24/11/2025: We came to this restaurant during a business trip. Menu, wine, service is excellent, food is delicious. Place is cosy and nicely decorated, fireplace and soft jazz music, everything for a perfect dinner ❤️

14/11/2025: The place is cute and romantic, but the decor is a bit too tacky and full of random objects. The staff was friendly, but the food didn't wow me at all. The appetizer was raw, the tartare was tasteless and miserable. The langoustine was cold and kept in the fridge too long, and the Argentinean prawns were inedible. They don't even use our own red prawns from Mazara. The langoustine risotto was loose, soupy, and flavorless (clearly visible in the photo). The pasta was overcooked. I didn't have the courage to order dessert. The bill was meaningless. I don't recommend it and I won't return. There are much better options in the area.

23/06/2025: Small place but super cute and clean, a super good pizza and not only that. Mery and Massimo, the owners, two helpful and very kind people, The place has a few tables to eat on the spot. It is very close to the center of Castello. I will gladly return.

06/11/2025: Cioli is always a guarantee of quality. The restaurant, just steps from Lake Castelgandolfo with a splendid view from above, is small but offers a few tables outside as well as a spacious terrace. It's a shame it was freezing cold because there was no heating. The service is very friendly and fast. The porchetta is truly delicious, as are the vegetables (chicory, dried tomatoes, potatoes, etc.), the fresh bread, and the cured meats, especially salami and coppiette. The portions are generous and the prices reasonable. Highly recommended.

02/11/2025: Very nice restaurant. The rice was excellent, the dishes were plentiful and of excellent quality. Kudos also to the courteous and fast service.

11/10/2025: We went to this restaurant with friends, where they've dined several times, telling us the food was good, and, I must say, "you always have to trust them." The place is cute, and the owner is super friendly. While we waited for our order to arrive, he kindly offered us some fried anchovies, which were very good and, above all, you could taste they were fresh. We ordered tonnarelli allo scoglio, flavorful yet delicate. For our second course, we had fried calamari and shrimp, delicious and excellently breaded. Oh, and don't underestimate the generous portions, not excessive, but just the right amount to fill the eyes and delight the palate. P.S.: I took the photo of the fried food after I started eating it because it was really tempting 😋.

02/11/2025: My daughters (17 and 19 years old) had to wait half an hour for two pizzas without any extras to take away on a Saturday around 7 pm! The restaurant was only about a fifth full, so the kitchen definitely wasn't overloaded. They were given two dextrose lollipops as a consolation prize – something you'd give to children under 10! A glass of Prosecco, for example, would have been appropriate. The pizzas themselves, however, tasted excellent – ​​a good size with a nice crust.

06/12/2025: We went for lunch to celebrate my son's Master's degree. The atmosphere was lovely, the fish was fresh and perfectly cooked. The tagliolini allo scoglio were excellent. Then we went for a walk on the lake. What more could you ask for?
