28/02/2025: Situato in via Palestro, è una vecchia casa con giardino adattata già da qualche anno a ristorante. Ci sono varie sale corrispondenti alle stanze originarie della casa in cui ci sono pochi tavoli (al massimo 3 o 4 ) Si mangia prevalentemente il pesce. Risotto della casa misto al nero di seppia molto deludente, arrivato oltrettutto freddo. Polpo alla catalana discreto ma in porzione PICCOLISSIMA. Buono il dolce, fatto in casa. Buona cantina a prezzi tutto sommato giusti. Il conto ci può stare Da come me lo avevano descritto sono rimasto deluso ma penso gli darò un'altra chance... N.B= I ristoratori devono capire che le porzioni troppo piccole FANNO INDISPETTIRE I CLIENTI. Per risparmiare 4-5 euro rischiano di non far tornare più i clienti!!! Quand'è che se ne renderanno conto?

30/03/2025: Never was advice so spot on! Cozy place reminiscent of the 80s... Very courteous and never intrusive staff... Superlative dishes, the bigoli with knife-beaten meat sauce: excellent... the boiled meat trolley as well as the roast trolley is beautiful to look at and exquisite to taste.

11/03/2025: This restaurant is located in the center of Padua in via Marsilio, very refined, abundant food, more than excellent quality and price. I had dinner with the fixed fish menu for 33 euros. The first was with cream of sea bass, mushrooms and truffle. The second course is always baked sea bass with potatoes and then for dessert a berry cheesecake, all excellent and plentiful.

05/01/2025: We had dinner here on New Year's Eve with a couple of friends and our daughter. Everything went great: excellent food, quiet place and impeccable service.

17/03/2025: From the outside it looked like a cocktail bar, we entered by chance and asked about dinner without making a reservation. It has been quite a discovery. Very cozy place, homemade cuisine, very nice staff, very modest prices. We will definitely return.

L' accoglienza e l'attenzione riservataci da Guido e Sara rendono So' Rivá il luogo ideale per una cena all' insegna del buon gusto. 06/03/2025: Reccomended by our Padua friend, this is where you can find the among the best Spritz in Italy, at super price (4.5€ x spritz with tens of varieties, with something like 1.5€ per cicchetto, a small tapas like side dish). Atmosphere is very nice, and usually full of students and locals. Highly recommend for a Sprits afternoon aperitif

27/02/2025: Best fresh tar tar! Love the quality of meat! In the begginomg I was pretty sceptical, but once I tried-one of the best tar tars in my life! Thanks for the owner for having this place🥰

06/01/2025: A must try experience for meat lovers. The tartare are available in two weights (180/270) but be careful, it is not the weight of the meat but that of the entire tartare. I took the 180 (more than satisfactory for a quick lunch break) and it is divided into 130g of meat and 50g. seasoning. Wide choice of condiments, all very inviting and something for all tastes, from delicate to more decisive. Availability of drinks such as water, beer and wine (glass or bottle). The prices are in line with the product, certainly not expensive. The only flaw is, if you eat it on the spot, that you have to eat standing up, leaning against the counter. When I was there there was only one other customer, so no problem, but I can imagine that at busy times it could be problematic. However, a place to always take into consideration to treat yourself to a different and tasty break.
