20/09/2025: This year I had the pleasure of spending the best vacation of the last ten years at Stabilimento dei Marchi, and I can only enthusiastically share my experience. As soon as you arrive, you immediately feel a familiar and welcoming atmosphere, that rare feeling that makes you feel at home, even if you're on vacation. Here, you're not just a customer, but a person welcomed with a smile, genuine kindness, and a lot of attention. A special mention goes to the lifeguards, always present, attentive, and truly super kind. 17/09/2025: Unfortunately, I absolutely say NO. Very poor quality food, frozen raw ingredients, reheated and served amidst carrots and salad. My daughter's steak was a hair's breadth away. For 2 dishes, 2 glasses of wine and 1 water, €51.

07/09/2025: We spent a week on vacation, enjoyed the beach, and then for lunch we were delighted by TINE, the queen of the kitchen. The quality of the fish was excellent, I'd say. We also found all the staff friendly. Well done Stefano, who perfectly organizes the beach, left by his great father, DANILO ❤️ Stefania, a wonderful woman who, between the Residency Garden and the Bagni Canarin restaurant, manages everything perfectly. Congratulations to this wonderful family who have been providing wonderful service with so much love for 46 years ❤️

11/10/2025: Delicious pizza and excellent fish menu. Very fresh fish. Congratulations... Suitable for groups, on the second floor there is a wonderful view of the lagoon... very romantic... the service girls are quick and attentive, there is also a veranda for the summer. I recommend it...

10/10/2025: Welcoming place, impeccable staff, easy to get to. Excellent tiramisu, good pizza crust, but compared to the classic Margherita pizzas served by the other diners, which were piping hot, mine arrived later and was practically cold, and the chopped buffalo mozzarella on top was even colder. A small inconvenience, perhaps due to the large crowd, which could lead to some inconvenience, but nothing irreparable. I'll try the restaurant again next time.

Here you dine in a restaurant whose owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the loving design of their bright and inviting establishment and use only the highest quality ingredients. It's a place where you'll feel right at home if you love good food; the service is professional, elegant, and friendly. If you want to enjoy fresh fish in a special way, you must order it here, and unlike other restaurants in town, they also offer beef and other specialties on the menu. 14/10/2025: A seafront restaurant where I ate very well, with truly excellent Taranto-style mussels. Spaghetti allo scoglio was very rich. The staff was really kind and available to satisfy our requests. I recommend it 👍

22/12/2025: Unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one, especially considering the price. A €17 first course should offer balance and, above all, flavor, but this one was completely lacking. My sole was also subpar, stringy and flavorless. Overall, the quality-price ratio seemed decidedly unbalanced. A negative experience, one I personally wouldn't recommend.

04/01/2026: Table for two. The owner or manager, it's unclear, wants to do everything herself. Reservations over the phone, reservations at the table, payment of the bill, and then you have to wait forever for everything. The girls are very nice and always busy clearing the table, cleaning. We waited at least ten minutes for the menu. The hot appetizer arrived cold. The first course, calamarata, arrived cold and seemed badly reheated. The spaghetti was good. The coffee arrived after 15 minutes, considering it's made with pods. Wine... I asked for a red wine from a winery on the menu, and it arrived with a wine she said was of equal quality...but not at all. The MD one is better. Poor quality and too high a price. An appetizer, two first courses, a side dish, two coffees, water and wine, and a glass of grappa. Total €120.00 We asked for the bill at the table, but after 20 minutes, they remembered us when we showed up at the cash register and after the owner chatted with friends for 10 minutes. Highly not recommended.

03/01/2026: The meat sandwiches are good, but the overall experience was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming; one clerk in particular was very unfriendly and rude, giving the impression he was doing customers a favor. For this reason, I wouldn't return.

28/12/2025: Rude and arrogant staff. During payment, they charged us an extra 5 euros, pretending they hadn't made a mistake. The food wasn't good, and some items weren't cooked. Never again!

23/05/2025: Accoglienza e buon mangiare questa in modo stringato la mia esperienza. Ho assaporato due classici del luogo cappesante e sarde e gamberi in saor. Tutto molto delicato e ben fatto un calice di vino per innaffiare e una gentilezza che non guasta mai! Da provare ..

04/09/2025: The food wasn't bad. Fresh ingredients. We had a large salad and a mixed fried fish platter. We ate on the beach. The food is prepared in the restaurant and then brought to the beach, served in paper containers. My only complaint is that the prices are the same, and especially the fried seafood doesn't match the photo on the menu. It looks like a normal plate of fried food, but it's almost half the size in a cardboard box. I think they could lower the prices a bit (€20 for fried food). And you only drink from recycled plastic cups. I can't give it more than three stars.

23/08/2025: Just popped in for a water and a little to eat (panino and caprese), turned out that the food was bad (chips were made in old frying fat, the tomato was without taste) and the whole thing was expensive. They charged 2 coperti (€ 4,60) for sandwich and water. Hey you are definitely NOT a fine restaurant

08/05/2025: Scoperta per caso questa trattoria fuori dal centro di Chioggia Località Saloni. Locale sempre pieno a pranzo, si consiglia prenotazione. Personale molto bravo e super attento ai tavoli, con servizio molto veloce. Propongono un menù del giorno oppure alla carta. Piatti abbondanti e di ottima qualità con pesce fresco di giornata. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene ed abbiamo pranzato per 3 giorni di seguito. Ritorniamo sicuramente!! Bravissimi tutti!!

08/12/2025: I must admit that when I booked this restaurant, I was very hesitant after seeing the rather poor reviews. Sometimes, however, it's best not to trust other people's reviews too much. For me: A 10 ambiance, elegant, 1980s-style but meticulously maintained. Food: A 10: the spaghetti with spider crab was delicious, and among the desserts, the nougat semifreddo deserves a special mention, truly exceptional. Service: A 8: friendly and attentive staff; perhaps the wait times were a bit long, but on a festival day like the Immaculate Conception, with the restaurant packed, it's understandable to wait a bit longer than necessary. Finally, the value for money was definitely favorable.

18/11/2025: First of all, the place was half empty. My partner and I entered at 9:15 pm, we ordered 1 spaghetti with clams each and I stopped there. It was absolutely the worst I've ever eaten, tasteless, and the clams were almost all closed. I paid 17 euros per dish... 1 piece of rubbish... that if I wasn't accompanied I would have made him eat it. I strongly advise against it. The professionalism is 0, so much so that the starving man didn't even get it, not to mention the fried food full of oil brought without having ordered it... we had ordered 1 grill... and the bread made by them was raw😂😂😂, the only saving grace was the mixed salad. One of the worst places I've eaten.
