I have gone in winter and summer.
The heat is unbearable in the middle of July and August, eating without air conditioning.
This is the negative thing I see about this restaurant.

26/11/2023: La Strana Coppia is a pizzeria located in the center of Aprilia, the place is small and welcoming, with simple and informal furnishings.
The house specialty is pizza, prepared according to the traditional Neapolitan recipe. The pastry is thin and crunchy, the crust is high and soft, and the sauce is rich and tasty. I tried the margherita and the 4 cheese red, both excellent.
The service is friendly and attentive, but could be improved. The place is in fact very popular, and sometimes waiting times can be long.
In conclusion, La Strana Coppia is a recommended pizzeria for those who love Neapolitan pizza. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the prices are average.

01/08/2024: Posto semplice, però accogliente. Molto carino l'idea di avere dei giochi da tavolo a disposizione. Menù ben pensato, vari panini e altro, da pub. Qualità discreta, non esplosiva ma sicuramente superiore a un Old Wild West ad esempio. Personale gentile, forse solo un po' di confusione nel servizio, almeno quando ci sono stato.
01/08/2024: Simple but welcoming place. The idea of having board games available is very nice. Well thought out menu, various sandwiches and more, pub style. Discreet quality, not explosive but certainly superior to an Old Wild West for example. Friendly staff, maybe just a little confusion in the service, at least when I was there.

31/08/2024: Informal place, where you can eat pizza or meat, it's a farmhouse, we've had dinner several times, on weekends we've always found musical entertainment, good food, from pizza to first courses, home-made cuisine that doesn't disappoint, the cheese platter is special Excellent quality/price ratio. I recommend it, I will always go back when I'm nearby

13/08/2024: Large restaurant with an equally large car park. Courteous service. Compared to other similar restaurants it seemed a little slower - but completely negligible - and the portions were smaller. Apart from these almost irrelevant aspects we liked it.
10/08/2024: And the second order was placed. The first one went well. The second one is a total disaster. It's useless to put free stuff if it's stuff that's gone bad. The rolls smell musty. The fries really mushy so reheated and not made specifically for my order. The sweet and sour sauce tastes strange (as if it were old) and very different from usual. I'm sorry but I won't order again.

28/05/2024: The pizza is definitely good. Also of various kinds, many types and good taste. The problem is that they are decidedly expensive, in my opinion you can't pay 2.00 for a margherita, even 3.00 for a mushroom.... at these prices it's better to go back to the round bars in the pizzeria because for 7-8 pieces and two croquettes we're on the money 29.00 I repeat... it seems excessive to me. It's those extra euros that make the difference. And it must be taken into account.

05/05/2024: Superlative taste! The traditional, genuine, but always innovative and revisited cuisine of Civico 39 is an explosion of flavors linked to seasonality and refined quality. It is always a pleasure and a curiosity to return to Civico 39 to taste new meat and fish dishes.
22/03/2024: Wonderful place...well-kept, welcoming, elegant, very kind owner and staff. Two of us came yesterday to have an aperitif: simply say, top!!! Refined and excellent quality raw materials, from hot to cold... and above all the advice given to us on Franciacorta: super spot on! (Caruna Brut). We will definitely be back for dinner and for the many delicacies seen on the menu....congratulations because there are few such special places around.
