22/07/2024: We stopped for dinner as we were passing through. Nice place and friendly staff. We took an appetizer to share (Sauris raw meat and Russian salad) and two traditional Venetian second courses: Venetian tripe and Venetian liver. Both disappointing and not cooked well. The bill was really, really high. Sin.

13/07/2024: The welcome is kind, warm yet professional. The menu offers typical regional dishes masterfully executed! We found grandma's flavors at more than fair prices. You can't miss it! It is possible to eat outside surrounded by greenery with spaces also equipped for children.

21/07/2024: Incompetence.... (Saves the service and face, the boy, for education!) Two people 86.90. Eating a measly platter and 50 gram chicken curry. WHITE wine served room and not by serving it in the glass but to uncork "do it yourself". To my request to return the bottle they reply that the bottle has already been opened (by them) and not at the table. At the bill the "owner" exclaims that she has tried the wine.... That is, how dare you drink my wine without being at the table? Avoid!!!

03/08/2024: Nice place in the center of Bassano but shocking prices. We ask for a small platter with some biscuits as my sister has celiac disease and CANNOT eat any other snack (they didn't even have two chips!) and they charge us a good €25 without counting everything else!!! We leave the place embittered by those who profit from the difficulties of others...

18/02/2024: Ottima osteria appena fuori il centro di Bassano. Non è la prima volta che veniamo alla Trinità è il cibo si conferma sempre di buona qualità con un servizio attento e simpatico. Abbiamo preso maccheroncini Trinità molto buoni e delle costate da dividere per tutto il tavolo. Carne cotta perfettamente e di buona qualità. Ottimo anche i fagioli. Prezzi coerenti con la qualità del cibo.

01/02/2024: Calorosa ospitalità per due nonni ed una nipotina di 4 anni. Oltre al buon cibo ho apprezzato l’accoglienza per la piccola cliente che , nell’attesa di un buon piatto di gnocchi , è stata trastullata con fogli di carta e pennarelli per dipingere Consiglio questa Osteria

06/07/2024: The place deserves 6 stars just for the girl who serves the tables. Very kind, always smiling as well as very pretty. Sometimes it takes very little to satisfy customers. The rest is a unique and evocative location. Good preparation of the dishes. Excellent value for money.

18/08/2024: Assaggiato il misto fritto: di qualità. Prese due pizze, una bufalina e una bufalina con il cornicione ripieno: davvero buone e con ingredienti di qualità. Unico neo della serata, il servizio: le due pizze sono arrivate con una tempistica molto differente; in buona sostanza, una l'avevano dimenticata. Sarebbe bastato poco per rimediare, magari una piccola attenzione in più verso il cliente per indurlo a ritornare.

17/08/2024: Pizza 8. Organizzazione e servizio 2. Totale 5. Posizionati davanti al forno e al ripostiglio per trarre il massimo del profitto nel posizionare i tavoli. Servono le pizze in differita (mia moglie era a metà quando è arrivata la mia). Non sono andato in bagno ma meno male, quelli femminili con latrina e infissi in condizioni vergognose. Di pizze ne ho mangiate di meglio. Siamo scappati dopo la pizza, non meritavano altro.

16/08/2024: I WAS YESTERDAY WITH MY 4 YEAR OLD GRANDdaughter, we went into this bar to buy sandwiches and found two waiters (a boy and a girl) plus a gentleman. They aren't doing anything they're just chatting but they didn't even say hello to us. Then I called the gentleman to order since they are not busy I asked for the sandwich but he told me to wait for another gentleman who is ordering even though they are free I don't know. I don't understand, but I found this bar to be racist because if it were I'm an Italian they definitely don't treat me like I'm invisible. Do something because it's not good for a bar that's in a nice place.

13/08/2024: Excellent location and they take advantage of it a bit on prices. But €4.50 for a bottle of water and a coffee are unacceptable prices. I can't imagine the plucking of those who have the unhealthy idea of ​​eating here...

11/12/2023: The only restaurant in Bassano that had two seats on December 8th.. I won't dwell because I could write a poem. I was humiliated in the middle of the restaurant (with other customers besides us) because I allowed myself to ask for parmesan to put on raw spaghetti and they had never seen fish... Upon my request the waitress tells me that parmesan is not included in the menu (absurd but I would have paid for it separately) Immediately afterwards, the owner/chef comes to the table in a loud and somewhat annoyed tone of voice and tells me that I must not allow myself to ruin his dish with my absurd requests. All this in front of other customers who turned away attracted by his rude manner. Before paying, I pointed out to the "kind" owner that he had mortified me in front of everyone and that these are not the ways to treat people, especially a woman! Not even "I'm sorry" came out of his arrogant mouth, on the contrary he continued in the same way to underline how right he was. When they learn to cook a decent fish first course and above all with fish...maybe someone won't ask for parmesan!! However I recommend first learning education which is priority in this case!!!

09/12/2023: I was out for a walk with my boyfriend. I found myself passing in front of the restaurant. I went in to ask if there was a place for two people and the waitress said yes and then accompanied us to the table with the menu. Excellent place. , excellent food, all fresh, excellent service, and I also give 5 stars to the chef.

03/08/2024: Elegant and refined environment in front of the walls of Bassano, excellent service. The starters chosen were exquisite and well presented, the main courses however did not fully meet our tastes, however following our criticism: the calamarata pasta was excessively al dente, the staff removed it from the bill. Apologizing. Chapeau!! A mistake can happen and admitting it is worthy.

06/07/2024: Returning after 5 years for a weekend, we had excellent memories of the previous two times, but this time, if not for the very well-kept restaurant, we found the service a little inattentive and less professional and the dishes a little less lively...
