07/10/2025: A place with a French name but an American feel, good draft beer, fairly fast service, and a lively atmosphere. The burger we ordered was tasty, but the amount of meat was insufficient. The fries were dry and warm, but tasted like frozen food. The sauces were typically industrial. Overall, a good experience, but with a few tweaks, it could be exceptional (homemade fries and sauces, 200g burgers)... they have the skills, but perhaps that's enough.

22/09/2025: We went to Rendez Vous on a Sunday evening after a stroll around Gaeta. I'd booked the day before, curious about this pub recommended to me on Instagram. I have to say, you deserve 5 stars and more... for the quality of your products, your energy, and the deliciousness of your food. From fried foods to dessert, everything is cooked with love. 23/10/2025: Despite the line on Sunday morning, the service was fast and very efficient. The products (pizza and tiella gaetana) are so good they're worth the line. The restaurant is open all day except on its weekly closing day. The ingredients used are very good. I recommend anyone in the area to stop by and savor the owner's delicacies.

30/09/2025: If you're craving an excellent paella (and more!), go to this restaurant and you'll have a great time.... My partner and I went there on Sunday evening... eggplant croquettes, octopus appetizer and - above all - a mouth-watering paella.... rice al dente and super tasty with lots of fish inside.... and, to conclude, the best crema catalana I've ever eaten (and I mean the best... by far!); well done to the chef who delighted us... when we return to Gaeta we already know we'll be back here! ; Excellent attentive staff and a lovely place! ; )

21/10/2025: Cozy café that feels like home, we went every day we were staying in Gaeta (and sat at the same table every time!). Best cappuccino and cornetto I have ever had. Staff was kind and very helpful since we didn’t speak too much Italian. We had no problems ordering whatsoever. Can’t recommend it enough, it might just be your favorite café.
