For years, whenever I pass through Marina di San Nicola, I've stopped at La Lucertola for a quick aperitivo. I've always had a great time; the outdoor tables overlook the lovely little square, and the service is always excellent. I'll gladly return!

My partner and I have been coming here for over a month now for a coffee, two liqueurs, and two aperitifs. We had such a great time right from the start that I admit we've tried other places, but we've never had a better experience than here at the "La Lucertola" restaurant/bar. Both my partner and I always feel at home. The staff are polite, friendly, and courteous. Recently, we also tried the restaurant inside and had a seafood salad and a salad. Everything was delicious!! ❤️😋 The girl serving at the restaurant is friendly, polite, and also very respectful. In short, she knows her place.

The coffee is really delicious! The owner and the girl at the counter are very friendly, they almost seem annoyed by the customers. It'll be the fifth time and it's always the same attitude, never mind 🤷♀️

I had lunch yesterday at La Lucertola.
A historic restaurant according to my friend who took me there...anyway, the food was good, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the house wine was good, and I'll definitely be back! Their prices are also fair, with no extra charges like bread and cover charges that are sometimes unjustified.
They also told me they're open EVERY DAY for lunch in the winter and ALWAYS in the summer!!

La Lucertola in Marina di San Nicola was a wonderful surprise. Super fresh fish, generous portions, and fair prices. We had spaghetti with clams and mixed fried fish: everything was cooked to perfection, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients.
Fantastic staff, super friendly and professional. The owner makes you feel at home. Convenient location, just steps from the sea, with outdoor seating perfect for lunch overlooking the beach.
Unbeatable value for money. We'll definitely be back. Rating: 10 out of 10 ⭐️
