23/08/2025: I'm sorry to have to write this review, but I was there today and stood at the counter for quite a while. I asked three times if I could sit down, but the two girls completely ignored me, letting people go ahead and listening to whoever came after me. I'm honestly shocked. I've been there many times with the two guys, and I had a great time. I'm sorry, but you've lost a customer. I've often come with friends. I wasn't expecting much, especially since they know me.

13/07/2025: Seafood grill ordered by my husband was well cooked and tasty. My dish (I expected some kind of fish lasagna) was in fact a layered bland boiled potato with some unrecognisable fish. The portion was extremely small and tasteless. Disappointing. We were the only ones having dinner for most of the evening, so not much of an atmosphere.

30/08/2025: I ordered a cake for my 50th birthday from Mimosa. I'm a customer and I order all my cakes for various occasions from them. This time, I was disappointed. Although the cream and sponge cake were excellent, they forgot the syrup,
and the cake was too dry. It's a shame because it was an important occasion.
21/08/2025: I ordered a cake last week for an anniversary party, so the message was supposed to be "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY." When it came time to bring the cake to the table, the words "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" were written on it. You can imagine the embarrassment I made after being personally entrusted with ordering the cake. I'm attaching photos of both the order and the cake, of course; you can't rely on them.

23/10/2025: First time at this McDonald's, ordered two Mccrunchy Spicy BBQ menus, but once home I only found one sandwich. I thought it was my mistake, but the receipt listed, and paid for, two full menus. Inattentive service.

I ordered four pizzas last night on my son's recommendation...really good and generously sized. The classic Capricciosa pizza is very good, just like the ones they used to be...the Margherita and the 4 formaggi are also excellent!!
Excellent service and kindness.

11/10/2025: It's absurd that the cake is ready for pickup but I have to wait in line for 30 minutes to get it and pay for it. It's pure madness.

31/08/2025: I never go there. The one time I went for a quick bite, the POS terminal under the register was out of power. The girl at the counter made me make the transaction twice, claiming she hadn't taken the first one because she was charging. She asked me for my card and didn't give me a receipt or a copy of the payment. Moral of the story: Two days later, the account entry showed I had paid twice.
My mistake for not demanding it.
NEVER AGAIN
30/08/2025: Staff incompetence. Mistakes are acceptable, repeats are not, and above all, it's unacceptable for customers to grumble and complain about yet another mistake.
Anyway, I appreciate Alice Pizza in general; this doesn't even seem to belong to the aforementioned pizza chain.
