05/06/2026: A beautiful place decorated with lots of nerdy details and a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere! They have tons of board games for an evening with friends, and plenty of space for role-playing enthusiasts. The owners are friendly and approachable, and the food and drinks are excellent. In short, a real gem in Monterotondo!

27/02/2026: The venue is truly beautiful from an aesthetic standpoint: meticulously crafted furnishings, a welcoming atmosphere, and well-designed spaces. The attention to design and visual experience is clearly evident, making the place pleasant and perfect for an unusual evening. Unfortunately, however, the service didn't live up to expectations. Long wait times, poor customer service, and a lackluster organization made the overall experience less enjoyable than it could have been. It's a shame, because with more professional and attentive service, this venue could truly stand out. I hope this aspect is improved, because the venue certainly deserves better.

16/05/2026: Extremely rude even though we've been ordering for years, especially the owner with an arrogant attitude... a real shame, they've lost points and credibility in the last few years. Good pizza, but zero humanity!

19/03/2026: They have both deviled and spit-roasted chicken, seasoned with salt and chili pepper. The pizza and bread are delicious. Local milk is expensive; €2 a liter seems excessive. Overall, 5 stars. Recommended. UPDATE 03/14/2026 I wanted to buy the spit-roasted chicken, but I was told they only make deviled chicken. Bottom line: the chicken is old and hard to eat. I'm updating my review to negative. You're fooling yourselves, not the customers. 0 stars across the board. Highly not recommended.

09/07/2026: This is the fifth time they've messed up our takeout order. It's unthinkable that every time we order takeout, either one pizza arrives for someone else, or some ingredients are missing. The first few times, the Capricciosa was missing ham and egg. The lady on the phone doesn't do anything to fix it, and every time she tells us to let them know next time because they'll add more. The next time, however, she turns a deaf ear to the phone, and the same thing happens again. At which point, you give the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was an oversight. But the next few times, instead of the ingredients being missing, the pizza itself is missing, and one arrives for someone else. We're once again treated with condescension, and our pizza is given to us 20 minutes after the others, and it's cold. Honestly, after five times of this, as tolerant as I am, I'd rather order somewhere else at this point. The oversight is understandable, but the arrogance and lack of customer service aren't. I'm sorry, but this was the last time. The prices have then increased and in the end they are not even worth it, given that for a little more or the same price in Monterotondo there are higher quality pizzas

25/05/2026: The rating isn't for the pizza because we didn't try it. We sat down to eat a pizza... Don't do it! They must have baked 60 or 70 pizzas, but they were all takeout, ordered after ours. After more than half an hour, we left, paying for the drinks but not eating.

27/06/2026: The ice cream is excellent, but the staff is rude and doesn't even bother to meet customer needs. I had a sleeve and I have malnutrition issues. I wanted ice cream, but I can barely eat a baby one. The lady who served me, even though she wasn't very empathetic, told me a firm NO, or that she would make me a baby one but would charge me €1 more. I'm sorry, you've lost a customer. Try to be more empathetic and less rigid, because no one should be denied a courtesy. I didn't ask for the ice cream for free, but I felt uncomfortable having to explain my health problem (not everyone does a sleeve to lose weight!) and seeing so little humanity on the other side. Thank you.

26/03/2026: The staff at the mc drive is absolutely inadequate, EVERYTHING wrong.

24/03/2026: Terrible service, rude staff. I asked to pay and they didn't respond, giving me a dirty look. Furthermore, after waiting 10 minutes to pay, the cashier told me I'd have a long wait to get my food. It's not the first time this has happened, and when I asked them to clean my table because it was extremely dirty, they gave me a very dirty look and also cleaned it terribly.
