27/07/2025: Super cute place :) Wide selection of meatballs; we tried four types. Very good, especially the pulled pork and mustard one :) The service was fast. I ordered a sparkling water and they even brought me a glass with ice and a lemon slice! Then my dad ordered another glass to share the water, and they brought him one too. It's the details that make the difference, and I really appreciated these. The waitresses were very kind and cheerful, and the outdoor tables are in a lovely location, in a quiet pedestrian area.

03/11/2025: They have a lot to learn, both in terms of quality and courtesy. I hadn't read that they don't offer tastings. It was 8 pm and the ice cream shop was empty. I politely asked if I could try a flavor: "pumpkin, mascarpone, and amaretto." The lady replied, "No, sorry, we can't handle tastings." That concluded my experience.

13/10/2025: My boyfriend and I came here for a weekend getaway. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and above all spacious and clean, perfect for a two-night getaway. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful; they also run the on-site restaurant, which is fantastic. Luckily, we decided to dine there and were pleasantly surprised. The meat was excellent and the dishes were high-quality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with good food without too many frills.

13/10/2025: Very nice and spacious atmosphere, suitable for large groups. We were a group of 10 and had the set menu. The price remained the same even though we weren't working, which seems obvious but isn't. Many trattorias, when they realize they're not working for a reason, apply different prices. The dishes were simple but authentic. The veal with tuna sauce and vegetables were very good. We spent €15 each, including wine. I'll be back.

11/10/2025: I arrived at Mattorosso without high expectations, but I was struck by the atmosphere: it's not your typical "cute and modern" place; you can immediately sense the attention to detail, from the choice of music to the way each dish is presented. The evening was lively, with the DJ set not drowning out the conversations but setting the perfect pace. The staff was surprisingly attentive: despite the place being packed, they moved discreetly, ready to offer advice without being intrusive. I tried the burger, and I must admit that the combination of ingredients was balanced, with flavors that truly stood out from the average at similar establishments. What struck me most was the mix of sociability and authenticity: it's not one of those "all style and no substance" places, but a place where you feel that every choice, from the playlist to the cocktails, has a purpose. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a different kind of evening, with some music, good food, and without the coldness of some places that are too "cover page."

29/08/2025: The pizza is excellent, but not always top-notch (I ordered a pizza with buffalo stracciatella, but it basically arrived in a small lake of milk). This is just a comment, not a criticism; it happens.

14/11/2025: One of the reasons I love staying at the Best Western where the restaurant is located is the restaurant itself! It's not a given that a 4-star hotel offers top-notch food service, but this is definitely the case. Excellent, carefully prepared ingredients, a refined and elegant atmosphere, attentive and knowledgeable service. A truly interesting wine cellar. It's perhaps a bit pricey, but I imagine the hotel's clientele is often "compatible" with the prices offered.
