06/09/2025: I've been coming to Bibione for over 30 years and discovered this hotel last year when I happened upon it during the first week of September. We returned this year at the same time because we had such a great time last year. The owners are wonderful and very helpful, and the staff is professional and competent. The hotel is centrally located and offers every comfort, and the restaurant (also open to non-residents) serves well-cooked dishes with generous portions at reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back and recommending it to our friends. Thanks again for hosting us!

29/11/2025: It's a bacaro as a bacaro should be. It's welcoming, with excellent wines and excellent cicchetti, expertly prepared. It's on par with the more famous bacaro in Venice. The staff is friendly, fast, and has no problem helping you decide what to drink and eat. The atmosphere is beautiful, traditional, and invites you to experience it in all its forms. 23/11/2025: It's always a pleasure to dine at Osteria Al Bacareto Noale, where you can experience the excellent combination of fresh seafood and creative cuisine. Every dish speaks of the sea: the impeccable crudités, served with artisanal care, the tasty first courses rich in flavor, and the second courses cooked with great passion and skill. The service is particularly friendly and professional, capable of expertly recommending pairings and wines without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality of the products. Highly recommended for those who love fish prepared properly.

22/08/2025: Serena is a wonderful host. The food is authentic and made with passion, a typical mountain menu. It's worth the drive up there, as from up there you can enjoy a beautiful view and the cool mountain air. Her tiramisu is absolutely delicious, made by her, as are the other desserts. If you want an aperitif before lunch or dinner, I recommend the "mezo e mezo," which is typical of the Bassano area. It's delicious and refreshing, just the right amount of water for a spritz.

17/08/2025: Surrounded by greenery, secluded yet close to several trails. Serena, the owner, and the entire staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The menu is varied and delicious! I recommend the regional dish and the delicious homemade cakes, made with so much love! A positive experience! Highly recommended!

16/11/2025: The person at the door was pretty rude. We asked to sit outside to have some capuccinos and some dessert. The doorman said "no, only for food". We understand policy, but it was 330pm and 70% of the tables were empty. As I was asking my wife if we should stay or leave he just said "Ciao" as if he was kicking us out.

26/10/2025: We ate on the outdoor terrace on a slightly sunny autumn day. The inside was fully booked. The atmosphere was completely accessible. The food was good. The service was very friendly.

17/12/2025: The restaurant, at least in winter (it was late November 2025), isn't large (I don't know if they can set up tables outside in the warmer months), but the setting is pleasant and the atmosphere is very quiet and relaxed, with subtle background music. The food is excellent (my partner and I had creamed cod crostini, tagliatelle with duck in foil, beef fillet with herb butter and seasonal vegetables, and for dessert, I think, a crumble). The portions were adequate, and the wine was also quality. What was truly extraordinary was the service: we were assisted by two young women, both impeccable, friendly, and extremely attentive. The menu states to ask about allergies or intolerances. This isn't just an empty expression: my partner is forced to follow a very complicated diet, and first the assistant, then the chef's partner, eagerly inquired about the restrictions, demonstrating inventiveness and flexibility in adapting the menu to our needs where possible. And after lunch, even though it was closing time, the chef's partner came to chat amiably with us at the table, without giving the slightest impression of being rushed or annoyed. A true example of culinary skill and hospitality.

17/11/2025: Unfortunately for this place the staff seems to not be very accommodating as well as not very friendly. Kinda take it or leave it attitude. There are better spots if you want to be treated with decency.
