04/04/2024: It is very beautiful inside, admission is free. When we were there, there were many buses with schoolchildren, apparently they were taken there for Easter. It was a rainy day, there weren't many tourists (they didn't make it 😂). I recommend visiting.

29/03/2024: We went with some university colleagues (about 30) to this restaurant, even arriving 45 minutes late, and we encountered incredible friendliness and a familiarity that certainly warmed our hearts and certainly made us start our journey in the best possible way. visit to Lazio. We were welcomed by an avalanche of exquisite appetizers that never ended (which I say in the most positive sense possible), unlimited wine and abundant portions of the three iconic first courses of Lazio cuisine: Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara and Amatriciana. I must say that the carbonare was quite mediocre, unfortunately, but the amatriciana and cacio e pepe were fabulous. The desserts aren't bad either. Given how, how much and what we ate, the price (30 euros per person, POS or cash) is absolutely adequate. A truly beautiful evening, and especially for us who come from Genoa, the warmth with which we were welcomed and served despite our great delay had a truly pleasant effect on us. Congratulations again and we will definitely look forward to returning.

06/04/2024: The food was too salty, owner didn't speak any English what so ever. 😀 work on learning Italian. Table wasn't cleaned after the previous guests. He brought the glass that wasn't washed, had so many stains on ot. Price wasn't right for the quality and the size of the food either the service. My total for 1 person was 24 Euros and I didn't enjoy it 😞

29/04/2024: Always the best of the Castles. Excellent service (you know when they say the customer is treated like a king? here, education, kindness and respect. Food of the highest quality. Splendid location with a view of Rome and its surroundings, both in summer from the large terrace and in winter with the glass window. Also noteworthy is the large distance between the tables: the place is very very large and doesn't give you the feeling of claustrophobia, always good

03/04/2024: Absolutely recommend this place, we did pasta making and wine tasting, a little town tour and tour of their wine cave was included. Value for money. Loved it!! Highly recommend. 06/04/2024: Splendid little village that has become a trattoria and pizzeria. You can count on the variety of products offered: pasta (typical Roman cuisine), pizza (the margherita is excellent but so are all the others, the grilled meat is exceptional (the sliced ​​meat with balsamic vinegar is memorable, but the kebabs also respect that tradition of simplicity and typical flavor of fraschette). The staff is fast in service, very helpful and always smiling. The place is the most typical, characteristic, simple and fascinating. And it is also quite large, unlike what one would expect from the outside where the small entrance suggests a small refreshment point.
