05/11/2025: Let's start with the assumption that the pizzas are good, and this isn't a criticism of the quality of the food.
What I didn't like was the handling of the (home) order: I ordered pizzas through Glovo, one of which was on the menu but apparently no longer available, only to be contacted again and informed that the only solution was to place an additional order through the app (thus paying for another delivery fee).
Is there any other solution to your oversight (i.e., not updating the menu of the takeout service you use)?
I hope you improve this aspect of the service.
19/10/2025: Ordered twice and twice nothing ever arrived, they cancel orders without notifying you, then you call and they tell you that there is too much work and that they can't do it, congratulations

The pastry shop is fabulous! Always a guarantee!
The croissants, oh my! I challenge anyone to make a whole wheat croissant this good!
The staff is kind and professional! Forgive me for those who complain about the prices, but there are few cafes that haven't increased their breakfast price, and La Fenice is one of them! Always honest! I don't understand where you guys have breakfast? Because they've always remained honest!!!!

28/07/2025: Per il nostro matrimonio è stato tutto perfetto, non c' è stata nemmeno una pecca, le recensioni degli invitati sono state tutte buonissime, ci hanno fatto tutti i complimenti, il servizio in sala attento ad ogni necessità. La location è incantevole, grande al punto giusto ma non dispersiva, Leonardo, il proprietario, oltre ad essere una persona meravigliosa, è veramente disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste, la sala era un incanto... insomma tutto perfetto! Ahhhh per non parlare del taglio torta con una scenografia che solo al Casale fanno, non l' ho mai vista ad altri matrimoni! E per ultimo ma non per importanza, il cibo era SQUISITO❤️ Viva Casale la Coccinella, viva Leo❤️

02/07/2025: 55 min per 4 coca cole…vi lascio immaginare per la carne.
Per non parlare delle flotte di zanzare che per scansarle sembrava stessimo giocando a tennis durante la cena.
29/03/2025: Siamo andati varie volte in questo ristorante e abbiamo riscontrato sempre un po’ di ritardo nel servizio ma mai come l’altra sera .
Siamo arrivati alle 20 e le prime portate sono arrivate dopo due ore. Aldilà del ritardo c’è stata molta confusione nel servizio, hanno portato prima le pizze, ed alcune delle quali erano anche sbagliate, e poi gli antipasti, la grigliata di carne era metà fredda e metà calda, unica nota positiva la bistecca messicana, veramente ottima di sapore e succosa. Inoltre ci hanno addebitato anche il costo del coperto di due seggioloni. Sicuramente una serata no per tutto lo staff
