23/02/2025: It's always a real pleasure to stop at the Torrione. The environment is intimate, welcoming and pleasant, with a splendid selection of music in the background. The service is punctual and courteous and all the restaurant operators are keen to make sure that the dishes are good. The dishes are chosen and selected with great care, using local and seasonal ingredients. Whether you prefer pasta with wild boar ragú, a selection of cured meats and cheeses or braised beef, the gastronomic experience is in any case truly excellent and accompanied by a remarkable selection of wines. Personally, I highly recommend the fried potato skins with citrus mayonnaise, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the ribs. The tiramisu is surprising and, at the end of the meal, a notable selection of bitters for every taste. It is pleasant to stop and exchange a few words with the owner, kind and very nice, who really loves his job and pours great effort and attention into every detail. I recommend booking.

16/02/2025: We were immediately struck by the very welcoming and elegant environment at the same time, perfect spaces with everything visible even on the upper part of the restaurant, from which you could see the tables below and the kitchen where you could glimpse the chef preparing the courses. The food and its quality were truly excellent: we had a starter of venison carpaccio, bruschetta with provolone and truffle and a focaccia with creamy cheese and sausage; as first courses tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and cannelloni; as a second course, a dish of pork chops and potatoes; as side dishes a portion of black cabbage and potatoes and a portion of turnip greens. Everything was very good, both in appearance and in flavour: the eye also played its part, given the quality of the environment... The courses with truffles were truly excellent and the carpaccio also particularly impressed us, with its spicy notes and sour flavour. Truly excellent quality of service and very warm courtesy and attention from the staff, we felt truly pampered during our weekend in Subiaco. Surely, for our next stops, we will consider the possibility of stopping again. Truly highly recommended

La qualità del cibo 🔝, le pietanze🔝, la presentazione dei piatti serviti e la spiegazione degli stessi, ma soprattutto la professionalità e la simpatia del personale è 🔝🔝🔝!!! Consiglio vivamente Origini cibo e vino per una cucina ricercata ma soprattutto raffinata!

22/02/2025: Pranzo luculliano, antipasto se questo non è un uovo divino, Risotto zafferano e funghi divino Spaghettoni cacio e pepe e carciofo che ve lo dico a fa’ Secondo agnello panato e cicoria la fine del mondo Mokamisu per chiudere il tutto Ringrazio Giacomo ed Emanuele per aver toccato il cielo con un dito. 03/02/2025: It feels like eating at home with friends, if you come to Livata you have to go to this place at least once. I absolutely recommend it. I recommend booking as the place is small

04/01/2025: If you are looking for a place to feel at home with amazing dishes and welcoming service... YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE. With a couple of friends and two four-legged friends we had the pleasure of tasting flavors that taste like home (one of us is Calabrian)... the menu on the blackboard, the passion of the two owners and the landscape of Monte Livata are were the strong points of this wonderful little corner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED❤️

06/02/2025: Posto molto curato e cibo di ottima qualità. Si vede che sono attenti alle materie prime. In più, i titolari sono due persone molto gentili e davvero disponibili. Siamo andati con il nostro Cane e ci hanno trovato subito un posto che facesse al caso nostro! Ci torneremo sicuramente, consiglio!

20/01/2025: Il personale e il proprietario sono molto gentili e simpatici hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza nonostante fossimo un gruppo numeroso. Servizio veloce e impeccabile. Porzioni abbondanti e di qualità con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, tutto buonissimo lo consiglio vivamente !!!!

07/01/2025: We took advantage of the New Year's Eve package 120 euros per person, dinner + overnight stay + breakfast. The simple, clean room with bathroom with window was located outside the main building. Quiet and pleasant place, surrounded by mountains. Dinner served in the restaurant room, excellent menu, friendly, professional staff always available to supply water, wine and cutlery. For the toast and dancing we moved to another room where sweets and lentils were served. Breakfast with local products such as jams, artisan desserts, bread, cured meats and cheeses. Compliments to the staff. Perfect place to visit the many monasteries in the area and Subiaco.

05/03/2025: Don't be discouraged by the 3 ramps you have to climb to reach the property. You park underneath, go up the aforementioned ramps and find yourself in a magical courtyard with a splendid view of Subiaco and where you can also eat in the summer. The internal restaurant room is very large and vintage, embellished with fine marble and classic furnishings. Typical and tasty dishes on the menu. The owner is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

09/02/2025: Beautiful location... dated, which maintains the atmosphere and historical charm of the structure. Beautiful location with a view, both for the restaurant and for the room. Excellent dinner for adults and children (we were 2 adults and 2 children), overnight stay in the room and excellent and abundant breakfast. Home atmosphere from the owner Fabrizio. Recommended even just for a pleasant, tasty stop.
