07/07/2025: I was in the Burger Kind of Aprilia 2 by chance, after a long car ride, at dinner time, around 9:30 pm, good food considering the fast food chain; unfortunately I can't say the same for the staff, the girl at the cash register was incredibly rude and impolite, a person who works with the public shouldn't behave in this way towards a customer; I asked if there was a vegetarian sandwich, and she decides which one to make me without giving me options and without letting me know what's inside; I greet her cordially and she answers me with a snarky smile without saying a word; I won't be back on principle; try to be more selective about who is in contact with customers.

27/05/2025: This burger king in Aprilia 2 has terrible customer service; I asked for a sandwich instead of meat to make it with chicken and I was told that they can't do it, which is not true, because Burger King unlike other fast food allows you to change the sandwich, I have been asked several times by other colleagues always there, but today it was not possible, and not even to come to meet the customer by proposing a substitute or advice, but just with a lack of desire and a wall continued to tell me that that sandwich since it was born as meat could not be made, even if I would have been willing to pay the difference.. I can't say the classic phrase "the customer is always right" but usually you have to meet or find a compromise to the needs of a customer, especially if you work in the restaurant sector....

15/06/2025: After years and years of being the customer...from tonight never again. I ordered at 2:30 pm on the phone I was told: there is no problem, we will do it immediately. for the collection I said the time at 7:00 pm. max 7:15 pm. At 5:10 pm the message arrives that I will collect at 7:30 pm and that 15€ must be paid. I show up at 6:00 pm, the boy welcomes me but he knows nothing about the order and does not appear to him that it was ordered.... then he takes a cake already ready from the fridge without writing and brings it in.... after 20 minutes of waiting he tells me to come back at 7:00 pm... I tell him ok, and I want to pay... as it is written (also indicated in the photo) it is 15€. He weighs it and says it will cost more... I tell him: look, it says €15 here and that's what I have to pay... no other amounts... he makes me pay €15, I take the receipt and leave... And here's the best part.... 7pm arrives... I go in, the guy looks at me, goes in and says I have to wait because they still have to write the writing and put the wafer on the cake... I wait and wait... a lady with curly hair and glasses comes out and asks me what I have to do... I tell him I'm waiting for the cake that was supposed to be ready by 7pm and instead they're still preparing it... it arrives at 7:40pm.... thanks to you between traffic and arrival I had dinner at 9pm... mood ruined to the max... and then the cake was simple, 1kg... nothing complicated especially since the cake was already in the fridge ready... all you had to do was put the wafer on top and write... I don't recommend it... and I don't know if I'm the only one complaining... and since there are so many reviews negative...ask yourself a question Ps: another time I took a cake from the counter with chocolate and soaked in alcohol...if hello...it was so dry, that if you wanted to put a nail in the wall...the cake could act as a hammer

15/06/2025: I had tried their catering in the past and they were very good. That's why I relied on them for my son's first communion cake. They were very helpful and made the cake as I requested. The cream in the millefoglie was really good and didn't remain heavy.

15/06/2025: Always very kind and punctual, I often order their pizza to take away, also for the excellent quality/price ratio (especially the menu) and for the wood oven which is difficult to find these days!
