03/07/2025: Negative experience – Beware of unjustified price increases Yesterday in the late afternoon I went to self-service refueling, inserting my debit card with the intention of filling up at the displayed price of €1.64/L. After selecting the pump, a petrol station attendant appeared and, without me having asked for any help, decided to intervene personally. He inserted the fuel nozzle into my car and pressed the truck symbol on the display. After blocking the nozzle, I let the refueling complete. Right away I noticed that the amount was going up well above what I usually spend for a full tank. The car wasn't even in reserve, yet the total was much higher than any other refueling done in the last 10 years with this car. I then moved to make room for the others in line and, having not asked for a receipt when paying with a debit card, I wrote down the data from the board to try to understand what had happened. In the end I calculated that I paid 58 euros for about 25 liters, that is, 2.32 €/L instead of 1.64 €/L as indicated. Even if a different price was foreseen for "assisted" refueling (which I had not requested anyway), such a difference is absolutely unjustifiable. Unfortunately, since I did not have a receipt, I was unable to ask the attendant directly for explanations. The only thing I can do is leave this review, hoping that it will be read by those who manage the station. I really hope that similar situations do not happen often to other customers. It is not so much for the 15 euros more, but for the feeling of having been cheated for no reason.

17/06/2025: Awful service, I went to sit down with or daughter and all our luggage while my partner went to order the coffees. The waitress came over and demanded that we had to order at the table otherwise we couldn’t sit at the table. My partner had already ordered the coffees by this point (in mugs , not takeaway) and she said we weren’t allowed to sit at the table, because we hadn’t ordered them from her??? Even though the coffees came from the cafe she worked for. So strange. So she made us stand elsewhere with all our luggage to drink our coffees. Do not recommend.

07/04/2025: Bar con tavoli alla Stazione Santa Lucia, sia al primo piano sia all'aperto con vista sul Canal Grande. In un ambiente molto piacevole (pur essendo alla stazione), abbiamo goduto della caffetteria con un servizio altamente professionale a livelli di eccellenza.

27/07/2025: Das Restaurand ist sehr schön direkt am Wasser gelegen. Das Essen war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Bei der Abrechnung wurden wir jedoch eiskalt über den Tisch gezogen. Die Rechnungssumme wurde uns mündlich, aber sehr unverständlich genannt, wir haben mit Karte gezahlt und natürlich noch Trinkgeld in bar dazugegeben. Eine Rechnungsübersicht erhielten wir nicht. Bis wir feststellen, dass auf dem Zahlungsbeleg 60 € standen, wir jedoch deutlich unter 50 € als tatsächliche Rechnung gehabt hätten, war der junge Kellner schon wieder verschwunden. Also bitte Vorsicht bei der Abrechnung.

26/07/2025: Grande delusione x il nostro pranzo di gruppo..Peccato perché ci siamo sempre trovati bene ma questa volta proprio no. Concordo con le recensioni che mi hanno preceduto..Molto meglio la gestione precedente. Non lo consiglio

07/08/2025: Horrible. We went in looking at the menu, they didn't tell us about the place setting, the dish of the day was terrible, and on top of that, a pizza that cost €25. They took our money and kept the change without asking or informing us, a complete tourist trap. €65 for two drinks, the one in the photo, and a coffee. And on top of that, everything was terrible.

04/08/2025: Warm, family-style service. The food was delicious across the board, and the limoncello ice cream stood out as a must-try—refreshing and unique. A great spot for both quality dishes and genuine hospitality.

10/07/2025: The food was good. The price was reasonable, and everything went quickly. I'd be happy to go back.

09/07/2025: Horrible. The food is like defrosted half-eaten bread and the service is so arrogant and unpleasant that we have never experienced this during our travels in Italy. We are very sorry, our last dinner in Italy and a spoiled feeling about the whole country.

09/02/2025: Fraccaro Caffè è un vero gioiello a Castelfranco Veneto! L'ambiente è moderno, pulito e ben curato, con un ampio parcheggio molto comodo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ho provato il cappuccino e la brioche, entrambi deliziosi. La varietà dei piatti stagionali è notevole e il servizio catering sembra essere molto personalizzato. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per una pausa rilassante o per organizzare eventi speciali.

30/01/2025: Mangiato bene, personale molto gentile. Unica cosa negativa : pulizia tavoli vicino a chi sta mangiando con lo spray. É molto fastidioso sopratutto per chi é allergico a certe sostanze.

31/07/2025: Warning! We really didn't like the coffee and affogato, and it was very expensive (5-6€)! We were shocked to find something like that in Italy. The view was nice, but it wasn't worth it.

19/07/2025: One star because it's the lowest you can get: €12 for a perfectly ordinary sandwich with cheese and a ham, not even served at your table! If that's not a steal, tell me what is.

27/04/2025: Siamo arrivati qui apposta durante un giro in moto, Corrado sempre simpatico e disponibile ci accoglie con un buon bicchiere di vino rosso. Ottime le pappardelle con i porcini e la polenta con la soppressa. Siamo stati allietati dalla presenza di un sedicente sciamano che ci ha illustrato le meraviglie dell'universo e l'appartenenza del singolo al tutto... Con molto rispetto anche in questo caso l'alcol è di aiuto... Pranzo memorabile

13/07/2025: Este es un bonito restaurante en el centro de Verona, justo en la plaza. Sirvieron buenos mariscos. ¡Y pedí una pasta con mariscos y estaba maravillosa! ¡¡¡Delicioso!!! El personal es agradable.

05/05/2025: Muy, muy mal servicio. Muchas camareras y tuvimos que pedir nuestra bebida muchas veces y todavía no conseguimos lo que pedimos. La comida era comible, pero nada especial. No volvería aquí de nuevo.

20/07/2025: Siamo stati accolti come fossimo persone di famiglia. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, pesce freschissimo. Consiglio se si vuole mangiare tipico e fare una vera esperienza alla Giudecca in un posto storico. Torneremo presto. Grazie mille a tutti voi.

19/07/2025: Eins meiner Lieblingsrestaurants in Venedig (Giudecca). Leider muss man über die Jahre leider einen negativen Trend beobachten. Preise sind entschieden gestiegen und die Portionen werden immer kleiner (willkommen bei der Touristengastronomie). Schade, denn Location ist sehr individuell und schön. Mal schauen, wie oft ich hier noch aufschlagen werde.

19/07/2025: Una vera delusione per chi ama il crudo come me e sicuramente abituato a portate di ottimo livello . Presentare un piattino con 2 gamberi e 1 scampo con 3 carpaccini di ricciola spada e ombrina al prezzo di 28€ è un vero e proprio furto . Pagare un conto di 75 € a testa per un piatto di spaghetti al nero di seppia e uno spaghetto ai lupini di laguna è assolutamente una presa in giro . Ah dimenticavo per finire 2 palline di sorbetto e una porzione di tiramisù. 150€ spesi veramente male . Sconsiglio vivamente. Cibo: 1/5 | Servizio: 1/5 | Ambiente: 1/5

07/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante un sabato sera con un buon numero di amici, ma l’esperienza è stata tutt’altro che positiva. Appena arrivati, non ci è stato fornito alcun listino prezzi, lasciandoci completamente all’oscuro su cosa potessimo ordinare e sui costi. Il titolare ha deciso in gran parte lui, considerando solo in parte le nostre richieste: avevamo chiesto molto cotto o poco crudo, ma è arrivato metà crudo e metà cotto. Abbiamo potuto scegliere poco perché c’era gran poca scelta nelle sue proposte e cercava di imporre le sue decisioni. Gli antipasti erano semplici e poco saporiti, niente di speciale. Le cappelonghe erano pessime, tanto che nessuno le ha mangiate. L’unico primo che ci ha proposto era uno spaghettino, che nessuno ha preso, e lo stesso è successo con il secondo, una grigliata di pesce. Anche in questo caso avevamo chiesto determinate cose, ma il titolare ha fatto di testa sua. La grigliata era deludente: il branzino insapore e pieno di grasso, mentre la sogliola non aveva gusto. Il conto è stato un altro shock: 110 euro a testa, senza aver ricevuto alcuno scontrino (e, a detta loro, già “scontato”). Per aver mangiato solo antipasti e una grigliata scadente, ci è sembrato un vero e proprio furto. Penso che il titolare sia molto molto furbo, aveva già deciso il prezzo quando siamo arrivati… la professionalità non sa minimamente cosa sia… Esperienza da dimenticare. Non torneremo mai più.

07/07/2025: For over 14 years you could get spaghetti pomodoro as a takeaway, and now takeaway has been minimized😌What a shame.. It was great, and doesn't really bring more customers into the restaurant.

30/07/2025: Under the new management, the service and food have completely improved. The pizzas are very good. The piano adds a touch of sophistication to the atmosphere. Cristina's kindness makes everyone feel at ease. I recommend it 👍

25/07/2025: The atmosphere was unique, the singer was incredible, our drinks were excellent. They gave us headphones so there was no noise pollution at night! We only went for an evening drink and our experience was excellent. Yes, we paid a little more but it was worth it!
