23/06/2024: Sono stato ieri sera a cena per il compleanno di mia moglie e il mio giudizio è complessivamente negativo. Il ristorante è sito di fronte a una specie di casa popolare orrenda e quando sono arrivato nel parcheggio sotto ho pensato che non avrei ritrovato l’auto. Entro nel ristorante che è bello con un giardino curato e con un’architettura interessante e di mio gusto. Mangio di fuori in un bel tavolo che avevo richiesto un po’ appartato ed eravamo in totale 12 persone in tutto il ristorante. Oro per il Menu corto da 6 portate che cominciano ad arrivare dopo 35 min e per un totale di 3 h cosa che reputo inaccettabile e che ho fatto presente ricevendo giustificazioni risibili. I piatti li ho trovati senza molta consistenza nulla mi ha entusiasmato e non è arrivata nessuna esplosione di sapori. Onestamente sono deluso se vanno avanti così la Stella non la Prenderanno mai .

12/05/2024: Questo posto è favoloso lo chef max Cutilli è un pazzo , non dorme la notte x studiare i piatti perché non gli danno una stella Michelin ? Ne merita 8 , la moglie Sonia è un sommelier favoloso ed inoltre serve in dal in maniera favolosa !! 2 persone fantastiche venite a mangiare da satricum non ve ne pentirete

But today a rude woman called Ketty made a scene that was anything but professional and customer friendly. We had 2 croissants, a cappuccino and a double coffee (so 2 ​​full drinks)... And I added my rice milk to the double coffee (which I knew they didn't have, not only them, but in Italy in general unfortunately). Ketty arrogantly came down from the counter to come and ask me "but who brought the milk from home sir". After explaining my reasons to her, she rolled her eyes, turned around and got back on the desk, screaming at her colleagues that she didn't give a damn and continuing her comments about me out loud. If it were up to me, I would never set foot in the place again and I would tell my friends to do the same... But the girl who usually serves us and does the cash register and table service, who has always been cheerful and very professional, really doesn't deserve to pay for that rude woman. arrogant and bossy. I hope to never have to deal with this new woman again who obviously feels like the owner... But she clearly doesn't understand how to keep customers
