06/01/2025: A must try experience for meat lovers. The tartare are available in two weights (180/270) but be careful, it is not the weight of the meat but that of the entire tartare. I took the 180 (more than satisfactory for a quick lunch break) and it is divided into 130g of meat and 50g. seasoning. Wide choice of condiments, all very inviting and something for all tastes, from delicate to more decisive. Availability of drinks such as water, beer and wine (glass or bottle). The prices are in line with the product, certainly not expensive. The only flaw is, if you eat it on the spot, that you have to eat standing up, leaning against the counter. When I was there there was only one other customer, so no problem, but I can imagine that at busy times it could be problematic. However, a place to always take into consideration to treat yourself to a different and tasty break.

26/04/2025: Ottimo cibo di stagione, prezzi giusti, accoglienza al top! Abbiamo mangiato cappellacci con asparagi bianchi, polpo alla Luciana e crostata di mele. Tutto molto buono.

Dalla prima accoglienza, si percepisce un’atmosfera intima e curata, dove ogni dettaglio parla di rispetto: per il cliente, per le materie prime e per l’ambiente. Il menu è un viaggio nella delicatezza, con sapori bilanciati alla perfezione e una leggerezza che non è mai banalità, ma espressione di un’attenzione quasi artistica alla qualità e alla sostenibilità. Le materie prime sono selezionate con una filosofia chiara: stagionalità, filiera corta e rispetto per chi le produce. Ogni piatto è una celebrazione dell’equilibrio, dove la tecnica esalta senza mai sovrastare la purezza degli ingredienti. In un’epoca in cui il cibo è spesso consumo rapido e senza pensiero, questo ristorante ricorda che mangiare può essere un atto di bellezza e responsabilità. Una cucina etica, delicata e straordinaria, che lascia nel cuore la stessa leggerezza che si sente nel palato.

12/05/2025: The review is only and exclusively about the takeaway pizza. The service is excellent, everyone is very kind. But the pizza unfortunately is far below expectations: very thin crust and undercooked. I wouldn't go back for the pizza. I haven't tried it as a restaurant

13/05/2025: In all of Padua, if you want to eat in a quiet place that is also nice and elegant but without spending a fortune, the Al Carmine pizzeria restaurant is definitely the place you were looking for. I have been going there at least once a week for over a year now and the kindness they have always had towards me is unmatched by any other place in PD. In my opinion, the best <3

12/05/2025: From the outside, the restaurant looks unassuming and easy to miss. But once inside, everything changes. We ordered lunch and were simply blown away. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a perfectly prepared and well-balanced meal. The wine, carefully selected by the waiter, matched the food beautifully. The service was outstanding – professional, discreet, and genuinely attentive. This is not just another tourist spot – it’s a true culinary experience. The restaurant absolutely deserves serious recognition and could easily be in the running for a Michelin star.

02/06/2025: Excellent restaurant in the heart of the city of Padua, located in the context of the Prato della Valle therefore very close to the Basilica del Santo. We were welcomed very kindly by excellent staff, recommended for the dishes, we had a perfect lunch with excellent dishes. Bigoli with duck ragù, Venetian liver and many other delicacies. Very good raw materials and excellent staff. Average bill. Well done.

11/05/2025: Stunning and haughty place, as is the food served, to be eaten with your eyes but once eaten it doesn't fill you up in the slightest but rather empties your wallet extremely. Perfect service, excellent for gala dinners.

02/05/2025: Substantially unique in Padua. A stone's throw from the walls, stop and enjoy food that is simply good for the eyes and unreservedly good for the heart! Only the welcome and the climate are worth the experience. The food is excellent, cooked with imagination and care. Well done!
