Talk to the owner Emanuele if you find him; he is a person who knows how to accommodate every need and help you with your choice. All the food is delicious. Even the cheeses are a real treat.

30/12/2025: A few nights ago I had dinner at MEAT. I couldn't fault the service, the welcome, or the kindness, but... when we sat down, there were only three other tables occupied in the room. We had to wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes for anything to be brought to the table. It was a disheveled tartare that, in my humble opinion, didn't make much sense, raw meat with an egg on top... not exactly the best. I ordered a rare picanha, which was a good-quality cut, but burned on one side and completely raw on the other. I didn't raise any issues with the management because I didn't feel like arguing, but presenting a dish like that makes me think I might not return. It's a real shame to treat a good cut of meat that way! The wine is good and there's a wide selection. The first courses were good, according to my companions, but I was really disappointed, especially because I had enjoyed them there a long time ago!
