13/04/2025: Oggi, dopo tanto tempo, siamo finalmente riusciti a raggiungere "La tana del lepre" perché era tempo che volevamo venire dopo che tanti amici ci avevano consigliato di andare. Luogo immerso nella natura e ambiente accogliente e titolari che si sono mostrate persone gentilissime e disponibili. Cibo ottimo e piatti non banali che uniscono tradizione e innovazione. Tutto davvero buonissimo. Prezzi ragionevolissimi. Consigliatissimo!

24/03/2025: Un ristorante immerso nella tranquillità del Parco naturale dei Monti Aurunci, con piatti tipici della tradizione e un menù fisso che cambia settimanalmente seguendo la stagionalità dei prodotti. Nonostante il forte legame alla tradizione, i proprietari sono stati molto disponibili a propormi piatti vegetariani, con fatica trovo in altri posti di zona la scelta e la varietà che ho trovato qui (antipasto vegetariano superlativo!). La qualità dei prodotti selezionati è eccellente, i sapori quelli di una volta. Servizio e accoglienza impeccabili, l'atmosfera tipica di montagna con un bel camino acceso che ci ha accompagnati per tutto il pranzo. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie di cuore.

19/05/2025: A guarantee, I have known the cat and the fox for many years and I hadn't been there for some time, I have always found the same professionalism, excellent dishes and fresh fish. In short, a 9" restaurant I recommend spaghetti with sconcigli, top!

10/03/2025: Non posso non fermarmi, io mi fermo sempre, spesso e volentieri. Ormai è diventata una sosta d’obbligo sia per le sue specialità di dolci, la zuppa inglese mi fa impazzire . Anche il Babà con il gelato , SQUISITO. Il cappuccino, OTTIMO. E poi il personale gentilissimo è molto disponibile, complimenti siete i numeri uno in tutta Formia . Buon lavoro e grazie di tutto . 01/05/2025: We stopped because of the excellent reviews. but...... everything was nice, ok we are on the sea, good waiters, exhausted from work but good. All in all good food, but due to the high asking price I'm sorry but I can't leave a good review. Paccheri allo scoglio, 18 euros per dish, and 7 paccheri on the plate, you can't see them... like the other dishes it was all good but poor. Not recommended

01/05/2025: One star for the waiters mortified by the inconveniences that occurred today! Let's start from the assumption that today is May 1st and I want to have all the understanding in the world and I had no expectations of being served immediately, but sitting down at 2pm and being served at 4pm, no! 4 people ordered: 1 starter 3 first courses 1 second 2 fries The starter arrives (half an hour after ordering), then after another half hour only two first courses arrive, so two of us remain to watch, after 15/20 minutes the last first course arrives, paccheri with seafood, cold paccheri, raw fish and uncleaned intestines, so I point it out! And I'm the only one left still waiting for the second course, I ask to have at least some bread as it's 3.45pm and I haven't eaten anything yet, but it was finished! This second one finally arrives at 4pm, salmon with no flavour! Next comes a fry, rubbery, one is missing, but it doesn't arrive! I get up and politely ask for the bill and to cancel the frying, having now lost my hunger and desire! And I return once again to the cashier for the first course with the raw fish, and fortunately it is eliminated from my bill! In short, a completely negative experience, low quality of fish, shame about the beautiful location

Highly recommended both for a delicious breakfast, for a lunch break, and for fantastic aperitifs (excellent cocktails), and for celebrating various occasions in company. Mythical Cafferia!!
