20/11/2025: A special restaurant for a truly wonderful evening. Not exactly inexpensive, but absolutely perfect. A beautiful terrace directly below the Siballa Temple. Excellent, attentive service. A very good wine selection! We had a delicious meal and will never forget this extraordinary evening with its romantic atmosphere.
18/11/2025: Our second visit to Sibilla, the last a couple of years ago. And like then, we were not disappointed. Sibilla is one of those restaurants that make excellence seem effortless - everything clicks together, the beautiful outdoor space, the menu, the super helpful staff, and of course the expertly cooked and presented food.
My stuffed zucchini flower was the best I've had this trip - crisp out, fluffy and cheesy in with a salty anchovy sauce.
I had oven roasted lamb to follow with roasted potatoes and chicory - crisp lamb, succulent meat, easy to cut off the bone and a great lean:fat ratio.
Amazing restaurant, beautiful location.

12/11/2025: Delicious food, an elegant yet cozy atmosphere in a historic thermal bath converted by the owner himself. Very friendly and attentive service; the owner speaks several languages (Italian, German, English, French) fluently. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the excellent food; I will definitely return on my next visit to Tivoli!

06/12/2025: I visited the Gran Paradiso Pizzeria Restaurant in Tivoli and I must say it was a pleasant discovery. The pizza was good, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients, just like the restaurant's dishes, which are carefully prepared and offer authentic flavors.
The staff is friendly and helpful, always attentive to customer needs, and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean, perfect for both a family dinner and an evening with friends.
The quality-price ratio is more than reasonable. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for good pizza and traditional cuisine in the Tivoli area!
