Parking is an important consideration for guests, and I would suggest considering providing free or discounted parking options. In the meantime, it is crucial to clearly communicate the available options to avoid any confusion among guests. General Comfort - Air Conditioning: The old and noisy air conditioning not only disrupts sleep but also introduces unpleasant noise and dry air, causing additional issues. Replacing or maintaining such equipment would enhance the overall comfort experienced in the rooms. General Comfort - Room Size: The cramped layout of the rooms and the dry air from the AC collectively have a negative impact on guests' relaxation and comfort also causes dry cough and skin dry. A more spacious and comfortable design would improve the overall guest experience, but at the very least, guests should be informed if they are booking a room with these conditions. Decoration and Design: Based on reviews, the bathroom seems to be the only noteworthy element in terms of design. It is essential to enhance the design and decoration throughout the entire hotel to meet the standards of a 4-star establishment. 02/01/2024: man darf sagen - hier bin ich angekommen - ein top haus im zentrum wo zu erkennen ist, dass die dame am emfpang (die chefin und besitzerin) vom fach ist - unser zimmer im 5. stock (mit lift) top bad und die handwerkskunst der zimmerer klar und toll eingesetzt - das ganze hotel strahlt freude, fröhlichkeit und die entsprechende gelassenheit aus - wir waren diesmal ohne auto in triest, dazu ist das hotel top - wer mit dem auto kommt hat in der nähe ein parkmöglichkeiten (nicht um die ecke, aber vertretbar) - vom frühstück können sich viele andere häuser etwas abschauen, einfach top!! wenn in der nähe, gibt es keine alternative - danke und gruss aus wien

04/02/2024: In questo locale i 50 euro delle coppie non sono graditi ... Se siete in due non potete prenotare... Non riescono a gestire il tavolo e sono così "tristi" da farvi passare la voglia anche di attendendere che l'unico tavolo da due che riescono a servire nel locale si liberi. L'omino che vi accoglie fa spallucce...da buon padrone di casa la sua educazione gli fa onore...poverini!!!! Non sputate mai in aria...ragazzi...che in tempi peggiori...i posti da due saranno oro!!!!! Adios!

04/02/2024: non ho potuto consumare. Partiamo con il dire di aver chiamato per prenotare un tavolo per 2 ( io e mia moglie) mi rispondono dicendo che i tavoli per 2 persone non si prenotano, quando arriva la sistemiamo al momento....SII INFATTI....in ogni modo arrivò alle 19:40 circa. IO : buonasera che c'è posto per 2? LORO : eee no tutto pieno "mi dispiace" almeno che non vi sbrigate vi faccio accomodare qui al tavolo da "158" persone che arrivano alle 20:30. Finale siamo andati via, anche perché esco di sabato sera mi devo strafogare il mangiare anche no, tutto ciò perché tu non fai prenotare i tavoli per 2 ma scherziamo.....sicuramente tornerò credici.......stai bene così....altroché antica dogana....do un consiglio per il nome del locale "antiche teorie"
