I only eat cooked things and out of 6 things I ordered I only got 4. Already here I didn't like the situation, but at this point I would say it's a good thing I didn't get anything else, because if after just 1 bite I started having stomach cramps, what would happen next? I'm sorry to say that coming back was a huge disappointment. In addition to the fact that we practically felt forced to leave because they started clearing the table and cleaning around us, half of our orders were not brought to us and above all we spent the entire afternoon/evening with stomach and belly pain. The icing on the cake, when it was time to pay, the guy at the cash register, clearly shocked by the fact that we had left some things on the table, because they were seriously indecent, told me with a very arrogant air that "next time" I would have to pay separately for what I left. 1) if you had asked me I would have been willing to pay you without any problem. 2) next time it certainly won't be there😘

22/01/2025: I went to eat at this restaurant during a village festival. There was a fixed menu and I must say it was all excellent. From the appetizer to the coffee. Dishes with generous portions and they even made us do an encore. Friendly staff and owner super helpful even for adding a person to the reservation at the last minute, despite the full house. Flagship of the historic center of Monterotondo. Super recommended!

01/11/2024: Everything was delicious, an innovative place, the best in the area for me, the only flaw was the staff. Apart from the boys who are always smiling and helpful, the girls are predominantly sulky, respond badly, have no attention to the customer, pure dislike and for no reason. Once I asked if it was possible to add more sweets on the yogurt, instead of explaining why it couldn't be done they replied annoyed "here we do it like this", 2 different girls and on 2 different days. On the contrary, every time I happen to be served by the guys, first of all they always put the right amount and secondly they are always kind and polite. I am a crazy lover of ice cream but these situations make me lose the desire.

It's already the second time that I politely ask if I can go to the bathroom after having consumed and they make up that the bathroom is broken. It's obvious that to go to the bathroom .with them you have to dress with heels and a ceremonial dress.. Every time you enter them they look at you from head to toe. It's not nice to behave and it's not respectful not to let a person go to the bathroom. Then a cappuccino and a croissant two euros and eighty? shocking! I will never set foot in them again and it's not the first time they've been disrespectful.

07/10/2024: Good morning, I must admit that the atmosphere and decor of the place initially attracted me, creating a truly welcoming and pleasant environment. However, unfortunately I have to report a major disappointment with the service received. Upon entering in the evening, I was not greeted with a word of welcome, and my friend and I were left waiting without receiving any attention. It seemed clear to me that welcoming customers is not their priority, at least not when it comes to a group of young people. In a city with so many options, it is the service, along with the atmosphere, that makes the difference and determines whether a customer decides to return or not. Good service is essential and deserves attention.

04/03/2025: Inefficient service, they made us wait a long time before the order was delivered even though the room was empty. We sat upstairs and while we were eating they asked us to come down even though access was free. Some of the waiters were very rude.
