18/02/2025: I returned after many years, on a very busy evening, and I must say that compared to the past it has improved a lot, even on a very busy evening they managed the quality of the dishes well (which is not a given in crowded ayces) and the timing. Good dishes, nothing exceptional, it wouldn't be my first choice let's say but it is still a good restaurant which, despite its rivals, keeps the price low even at dinner.

02/06/2025: After years I had to partly change my mind. Very good ice cream, perhaps the best in the area, but be careful with the baby cone, you need the children's identity documents to verify their exact age. Up to 8 years old you can buy it, from 9 years old and up you are obliged to take a large one, otherwise as the very experienced sales assistant suggested, "... go get it at another ice cream shop". The lady had no attention for the customer even though I was buying not just a baby cone but 7 cones and a yogurt. An answer that I would never have expected from an experienced person. Maybe she is forced to work exhausting shifts? Meh.... A sales policy that in my opinion is absolutely wrong. I don't understand why the ice cream shop cares who eats the baby cone if in the end you pay well for it anyway (cone with only one flavor, without cream €1.50). Previous review. Friendly and courteous staff. As for ice cream, there could be a few more choices but the essentials are there and they are pleasant.

04/07/2025: I am writing to tell you what happened a few hours ago... I wanted to order at the MC drive, the girl named Sara tells me to wait for a few moments, about 5 minutes pass and I ask her if it was possible to order but she tells me to wait again... After about 15 minutes of standing there waiting for her to take the order, I tell her that I don't want anything anymore as I have been waiting for her for about 15/20 minutes. Not being able to leave the MC drive in when the queue behind had already formed, I was forced to go to the external cash registers and then go out, as I arrive at the cash register without saying anything Sara tells me to go ahead and that I can't order (but I already didn't want to order anymore after all that waiting) which is honestly not something that any type of customer likes, she however justified herself by saying that the customer before me didn't understand the language well and that he had to order everything from the beginning, directly from the external cash register and not at the main MC drive order desk where the order is mainly placed. Is it possible that in all that time that she was marking the order to the customer before me there was no other colleague available who could take my order since she was speaking to that customer and was not able to take any other subsequent orders? I will start by saying that it was 5:50 in the afternoon and the place was almost completely empty. I would have preferred to wait longer after at least placing the order but in this case the girl was not kind at all because as soon as I arrived at the cash register she told me that I should not be allowed to tell her how to do her job. Once the discussion was over I went inside to speak to a manager explaining the situation, I must say that he was able to listen and delve deeper into what had happened and in the end he also confirmed that his colleague could have handled the situation much better rather than making a customer wait 20 minutes to order 1 portion of chips for his daughter. In conclusion I hope that this episode can serve to improve the people who work there a little, not so much on a work level but rather in terms of their desire to do their job since this person did not demonstrate it. I wanted to point out that I was a former MC Donald's employee and one of the first things they teach you is that you have to be able to do multiple things at once and not be able to do only half of them.

21/10/2024: Great cocktail bar. Friendly, friendly and super qualified staff. The bartenders are well trained and can immediately recommend the perfect cocktail for your tastes. Super recommended to enjoy a good drink in Monterotondo.

07/10/2024: Good morning, I must admit that the atmosphere and decor of the place initially attracted me, creating a truly welcoming and pleasant environment. However, unfortunately I have to report a major disappointment with the service received. Upon entering in the evening, I was not greeted with a word of welcome, and my friend and I were left waiting without receiving any attention. It seemed clear to me that welcoming customers is not their priority, at least not when it comes to a group of young people. In a city with so many options, it is the service, along with the atmosphere, that makes the difference and determines whether a customer decides to return or not. Good service is essential and deserves attention.
