05/06/2026: We stumbled upon this bakery by chance. They have a variety of pizzas, sandwiches, and local breakfast items. You can take them away or eat there. They don't have hot drinks, only cold ones. The prices are reasonable. The ladies working there are friendly. You take a number at the entrance and tell them what you want. The price is calculated based on the weight.

11/05/2026: This restaurant is immediately outside of the exit of the Villa Gregoriana gift shop. You can dine next to an ancient Roman temple, which is stunning. It’s right on the cliff, so you can see amazing views of waterfalls and the nature of Tivoli. The food is amazing, as is the service. Service and food quality aren’t exactly issues when it comes to dining in Italy (in my experience, at least). The walls outside have plaques of all the royalty who have dined there, and there are also large pieces of ruins from even older structures of that area to see. It’s a gorgeous place with great food. You’ll love it.

05/05/2026: The welcome is fantastic!! The menu has so many interesting dishes, we did the tasting, they were good. We expected a small portion but more courses. Too bad the shrimp tartare on the risotto has no shrimp flavor at all 😅

The Public House is a beautiful pub in the historic center of Tivoli: the staff is very welcoming, professional, kind, and available to accommodate guests' requests. The food (excellent) is inspired by London and Scottish culinary culture. Prices are reasonable. Go with confidence!

02/05/2026: A very welcoming pizzeria/café with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent pizza and fried foods, a wide selection of croissants in the morning, and quick, polite staff at the counter. I recommend trying the loaves of bread.

01/07/2026: My husband and I ate at this restaurant and were, to say the least, delighted. The location offers an indescribable view, the perfect backdrop for the top-quality cuisine. The cold cuts appetizer and selection of cheeses (from the freshest to the most mature, served with honey and jams) were sublime. The fresh homemade pasta dishes and the veal breast baked in the oven, expertly cooked, were also amazing. A special mention goes to the tiramisu: a unique delicacy we've never tried anywhere else! What makes the difference, even more so, is the welcome. The wait staff is exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready with a smile—a quality that cannot be taken for granted. A special thanks goes to Matteo, who, with great professionalism, guided us in choosing an excellent wine and captivated us by sharing the stories behind some of the dishes, demonstrating passion without ever being intrusive. It was certainly an excellent culinary experience, enhanced by impeccable service. Highly recommended, not only for Sundays but also for a top-notch à la carte dinner! Compliments to the entire staff.

27/06/2026: Wonderful location, clean and welcoming rooms. I'm only giving it 3 stars because there were dogs and cats roaming loose by the pool and during dinner and breakfast, even under the tables, poolside, and among the lounge chairs. We also mentioned this to the lady serving during dinner, who apologized, but then immediately remarked, gesturing toward our table and laughing with her colleague, the owner of Mia, a black puppy, and another Pomeranian-type dog, who were also roaming around. It's important to respect our guests and maintain good hygiene standards. The breakfast was authentic, varied, and high-quality, while the dinner menu was overly lavish and pompous on the menu and, in practice, nothing special: simplicity always pays off.
