08/02/2026: A very characteristic location... as for the dishes, they were good, but the meat was served cold... for four people, we ordered three steaks and a fillet, two bottles of wine at 35 euros a bottle, three small side dishes, baked potatoes, and sautéed puntarella. Roasted courgettes and eggplant, and finally a small platter of cheeses and cured meats, two bottles of water, we spent 299 euros... the menu price doesn't match what we paid.

07/12/2025: I stayed at this hotel for just one night with my family. The exterior is beautiful, surrounded by greenery. We had a wonderful time. The family rooms were large, and the breakfast offered a wide selection of sweet and savory options.

12/10/2025: Very well-kept hotel. Huge grounds. Spotlessly clean room. The standard room is just the right size. Impeccable service. No problem with bringing a dog, who paid a small extra fee. It's not close to the sea, a bit high up, but the view is beautiful.

26/01/2026: Terrible service. Since we're out of town, we inquired in the morning about the Latin night. We were strongly advised to reserve a table for aperitivo. We ordered two gluten-free appetizers and one regular one. We were asked to arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 PM. We arrived at 7:30 PM; the waitress was busy and asked us to come back in 10 minutes. After a colleague pointed out that we'd been waiting a long time, the waitress continued to use her phone instead of preparing our platters (not to mention how unhygienic that is), she constantly interrupted herself while serving other customers, was clearly annoyed, and spoke rudely to us and her colleague. We lined up to pay and were asked to let others go because they didn't know the price of the gluten-free platter. They didn't even offer us drinks; we waited in line three times. The famous aperitifs were finally ready at 8:40 PM: the gluten-free ones consisted of four dry pizzas/sandwiches, and the regular one was a slice of pizza with cured meats, sliced ​​salami, and olives. The gluten-free platters cost €12 each, while the regular one cost €4; absurd, triple the price for the gluten-free... and there wasn't even a single piece of cheese or slice of ham. Drinks weren't included, of course. Contrary to what the waitress had recommended in the morning, the €7 entrance fee, including a drink, would have been much better! I must say they were very disorganized, and this is absolutely no way to treat customers: if preparing the gluten-free was too complicated, there was no point in advising us to book the table with the aperitif; we would have happily come afterward. At least they could have apologized for the wait and for the girl's despicable and rude behavior. I understand the higher attendance given it was a Latin night, but a little more organization is needed... the tables were all dirty and had never been cleared. I won't even comment on the water dripping from the ceiling....

26/12/2025: Terrible service! The wait was endless. There were six of us. They recommended a platter for four, and obviously it wasn't enough, even though the waiter had told us it was plenty. Definitely a one-off experience.

When men are there, they're very courteous and polite; they even provide a tray, napkins if needed, and a plastic bag for carrying it. The woman, on the other hand, puts everything in a greasy paper bag and hands it to you without even putting it in a bag. Furthermore, she has the habit, after the person asks for what they need, of saying, "Just this?!?" I don't think it's polite.
