01/11/2025: I booked and in the meantime they didn't prepare the table for us, placing us in the middle of a passageway, receiving blows on the chair from every waiter who passed by, terrible service, I won't return. I don't recommend it.

18/11/2025: Ordered a round pizza to take away, well what can I say, fabulous pizza, absolutely worth trying.
21/09/2025: Negative experience: I was denied access to the restroom at this table-service pizzeria.
I remember that according to EC Regulation 852/2004, dining establishments must be equipped with adequate restrooms, and Italian law (Ministerial Decree 236/1989, Presidential Decree 503/1996) requires at least one restroom accessible to the public. The Consolidated Law on Public Safety (T.U.L.P.S.) (R.D. 773/1931) also prohibits denying service to customers without justifiable reason.
I find it unacceptable that a restaurant doesn't respect these minimum hygiene and hospitality standards.
If you can't let people use the restroom, you can't stay open.
Questionable pizza and terrible service.
After ordering, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for the first items to arrive. And I repeat, without being able to use the restroom. Focus on quality, not quantity. Never again.

20/12/2025: As soon as we entered, we could smell a rotten banana. The owner was very rude, and even showed up with a lubricated, black courgette, saying he'd had a good time.
20/09/2025: Bar La Fontana offers classic Italian breakfasts in the morning, including pastries, coffee, latte, cappuccino, and more. From late afternoon until evening, it offers a wide selection of wines, gins, beers (also on tap during certain periods), and other highly sought-after spirits.
When possible, bartender Francesco organizes outdoor music events, as the bar overlooks Piazza Mazzini, where there are plenty of tables for al fresco dining. For winter evenings, there's a warm and welcoming indoor dining room.
During the Easter and Christmas holidays, gift packages are organized with a wide selection of top-quality products.
Highly recommended.

28/12/2025: I wanted to ask the owners if it is normal that croissants and other types of croissants at midnight or 1 am you have to eat the croissants in the morning or in the afternoon without mentioning the dirty tables and you can't sit down to have a latte we take mint with milk they answer us that it is not summer we are 5 people and we leave around 15 euros a night it means that we will change if you don't organize yourself sorry but it's a disgrace
16/11/2025: It's a bar where there are always fights at night, drug dealing, etc. I've never seen a bar like this, I was an employee there. It's not nice that the staff is threatened by drunk people or something, it's a disgusting place.

22/10/2025: We had made reservations for 8:30 PM in the afternoon.
At 8:20 PM, we were greeted by a very kind young lady who asked if we had made reservations. I said yes. She checked the reservations and said she couldn't find one, but it wasn't a problem because there were free tables. Meanwhile, she invited us into the dining room, which, in fact, was more than half full. We ordered seafood salad, risotto with cream of scampi, pasta for the child, and we decided on the second course later. We had water and a quart of white wine to drink. After 10 minutes I call the girl who welcomed us and I see her "running" between the tables to bring the dishes. I ask her again for water which arrives immediately afterwards with a very full glass of white wine and I tell her look we had ordered a quartino... the answer is we don't have 1/4 carafes we'll bring it like this.... in the meantime I see them setting up a table next to ours... after about 25 minutes from the order the seafood salad arrives and the pasta that we had asked to be brought out first doesn't even appear... in the meantime another couple arrives at the table we had set up next to them, they sit down and take their order... in the meantime I understand that something in the room is going wrong, 3 people argue heatedly with the person managing the room who gets up and leaves... the thing makes me suspicious... after about 40/45 minutes the pasta for our son finally arrives, we think it's done on purpose to bring out the first courses together with ours "it would have been a beautiful story but nothing" I urge the girl, she is very mortified and apologizing, he tells me that he will go to the kitchen to hurry up the exit. In the meantime, at the table next to ours, I see a risotto with scampi cream arriving and I think "now it will arrive for us too" but it won't be like that" in the end the risotto arrived at 10.15pm, almost 2 hours after ordering, we were still hungry but given the delay and the poor management of the kitchen we decide to leave and go eat something elsewhere. Reading other reviews, I note that the problem is very frequent so probably there is no desire to improve.
06/09/2025: The food was nothing special. The service? Why is there service? Hours of waiting! A real scandal!

We arrived at 8:15 PM, and the appetizer was brought out at 9:45 PM, with children at the table.
I'm sorry, but it was the first and last time I'll ever go there.
Terrible service in every way.

23/07/2025: Siamo finiti in questo posto a caso (nel senso che Tripadvisor ci ha indicato che ci fossero delle opzioni senza glutine, ma non ce l'ha suggerito nessuno).
Abbiamo scoperto un posto fantastico e alla mano che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Il pasto è stato fatto da bruschette di antipasto e un primo (oltre acqua e caffè). Il tutto è stato migliorato dal fatto che tutto è stato preparato anche per me in versione senza glutine e, da celiaco, sono stato felicissimo.
Il conto è stato più che onesto (90€ per quattro persone).
Consigliamo a tutti questo posto.

6€ una bruschetta !!! e un piatto di formaggi per 2 persone 18 € ! eccessivo troppo…..

26/07/2025: Ci siamo stati per il ricevimento di nozze di mio fratello; non sono molto pratico con le recensioni, quindi esamino i punti principali.
Location: molto bella, non dispersiva né in sala (climatizzata) né all'esterno, dove la piscina e le piante rampicanti danno un nell'impatto visivo.
Servizio: niente da dire, tutto impeccabile e personale professionale e simpatico (cosa non da poco); da amante del vino mi ha fatto piacere scambiare due chiacchiere con il sommelier.
Cibo: signori, una cena così non la provavo da tanto tempo; il menù era a base di pesce, ampio buffet/aperitivo pre cena che però non ha inficiato sulla cena vera e propria; tagliolini agli scampi davvero notevoli, ho fatto il...tris! Ma ho fatto il bis anche delle altre portate, ottimo anche il rombo.
Il costo per una cena "tradizionale" non ho idea di quanto possa essere, posso dire però che per il ricevimento è stato molto più che onesto.
Ci tornerei? ASSOLUTAMENTE SI!
03/05/2025: Oramai uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti. Servizio impeccabile, prodotti di alta qualità anche nelle giornate più affollate. Per noi è un posto sicuro dove mangiare pesce di qualità lontano dal caos della città o delle classifiche mete turistiche del litorale. Sia in famiglia che tra amici si mangia e si sta sempre bene. Piacevole la piscina esterna come anche la veranda e la serra interna. Qualità prezzo decisamente buona. Consigliamo a pieni voti.
