30/07/2025: Under the new management, the service and food have completely improved. The pizzas are very good. The piano adds a touch of sophistication to the atmosphere. Cristina's kindness makes everyone feel at ease. I recommend it 👍

25/07/2025: The atmosphere was unique, the singer was incredible, our drinks were excellent. They gave us headphones so there was no noise pollution at night! We only went for an evening drink and our experience was excellent. Yes, we paid a little more but it was worth it!

16/07/2025: I ordered a "cold matcha," but I was served a cup with pure milk and ice cubes. Visually, the drink was almost completely white with only a slight greenish tinge, and the taste of matcha was practically nonexistent. Very disappointing. The employee told us to stir it well, but that didn't change anything. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience, especially if you were looking forward to a real matcha.

07/07/2025: Ordered a fresh matcha latte, I get a warm green broth that tastes of cucumber in a dirty cup, served in a merciless and dirty way. Paid €4.50

26/04/2025: Dirty rooms, Holes around the room and bathroom (complete with huge friendly black spiders coming out of them (I'm arachnophobic)), At first they gave me a room with a leak in the ceiling and it was raining on the floor, then they changed me (AT LEAST THAT). Non-existent roller shutter on the balcony door, beds that stand up miraculously. Bidet that you can't practically wash because it works like a toilet, Toilet with little water coming down when you flush. Dirty mattresses and drawn mattress covers. Showers without water, excrement in the toilet as soon as you enter the room. ALSO FOUND A DIRTY HANDKERCHIEF UNDER THE BLANKETS AND INSIDE A PILLOW. Hair on the pillows.

26/04/2025: non-existent cleanliness, dirty rooms, holes with spiders, radiators with mold and cobwebs, blocked shutters, used handkerchiefs in blankets and a pillow cover, beer cap under the wardrobes, small hole in a mattress, dirty mattress, hair in the pillow.

31/05/2025: You're not allowed to share a pizza, it's explicitly stated on every menu page! So I won't be eating here again. A quiet place, prices are OK, but food for Italy is a total no-go.

05/05/2025: Restaurante com garçons indianos e muito espertos, rejeitamos o couvert, eles trouxeram e cobraram, cobraram a água, pedimos o prato e eles ficaram insistindo para trocarmos os pratos por pratos maiores e mais caros, serviram acompanhamentos como se estivessem inclusos no prato, somente para aumentar o valor, pedimos um vinho e trocaram nosso vinho por um mais caro. Não recomendo!

24/03/2025: Osteria N.1 besökte jag under mitt besök i Venedig. Jag beställde en pizza. När pizzan väl kom ut fick jag intryck av att pizza bottnen var en halvfabrikat, dvs pizzabotten köpes in färdig från butik. Fyllningen var smaklös och blek. Servicen var trött, sen blev jag påtvingad en serviceavgift på 2,50€ utan att fått info om det. Hit går jag absolut inte tillbaka! Turistfälla!

18/07/2025: El servidor/registrador fue totalmente grosero cuando le pedí que viera el pago antes de tocar mi tarjeta de crédito. Dijo la cantidad en Italiano así que simplemente quería ver el cargo para que no me engañaran/pagaran de más (cosa que puede pasar mucho en Italia! ) Empezó a gritar en Italiano luego metió el lector de tarjetas de crédito EN MI CARA! Estaba cerca de mis hijos, así que no hice una escena y sonreí para no escalar el momento. El hombre que claramente necesita retirarse no debería estar trabajando allí tratando a los clientes de esa manera. ¿Podría haber lanzado al lector en su dirección - sí, pero soy el estadounidense compuesto que respeta a la gente! Además, sus cannolis son tan horribles - inyectados con nada más que azúcar. El señor que sirve café era maravilloso y nos trató bien.

25/05/2025: Ci Siamo andati Domenica 25/05/2025 . Che dire al nostro arrivo locale ( ex stalla e fienile il tutto messo a nuovo) molto ampio ma molto rumorosa mi pareva di essere dentro a una campana e 300 persone che ci parlavano dentro, io per sentire quello che mi diceva la signora di fronte a me ho dovuto alzarmi e andare al suo posto e capire cosa diceva. Arriva la cameriera ci conta siamo in 14 e ci dice il menù antipasto della casa, come primi bigoli al ragù , tortellini di valeggio fatti a mano , come secondi tagliata di manzo , carne salata cruda e carne salata cotta. Dolci e caffè , chiedo se hanno delle varianti ma non ci sono in poche parole o mangi quello che ti portano oppure non mangi e già lì mi da un po’ da fastidio. Arriva l’antipasto due piattini con salame e prosciutto cotto e due piattini di giardiniera e due piatti fondi di polenta fermo la cameriera e gli dico guardi che siamo in 14 non in 7 e se hanno dei grissini mi viene risposto che queste sono le loro dosi in poche parole 1 fetta di salame mezza fetta di prosciutto cotto e un cucchiaio di polenta. Arrivano i primi ancora prima di finire il micro antipasto , 2 piatti ovali con bigoli stracott con un ragù di una non ben definita e dal sapore inesistente, e due piatti ovali di tortellini appena scottati in quanto ancora molto duri e che di fatti a mano c’era gran poco, anzi nulla perché sono fatti a macchina e presumo preso da qualche discount il ripieno sapeva di poco niente e di burro mi sa che si sono dimenticati di metterlo. E dopo cinque minuti che abbiamo finito di mangiare il primo ci portano il secondo sempre 2 piatti di tagliata 2 piatti di carne salata cruda e 2 piatti di carne salata cotta 2 piatti di verdura cotta, zucchine e finocchi il tutto in quantità insufficienti per sette persone figuriamoci per 14 Fermo la cameriera e rifaccio le mie rimostranze dal quale mi conferma nuovamente che queste sono le loro portate e io gli faccio presente che né la carne salata cotta ci sono esattamente sei fettine piccole per ogni piatto come fanno a dire che sono per 14 sorvoliamo anche lì arrivano i dolci, sempre i soliti due piatti con vari tipi di dolci ma sempre quantità insufficienti per 14 persone sorvoliamo anche lì il caffè imbevibile caffè riscaldato per conto mio, il quale io odio immensamente per il caffè riscaldato. Poi chiediamo il conto 420 euro in poche parole 30 € a testa e anche qua tiro la frecciatina alla cameriera e gli dico che non siamo in 14, ma siamo in 7 . Visto che mancava poco che dovevo cominciare a lavorare non ho fatto altre discussioni sono andato via con la fame mi sono fermato a Villafranca a prendermi un kebab e posso dire che con 5,50 € ho mangiato meglio che li . Comunque, se volete andare a mangiare prima di andare lì, mangiate qualcosa a casa. Dimenticavo di dire che a metà portate la sala da pranzo era diventata una cassa acustica impossibile sentire quello che ci diceva quella persona a fianco. Non ripeterò più questa esperienza in questo locale.

10/08/2025: We wanted to eat at this restaurant and waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. When no one came, I specifically asked if anyone else would be joining us. We were then suddenly told that the restaurant was closing in 20 minutes and that there was nothing more they could do for us. They should have told us this right from the start.

06/08/2025: Very disappointing experience. The food was not tasty at all, and some dishes we ordered never even arrived. The service was extremely poor, and one of the staff members was particularly rude and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

15/04/2025: I'm not here to explain all the problems that happened to us: we counted more than 20 reasons for not going here anymore, one of these was the food which wasn't good at all: toast (which didn't even say that it was toast so we were convinced that it was burgers); poor cut and the Schiacciata (included in the Tagliata) wasn't even a Schiacciata; cutlet that looks like rubber, inedible and oily; frozen and too crunchy chips etc. etc. etc. Not recommended, never go there! one more thing, plastic cutlery is to be avoided!!! one last thing, I spent a whole day on the toilet 😁

01/05/2025: Menu’ vario, ma peccato che arrivando alle 1320 avevano terminato gran parte dei piatti in carta . Locale molto rumoroso e personale sbadato. Non bastano i sorrisi…

06/04/2025: Siamo stati al rifugio a inizio marzo 2025 con le nostre famiglie. L’ambiente è carino e caratteristico, le pietanze buone anche se il conto è medio-alto. Ciò che ci ha lasciati con l’amaro in bocca è stato l’atteggiamento del personale: mio marito ha chiesto di sedersi prima del pranzo con nostro figlio di 6 mesi per dargli la merenda perché fuori era molto freddo (ovviamente aveva ordinato qualcosa da mangiare) e gli è stato detto di no perché occupava un tavolo che sarebbe servito per il ristorante (erano le 11), successivamente durante il pranzo abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di scaldare la pappa del bimbo (1 minuto al microonde) e abbiamo atteso 20 minuti per questo servizio. Purtroppo è l’unico ristorante dell’area quindi è quasi inevitabile non andare, ad ogni modo ci aspettavamo maggior riguardo nei confronti dei bambini, trattandosi di una struttura all’interno di un’area frequentata prevalentemente da famiglie.

27/07/2025: If only we could give less than 1 star!!! The politeness and awareness of keeping a business open to the public is something quite rare or lacking for the lady who welcomed us! She was unpleasant and frustrated to the point of vomiting at the customers. Oh, please!!! And then they complain that people bring everything from home when they go to such a charming place with children, only to be greeted by managers like this!!!

23/07/2025: The place itself is undoubtedly charming: an enchanting landscape, nestled in a characteristic setting that deserves much better management. Unfortunately, all the beauty of the place is ruined by terrible service and a truly embarrassing welcome. The waiters were incredibly rude, with an annoyed attitude from the moment we arrived. Every request—even the simplest—was met with a grumpy attitude, as if we were a nuisance. No availability, no smiles, and a constant air of complacency made the experience truly unpleasant. It's a real shame that such a beautiful place is managed with such superficiality and rudeness. I won't return, nor will I recommend it, unless they decide to completely change the staff or at least teach them what "hospitality" means.
