16/11/2025: The hotel appears a little neglected in certain details. As soon as you enter, you get a different impression... the staff is very friendly, the rooms clean, although they could use some updating. The restaurant is very beautiful and well-kept, the staff is friendly, and the food is divine. Another truly beautiful and welcoming area is the breakfast room, whose atmosphere makes you feel at home. The breakfast is excellent. A 20-minute walk takes you to the beautiful center of Bassano... Recommended!!!

02/11/2025: I rarely give 5 stars, but this hotel is truly worthy of them. Nice hotel, nice rooms, quiet, clean, professional and courteous staff, excellent breakfast, free parking, great location. It was a great idea to put free water dispensers in the hallways. You deserve an extra star. Well done. I hope to return soon. Keep up the good work.

28/09/2025: We went to Trattoria alla Veneziana last night and the experience was truly wonderful. We tried the bigoli with duck, a superbly prepared dish: fresh pasta, authentic flavors, and generous portions. The waiter was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel at ease from the very first moment. Coming from Spain, it was a real pleasure to find such a warm and friendly welcome. We were truly delighted with both the food and the service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy an authentic Venetian experience.

26/09/2025: I stopped for lunch, a historic, dated place, they sat me down, the menu was awful!! Anyway, there were two of us, we had two appetizers, a sardines en saor (old) and octopus (to be seasoned) 🙈🙈🙈 they brought to the table a liter of supermarket oil without even the anti-refill cap, terrible. Then I asked for a bottle of prosecco (because there was nothing else) he showed up with a Valdo from the supermarket worth 3.50 and then charged 20 euros, shameful. I ordered tripe, the other person with me had gnocchi... the whole thing was... let's forget it. Well, when I got to the cashier he presented me with a bill for 90 euros. I wonder how one should not be ashamed of even asking for payment. The only thing that makes me sad is that all in all they were kind, but never let me be beaten like that again. Sorry for the outburst

30/11/2025: I ordered a classic millefeuille. When I called, they only told me it would have sponge cake. I told them, "Okay." Too bad, when we cut it, we discovered they also added liqueur. The cake is unusable for children. Terrible. Aside from the fact that the addition of sponge cake is also questionable, but that's fine, these are the pastry shop's choices. Adding liqueur without saying anything is absolutely not good. Never again.

07/12/2025: A very welcoming atmosphere, with a menu focused on excellent fish and delicious pizzas. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, with background music, while you savor inviting and delicious dishes. The staff is kind and friendly. There's also a large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces, and in the summer there's a lovely outdoor garden, overlooking the Bassano hills.

30/11/2025: A very well-kept and quiet place. The staff welcomes you with a smile and is very professional. I've only tried the pizza, which was really good, and the price is reasonable for the service.

26/09/2025: A very good, albeit slightly more expensive, restaurant opposite the city wall. The service is very friendly, fast, and attentive. We had steaks, as well as starters and desserts. Our request for a risotto for one person was fulfilled upon request by the kitchen. The wine and dessert menus were presented before the meal and after the main course, respectively. As recommended, we would happily recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience.

05/11/2025: Unfortunately, our experience wasn't a positive one. The pizza chef was unprofessional and not particularly respectful. As for the pizza, it was a complete disaster... it wasn't well-risen, it was bland, and some of the ingredients we ordered were missing (such as buffalo mozzarella). Furthermore, the size was quite small compared to the price, especially compared to previous visits. It's a shame, because with this management, the quality seemed to have improved... Certainly, with a little more attention, care, and SOBRIETY during service, there would be potential.

21/05/2025: Ristorante trovato casualmente tramite Internet per un incontro di lavoro. Bellissima sorpresa. Raramente dó 5 punti ad un ristorante ma in questo caso sono tutti meritati. Ristorante a conduzione familiare, molto carino nella sua semplicità, curato e molto pulito. Servizio al top, accoglienza calda e gentile come raramente si trova. Prodotti di elevata qualità trattati magistralmente dallo chef che rendono ogni piatto bello agli occhi e gustoso al palato. Ottime le carni, buonissimi i dolci. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Se non ci siete mai stati, sicuramente da provare. 🔝🔝🔝

14/07/2025: Good food, with a wide selection of starters, main courses, side dishes, and cold dishes. Fast, self-service. Friendly staff and a clean place. It's crowded at peak times, but you can always find a seat. Coffee and soft drinks are included in the price.
