Suddenly you stop in front of Stato Brado and decide that maybe you might like some well-done meat. Gentlemen, well it is limiting. Incredible environment, absurd knowledge of the product, incredible flavors and stratospheric quality. We ate mixed carpaccio, tartare and sliced ​​wagyu and I can't tell you what an experience it was. Top three of my life. Gaeta was in extreme need of these kids.

12/12/2024: On our tour through Italy we went to this pizzeria as part of a secret mission. Our task was to order the house specialty from the Maestro in the best possible Italian. It was an easy task and I enjoyed the pizza. However, I found the term pizza somehow not quite appropriate. At home I would call it onion cake.

Da non perdere la paella nelle tre versioni e il souté di cozze che a me piacciono in particolare. La cuoca che si occupa della paella viene dall'America Centrale ed è simpatica oltre che brava. Esperienza da non perdere

08/12/2024: We chose this restaurant due to the excellent reviews. A couple with an almost two year old child (who hasn't eaten) just "occupied" one seat. Generous portions and excellent value for money. Quiet environment and polite, approachable staff. Restaurant with sea view. All beautiful and recommended. We had an appetizer, two first courses and a fried dish, a bottle of wine and water. For an honest total of €115. But I give 4 stars. I don't feel like giving 5 stars for a small stain. Making the child pay a cover charge was not a nice thing to do. It would have been nicer (and in my opinion honest) to avoid it not so much for the €3 but for the lack of sense of the thing. However, a recommended place where you eat well and pay for the right quality.

15/12/2024: Ho fatto una prenotazione il sabato pomeriggio per il giorno successivo, ovvero la domenica a pranzo. Arrivati al ristorante ci hanno riservato un tavolo che non era un tavolo ma un mini tavolino per 1 persona!…ovviamente siamo andati via. Voglio capire se nn avessimo prenotato allora ci sta prender il tavolo peggiore ma avendo prenotato 24h prima ci saremmo aspettati almeno un tavolo normale!….mai più!!!considerando che avremmo pagato la stessa cifra di chi era seduto fronte mare in tavolo standard!…non mi sembra giusto, la ristorazione è altro!

23/08/2024: Alla ricerca di un buon ristorante a Gaeta medioevale, ho letto le recensioni di questo locale che mi hanno colpito ed incuriosito così ho provveduto a prenotare un tavolo secondo le loro modalità on line, ed è stato tutto perfetto con i continui aggiornamenti sulla prenotazione fino alla sera della cena quando siamo stati accolti dal personale di sala con gentilezza e professionalità, in quattro abbiamo ordinato un primo di pesce cadauno ed un secondo di pesce tutto ben cucinato ed ottimamente servito… cena tranquilla sempre seguiti dal personale di sala. Esperienza molto positiva che di condivido per la qualità dei prodotti e la professionalità del personale.

Ingredienti freschissimi, si sentono i veri sapori del sud. Ho fatto il bis di entrambi e i complimenti al gestore e alla ragazza al banco. Il titolo della recensione dice tutto. BRAVI
