A place where even the most refined palates can find flavour, intense taste and research into the raw material. Even tonight, everything was excellent accompanied by pleasant soft music. What can I say, La crumbiola tavern...A guarantee! A round of applause to all the staff👏💪

06/05/2025: Ottimo locale di stile inconfondibile e ricercato, molto curato nei dettagli. Abbiamo mangiato panini gustosi e sorseggiato ottime birre. Personale molto preparato, anche nella spiegazione dei vari stili di birra (non è da tutti) e comunque birre mai banali. Non è la prima volta che ci andiamo e torneremo di sicuro!

21/05/2025: My family and I went here to have lunch because we wanted to enjoy the views. We asked to sit outside and they said we couldn’t, but the next 4 parties that walked in after us were seated outside. We had actually been to the restaurant before and had such a nice experience previously. For appetizers we got the croquettes and the zucchini flower which were both delicious and came out quickly. After that, things went completely downhill. We ordered all our food and proceeded to wait over 45 minutes between our appetizers and entrees. We asked the waiter to check on our food because many tables that were seated after us were receiving their dishes. When our plates eventually came, there was no apology and they shoved the dishes in front of us and walked away. The general demeanor of the staff was incredibly rude. It was clear they were much nicer to the locals. We will not be returning.

21/05/2025: The best restaurant we have dined at. Michelin Star very old circa 1720 with breathtaking views from the Tce. What more can I say it was perfect in every way and is a must to visit if you’re at Tivoli or Hadrian’s Palace. The drivers cannot go into the old village so a short walk is required 10 min the driver will wait outside the town. Probs not suitable for disabled of inferm peeps as the streets can be steep. That is an experience in its self as the surrounding community is very old. The Resturant is on the site of the Tivoli Roman Forum. And of courses the foods was perfect.

15/05/2025: Nice but not very well-kept environment (maybe because it's not yet in high season). We were the only ones at lunch that day, the food was very good but the service left a lot to be desired. At one point, needing the waitress, I had to get up and go call her while she was eating with the staff in the other room. Family-run restaurant I suppose... but maybe a little too familiar

10/05/2025: The owner is very kind and professional. His Rumanian foods give us a special joy for its unique flavor. If you have a curiosity for new kind of foods, I strongly recommend this restaurant.

07/05/2025: Well-known restaurant in the central streets of Tivoli, obviously the curiosity of the name "Dracula's Tavern" made us stop there for lunch. Immediately welcomed with kindness and courtesy complete with a smile. A little cold place (talking about climate), but clean. The environment is nice with many objects that take you back to Romania and Dracula with enough to be able to enter and see a real "cave or cave". The owner from Romania proudly explained to us dish by dish of his country also to make it clear what to choose, what we are going to eat and how much workmanship goes into some foods. Nothing to say about the food, a particular typical dessert, but really good. 👌

27/05/2025: This place is a MUST TRY if you are in Tivoli! I recommend the omakase (the chef serves up several courses of their choosing from appetizer to dessert)! Each course was a delight! The ingredients were all very fresh and the dishes were inventive but also respect tradition, filling (very generous portions) and above all: delicious! I believe they make just about everything homemade, including the piping hot herby bread, fresh pasta and the limoncello. The service was perfect, truly wonderful hospitality and attention to detail.

03/05/2025: You enter the place and immediately think you've fallen into a 50s/60s film. I know there is also an outdoor seating area, but I haven't seen it and can't judge it. As far as I saw, what made me take a dive into the past were the 6/7 tables on the covered veranda, of different styles, as remedied. The music from ditties arranged to more current music reigns supreme, and you find yourself singing "semo gente de borgata" or "Lella" with all the right words, but with a captivating mod. The staff are simple, but kind and courteous. Overall a positive experience, even if at the beginning we doubted the success. Simple, but sincere, Roman dishes. The buffalo mozzarella is excellent. Will I go back? All in all, yes.

21/04/2025: Trovato per caso, il ragazzo ci ha accolti calorosamente. Cibo ottimo, di qualità e c’era una vasta scelta tra i piatti.

12/05/2025: Average pizzeria, good dough and choice. The room is slightly small but basically it is not an inconvenience, on the contrary. Interesting variety of pizzas. For an evening without too much hesitation it is definitely worth keeping in mind.

01/05/2025: Ristorante accogliente, tranquillo e pulito, con spazio ombreggiato all'esterno ma, volendo, c'è un veranda e una bella sala interna. Per il menù, fidatevi dei consigli della casa e rimarrete stracontenti. Da non perdere le polpettine fritte di melanzane, i cannelloni fatti in casa, la porchetta e i carciofi alla giudia. Servizio al tavolo gentile e con i tempi giusti.

02/05/2025: Siamo ritornati dopo un po di tempo...ma è stata una cena al disotto delle aspettative. Risotto alla crema di Scampi...con riso scotto e dal sapore indefinito, tonnarelli all'astice con un condimento troppo saporito il quale copriva il già poco sapore dell'Astice.. Costo della cena troppo alto rispetto alla materia prima utilizzata. Servizio gradevole.

27/04/2025: Now a permanent place when I go to Tivoli. All 5 stars. Bread, pizza, fried foods and staff. Crazy!

24/04/2025: The pizzas and focaccias by the slice (mushrooms and sausage, porchetta, the simple margherita) are very good and crunchy, but the bread is even better: the white and cereal loaves were preserved perfectly even in the days following purchase. The lady who served us was kind. A funny thing is how the word "speck" is written in the menu (but also noticed in other exercises from a certain parallel down 😁). Great feature is that it opens as early as 6 in the morning!
