25/01/2026: Spending €30 for a pizza and a drink is ridiculous, not to mention the quality of the products. It's a real shame because the place would be really nice.

04/01/2026: Went today, January 4, 2026, for lunch. We booked at 1:00 PM and were seated at 1:05 PM. So far, everything was fine. After 15 minutes, the menu was given, another 20 minutes later, the drinks order, and at 1:35 PM, we ordered food. 2 pizzas 1 slice of beef 1 fried fish 2 baked potatoes. A very long wait... The dishes arrive: - Perfect pizzas, hot and good. - Sliced ​​steak (more like a steak) very cold. - Fried fish hot and VERY good (but with a slice of cold polenta from the fridge). - 2 COLD baked potatoes. Otherwise, everything was fine. Prices are not low but acceptable. Absolutely poor service, except for the owner who kindly brought us drinks. I recommend training the girls and/or changing them. The place overall deserves better, and I want to return to see if there are any changes. I didn't complain to the owner so as not to cause a fuss since I was with my son and his girlfriend.

08/08/2026: Had two okay pizzas here. Service was also fine. Pizzas were tasty enough, but next time we’ll instead head a bit further into the city and find some food that is a couple of notches up.

01/08/2026: The value for money is excellent. Two pizzas, two beers, and a cover charge for €25.50 in Italy is hard to beat. Plus, the pizzas were good. However, our experience was ruined by the enormous number of mosquitoes on the terrace. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our pizzas while being relentlessly bitten, to the point that we ended up with more than 20 bites between the two of us. We finally had to order the pizzas to go because the situation was unbearable. What surprised us most was seeing other tables being offered mosquito repellent spray, while we, even after explaining the problem and being moved to another table, weren't offered any solution. Furthermore, the staff's reaction when we said we were leaving was quite cold. It's a shame, because the food is worth it, but with a little more attention to customer service (especially for tourists) and better management of this issue, the experience would have been completely different.

13/06/2025: I have no idea if the food is good here. We wanted to stop by for a late lunch today (3 pm). According to Google Maps, the trattoria is open until 4 pm. At 3 pm, all the chairs inside were stacked up and someone was cleaning the dining room. They should either update the information in Google Maps or wait until 4 pm to clean.

08/06/2025: Not to be repeated, at least on the off-menu, restaurant prices but quality WAY below that of a trattoria

14/08/2026: One star because 0 is impossible. Shameful and insensitive to children and families, if you don't sit down to eat at the restaurant to pay the cover charge, the ovens don't work, but if you sit down, they magically come back on. Not to mention the organization on the beach. They won't even let you put a towel under the umbrella to protect your children because for them it's a matter of decorum, when the decorum issues are entirely different. First and last time. Never again. Crazy prices.

25/07/2026: I've eaten here before and the food was good. Today I ordered two mixed fried fish dishes and the plate was almost full of fish rings; the mixed fish was nothing. I don't know about other dishes, but I DON'T RECOMMEND the mixed fried fish.

12/08/2026: Quiet and pleasant atmosphere, truly excellent food and generous portions. Plenty of options for those who can't eat gluten. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

11/08/2026: I came here two nights in a row. Both nights I had the busiate pasta with pesto, shrimp, scallops, cherry tomatoes, clams, and almond flakes. I highly recommend it. My family also had a very good hamburger, and the fried fish was cooked very well. The portions are large. The value for money is excellent. The waiters are very kind and, above all, very knowledgeable. I recommend it if you're in the area.

15/08/2026: A total tax evader, never a receipt. €30 worth of beer, not even a single crisp. He's going to explode!!!

12/08/2026: Every year we go on holiday to Sottomarina, and when I go to the dam we have lunch or dinner at Gigetto, everything is delicious and of good quality, and good prices, you can't give more than 5 stars, but for me it deserves 100 stars 😀

01/08/2026: Very welcoming, old-fashioned atmosphere. Very good food and large plates. The price is excellent for the quality of the food. The only downside was finding a girl in the bathroom serving a cigarette, which wasn't pleasant for me, as a non-smoker. The smell was unbearable, so I had to leave and wait a bit. We'll definitely be back.

27/07/2026: A simply fabulous experience, which I had the pleasure of experiencing as a birthday present. Standing outside, in front of the restaurant, you immediately immerse yourself in the perfect atmosphere with a pleasant aperitif. Moving inside, to the veranda or the charming outdoor gazebos, dinner transforms into a truly romantic, candlelit fairytale. I found the choice to offer a limited yet focused menu excellent: each dish is exquisite and perfectly crafted to create the ideal experience of the classic three courses plus dessert. An unforgettable evening from start to finish. My sincere compliments to the owners and all the staff for the care and passion they put into every detail.

06/04/2026: We had lunch at Easter. Poor quality food. The worst place we ate in Chioggia. The boiled meat was €24, and on the plate there was 1 sardine, 2 shrimp, and little else, not to mention the first courses. I didn't order the second course because after we sat down at 12:30, they started serving us at 3:30, the first courses at 4:00, and honestly, given the time, we didn't feel like continuing.

02/04/2026: We had lunch here today. Clean place, excellent service, and generous portions. The waiter was very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

27/06/2026: We made a reservation by phone for seven people at 8:30 PM. We arrived on time and were told we had to wait outside for a table to become available. At 9:00 PM, we asked how they were doing, and the waiter chuckled (!), saying we'd only have to wait another five minutes. At 9:15 PM, still nothing. By now, it was too late to change restaurants, so we asked for directions, but they told us they'd seat us shortly. At 9:30 PM, a table for six became available, and they seated us (squeezing us in, since there were seven of us). We went to order, and half the dishes on the menu were sold out. We ate what was available (which arrived slowly anyway) and left, annoyed by how we'd been treated. It was the first time we'd had an experience like this, and reading the other reviews, it doesn't seem to be an exception.

03/05/2026: The experience fell far short of expectations, especially considering the price paid. • Food: It arrived lukewarm, which significantly compromised the quality of the meal. • Service: This was the most critical point. I waited 20 minutes just to order a bottle of water. When I finally managed to get the employee's attention, the response was rude. It's unacceptable to see a staff member pass by us 10 times empty-handed and ignore the request, demonstrating a lack of care for their professional presentation. • Quality/Price Ratio: Very low. I had lunch at a considerably cheaper place on the same day and received much better service. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it and do not intend to return.

16/06/2026: We had a quick gelato. Good & creamy icecream, maybe a tad sweeter than at other places, try the Nutella flavour. Very friendly service, we cannot understand the bad reviews of other people.
