29/06/2025: This evening together with 2 of my friends we wanted to eat the "famous" sandwiches we sit at the table with the menu stuck to the table because it is greasy and oily, we ask the waiter to clean it and he did it. I am VEGAN for 15 years and I ask if you make vegan sandwiches, he replies, NO I ask if they can make me 2 on the fly without mayonnaise only with vegetables, answer I'm sorry we don't make them on the spot. I say we are in 2025 there are those who are vegan, those who are celiac, those who are intolerant to eggs or other things, and you don't put on the menu I say 2/3 sandwiches not 100 for those who are intolerant or for personal choices in not exploiting killing animals made on the spot so as not to waste? Crazy really it was the first time I sat at your table and it will be the last. My 2 friends and I got up and went to eat something somewhere else where people are RESPECTED in their choices or illnesses. And we ate well in your face. I hope that one day you will change your mind and that you do not think only of profit at the expense of potential customers, because believe me, I am old enough to say it, you risk closing shop Thinking of satisfying the customer whoever it is and not VILE MONEY as unfortunately you are doing will lead you to lose customers day after day until bankruptcy. 06/01/2025: A must try experience for meat lovers. The tartare are available in two weights (180/270) but be careful, it is not the weight of the meat but that of the entire tartare. I took the 180 (more than satisfactory for a quick lunch break) and it is divided into 130g of meat and 50g. seasoning. Wide choice of condiments, all very inviting and something for all tastes, from delicate to more decisive. Availability of drinks such as water, beer and wine (glass or bottle). The prices are in line with the product, certainly not expensive. The only flaw is, if you eat it on the spot, that you have to eat standing up, leaning against the counter. When I was there there was only one other customer, so no problem, but I can imagine that at busy times it could be problematic. However, a place to always take into consideration to treat yourself to a different and tasty break.

12/07/2025: We had our first tour group meal here and it was a wonderful introduction to what we would be experiencing while visiting Italy. Because it was a group set meal I didn't write down the antipasto and it might be off menu, but it was fantastic. The risotto was perfect.

30/06/2025: I waited over an hour for the appetizers that arrived before the entrée. In the hour-long wait I (as well as everyone else) stuffed ourselves with bread (when it's 10:30 and you haven't eaten anything yet, it can happen). The meat is basically like a normal barbecue (with quality meat, nothing to complain about). But what justifies a price of 50 euros if the service is like a festival and the location is like a Chinese bar?

16/07/2025: Una serata fantastica con dei piatti buonissimi e abbondanti. Avremmo voluto assaggiare tutto il menù. Camerieri attenti e gentilissimi. Da fuori il ristorante sembrava chiuso, non fatevi ingannare, entrate e godetevi l'esperienza culinaria.

15/07/2025: Sono stata alla Gurmetteria diverse volte negli ultimi anni. Inizialmente ne conservavo un buon ricordo: piatti ben pensati, ambiente piacevole, un’idea di cucina contemporanea che sembrava avere una sua direzione. Purtroppo, con il tempo, quella sensazione positiva si è affievolita. Già dalle ultime visite era evidente un certo calo, ma ho voluto dare al locale un’altra possibilità. Purtroppo, l’esperienza si è rivelata ancora una volta deludente: piatti che faticano a trovare un equilibrio, sapori che non convincono, e una gestione del servizio poco attenta, quasi frettolosa, distante da ciò che ci si aspetterebbe da un ristorante che ambisce a essere di livello. Dispiace dirlo, ma da “locale di fiducia” è diventato uno di quelli che, oggi, non considererei più per una serata fuori. L’impressione è che manchi una visione chiara, e soprattutto una cura costante nel mantenere uno standard qualitativo adeguato. Spero che in futuro ci sia una ripresa, ma per il momento la mia scelta è quella di non tornare.

02/07/2025: Excellent innovative food by a passionate chef. The flavours, drawing from the chef's travels, are well judged. I enjoyed the bao with ceviche a lot. Lots of surprises in the menu - the apple dessert was delightful in taste and presentation.

14/06/2025: Incredible! The service is as good as the food, delicious. We ordered the €75 tasting menu and we're delighted. The price is affordable considering the quality. And the chef is never far away, warmly ensuring everything is going well. I highly recommend it.
