13/03/2026: A very disappointing experience: two mixed grilled meats, but perhaps there wasn't any grill. The meat didn't taste like grill, but rather seemed oven-heated, stringy, and unappealing. The portions were generous, but not quite as described (a piece of chicken was missing). The onion-and-beans were disastrous; they were floating in the cooking liquid, and the onion was chopped with an axe (enormous pieces), making it impossible to eat. Too bad; when ordering, they could have simply said that the grill had already been turned off (1:45 PM) and we would have ordered something else. The table service, however, was friendly and professional. Too bad; we'll probably be back.

28/02/2026: I visited Pizzeria Don Matteo, located inside Villa Bellati, with my partner. He had been there before, but it was my first time, and I must say it was a truly positive experience. The place is beautiful, with spaces that retain the villa's ancient charm, enhanced by well-integrated modern elements that create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. We chose the multigrain pizzas, which were truly excellent: light, tasty, and made with well-matched quality ingredients. The menu also offers first and second courses, so there's a wide choice for all tastes. The staff is kind and friendly, and the prices, considering the location, are decidedly fair. In short, a refined and pleasant environment where you eat well and feel at ease. I recommend it 👍

16/01/2026: The owner of the bar is a wonderful person and very professional. 5 🌟 because the environment is welcoming and super clean, the restrooms are always perfect and fragrant... spectacular food and the desserts speak for themselves... I highly recommend the Sicilian cannoli and tramezzini... the coffee is as good as they make it here, you won't find it better at any other bar!!

12/11/2025: An old-fashioned but very welcoming osteria. There were four of us for dinner and we ate excellent seafood. Classic dishes included a mixed boiled appetizer, fish soup, mixed fried fish, and spaghetti with clams, all accompanied by the house Glera. Good service, a very quaint and warm setting, excellent and well-cooked food, and a very good price for the quality of the dishes and the location. Recommended.

The staff was always courteous, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The room was impeccable, spotlessly clean, and truly stunning.
