threw all our plans out of order because we wasted time! The next morning, they responded to our message and apologized. But that's not the way to behave. They should have answered the phone or the message, because inconveniences can happen, but I don't think there was anyone in the facility to deliver the goods to us the evening we went for dinner. I recommend you be sure of your reservations because it doesn't seem appropriate for a public facility!
