12/08/2026: I really enjoyed my time at this trattoria near Tivoli. High-end cuisine with excellent ingredients. I ordered chickpea and shrimp puree, shrimp-filled ravioli, and, as an off-menu option, pan-fried mushrooms, all preceded by a small gift from the chef. I finished with coffee and a small pastry. Everything was delicious. Little gems, like the extensive olive oil list. I tried two, both truly excellent. The wine list is comprehensive, with a price range to suit all tastes. The atmosphere is refined, tasteful, and without frills, with truly pleasant furnishings and table settings. The welcome was professional, yet also very empathetic. A wonderful discovery that I recommend.

18/07/2026: with so many options (restaurants) Avec55 in Tivoli, this was/is the BEST. Small and intimate with some of the best Italian dishes I’ve ever had. Raoul (owner) if you so desire and you don’t want to make a menu selection creates a “tasting” menu just for you! To die for!!!!

03/04/2026: Amazing spot for a meal especially if you looking for gluten free options, nearly all dishes can be made gluten free including the Tiramisu. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! Will definitely be back.

24/08/2026: Our dinner at Ristorante Sibilla was a true highlight of our weeklong trip to Rome. Such friendly, caring and attentive staff - we must have had at least six different people come to our table and all were lovely and professional, working as a team to ensure that we were having a great meal without ever leaving us feeling rushed or pressured. The selection of six appetizers is a great way to sample multiple options for a reasonable price, and each was delicious, with the eggplant parm and beef carpaccio being standouts. The recommended wine from Lazio region was great, as were the lamb chops and sea bass second courses. While we have enjoyed many great meals in Italy, Sibilla provides an incredible combination of delicious food, courteous service and, of course, setting - very few places on earth can have you dining under a 200 year-old wisteria next to a 2000 year-old temple! Overall, a fantastic and unique experience that I would highly recommend to anyone!

23/08/2026: So many worker bees. Delivering, removing, delivering, removing. It’s a big restaurant. I tried it because it is so highly recommended. I normally prefer a little antique cave restaurant with just 12 tables . Fortunately, I really loved my spaghetti with Aglio and Olio and Tartar of shrimp. There is one thing they do not do right. Since I can’t always read the menu very well if the light is dim, I always check the website and read the menu there and make my choices. Their website is completely out of date. It’s August and they have the winter menu on their website. So they need to update their online menu right away. I had to correct their math on my bill. So check your bill.
