06/04/2026: I went there with my family, two daughters, and my husband. We ordered two dishes, roughly €100, and honestly, they didn't even look at them. What's more, I could tell by the taste that it was frozen fish. Everything. Trust me, I know a thing or two about food. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend it, because I want to eat fresh fish at the beach, not fish made of ginger gum. I'm sorry, but I'll never go back.

12/04/2026: Overlooking the sea, courtesy and kindness combine with good taste. I've been there a couple of times for lunch and have always been very satisfied. The last time I tried their 13 euro menu, truly excellent value. I will definitely be back with my friends. The Sicilian (Trapani) lady serving the tables is very friendly. An added bonus.

23/08/2025: We were brought by friends and had a lovely evening. The food was high-quality, featuring traditional Abruzzo cuisine. The service was quick and helpful. The restaurant is spacious and clean, with plenty of seating, including outdoor seating, away from the hustle and bustle. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and they are passionate about their business.

22/08/2025: Everything was great: food, location, service! The only downside was that there were too many children hanging around our table with balls and various toys for the entire dinner!

26/08/2025: A truly top-notch seafood dinner complemented by a truly exceptional wine selection. Great attention and respect for the ingredients in the wild strawberry tartare or the bruschetta with sea corn. The soup was superb. I know I'm unpopular, but even when dining outside, the smokers at the next table are a real nuisance.

30/07/2025: We wanted to try this restaurant in Terracina Alta, drawn by its original name. The menu features fresh, top-quality fish caught exclusively in Terracina. For appetizers, we had zucchini flowers stuffed with cod, which were truly delicious: the batter was incredibly soft! For first courses, we had paccheri with tuna, onion, and cherry tomatoes, and egg fettuccine with shelled corn and lemon: they were elegantly plated and had a truly inviting aroma! The homemade pasta is distinctive for its flavor. For second course, we had cod with onions and almonds, which was truly high-quality and you could taste the freshness of the fish. The restaurant is simple, but the staff, with their kind, friendly, and helpful manner, make it a real treat. In fact, they took care to fillet the fish and ask us if we preferred it pre-boned and cleaned by them: kudos to the staff and the management for this thoughtfulness!

03/03/2026: Definitely an unexpected discovery. The atmosphere is completely unlike any typical seafood restaurant with 100 seats—in fact, perhaps 30 or so. The wine selection is impressive, and the dishes are meticulously presented and of impeccable quality and flavor.

18/03/2026: I feel sorry for this place, it was one of the best. When it opened, the quality of the meat, the bread, and the sauces were excellent. I remember the owner made very special sauces, every time there was something new, very good. Now honestly, I don't taste the meat at all. And then for the price of the sandwich, it's not worth it, what a shame 😞

11/08/2025: Bad service, literally 1 hour waiting to be attended. They did not even ask for the beverages even touth we requested their attention several times. Full of children.

01/05/2026: Beautiful restaurant, well-maintained and welcoming in every season. During the winter, it offers spacious and comfortable interiors, while in the summer it has a very pleasant and well-organized outdoor area. The cuisine is excellent, with a special mention for the meat, which is truly excellent. The staff is always attentive, helpful, and kind, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. It has now become a restaurant I visit regularly.

02/10/2025: This food was lovely enough to remind me of a healthy/quick dinner out of a home kitchen but not from a pretentious restaurant such as this one with the chef wanting compliments by showing up after each meal and reminding us that everything was made in house. The food lacked flavour and presentation. The whole experience was almost depressing with the atmosphere lacking in so many ways and the menu being so devoid of any kind of information or excitement that we really wanted to leave before ordering but the waiters were too overbearing to allow this and basically intimidated us into staying. It seems that the restaurant is stuck in the classic cuisine of 40 years ago and refuses to innovate in any way from its menu to the atmosphere. The waiters were arrogant and annoyingly would often come in twos or threes just to take an order and reminded us that everything was made in house each time they came to the table just as the chef did. They didn’t notice when we had no water left and we gave each waiter a chance to notice but none of them did and we were the only table in the whole restaurant. They brought us bread when we arrived whilst we waited for our meals but nothing to accompany the bread and then when we paid, we noticed that we were charged for it when we didn’t order it in the first place! The entire experience was extremely disappointing and to top it all off, it cost the two of us 80 euros for a main meal, a desert to share and a bottle of water to share. We appreciated what they aim to do by making things from scratch and keeping the menu classic and simple, but we will not be returning for the aforementioned reasons. Good luck to them

10/09/2025: THE FIREPLACE... With such a welcoming name, you expect it to warm your heart and stomach... and indeed, they do, even if the bill at the end leaves you feeling a little burnt 🔥💸. The food? All good, no complaints, but a bit pricey for what you get. Wow... then you order one thing and in the blink of an eye, without warning, a different dish arrives. Meanwhile, the SPACIOUS CHEF Nazzareno wanders among the tables with his unmistakable hat, ready to challenge anyone, just like me, who loves ordering green beans. Would I go back? Yes, but this time we'll go straight for a first course, without hoping to satisfy ourselves with a nice portion of sea bass or sea bream. No surprises, no burning fireplaces... you know what? The wallet.
