This leads to taste and quality of raw materials, but it would not be enough if there were not the passion and mastery of Moris in the kitchen to remember and take care of the "memory" recipes. And then the kindness of his father in the dining room, who frames each dish, with the poetry of memories! 27/09/2025: As an expert reviewer and member of AIS (Italian Sommelier Association), we returned to this Roman restaurant at the suggestion of a friend. We probably found the kitchen and staff having a bad day... the restaurant was packed! But let's start with the drinks: the wine list is good, but there's only one red and two white wines by the glass... honestly, a limited selection. I understand that they want to push customers to buy a bottle, but in today's context, to save their driving license, it would be better to expand the selection! Wine was poured at the bar and not at the table without presenting the bottle. A friend asked for a beer and there was no choice, only draft lager and no bottles. The food: Jewish-style artichokes that had little of the original recipe, I would call them assassin-style artichokes... they were dry and overcooked, probably fried in the fryer, and tasted of fish (a friend with a fish allergy asked if the French fries were cooked and not contaminated by fish, the answer was no, so I assume the same oil was used for everything). However, apart from the heart of the artichoke, the rest should be discarded because it was dry. We ordered the first courses, two people ordered the carbonara and the feedback was positive, while I and two other friends ordered the cacio e pepe... definitely a terrible dish, which all three found to be reheated and without the necessary cream, the cheese had clumps and the pasta was overcooked... I left about 70% on the plate, a friend ate it all and his wife left 50%, I called the owner to tell her about the failed dish, she replied that I should have told her about the problem immediately, but she would have remade the dishes for me, I replied that it wasn't the case... but another cacio e pepe was forcibly prepared... perhaps they were afraid that I didn't want to pay for it, another friend who lived in Rome wanted to eat it, but after one bite he left it all there!! Asserting that in his opinion, but also in my opinion, the pasta undergoes pre-cooking... at this point we no longer order anything and ask for the bill, where we find an error in the table settings: we booked for 8 and were charged 9, a venial sin that was remedied immediately, but the bill didn't go smoothly either!! If I were the owner, I wouldn't have charged for the dish and would have tried to keep the customers... I understand that in Peschiera del Garda the turnover of tourists is considerable, therefore, especially in the summer months, there is no shortage of customers!! However, catering done with passion, with the aim of satisfying the customer, is not this!!

31/10/2025: Given: Halloween night, packed. We ate a huge burrito: too tasty, left the last bites there. Lack of texture. It happens. The ordering system is very clever. The bar towels are a negative; they're unsuitable; we had to ask for napkins. The beer selection is limited, with two entries for each beer, when double the price for a single entry would have been enough (QR code menu, making double scrolling unnecessary). Prices are good, if not better than other places. A place for groups; noise can be distracting.

Surrounded by 4 or 5 collaborators all intent on serving with courtesy and a smile 🔝🔝🔝 I was looked after by Roberta, a smart young girl with a sunny smile 🌞🌞🌞 when I need it, I know where to go 🙏🙏😀 thanks

06/10/2025: Given the excellent reviews, we opted for dinner at this restaurant. It's a great shame that our expectations weren't met... the setting is certainly stunning, and the service is simple yet efficient. However, the dishes lacked character and were expensive. The salmon tartare didn't bring out the flavor of the fish; in fact, it was completely covered, and the tuna steak arrived cold. The taralli and bread included in the service charge weren't to our liking either; they seemed low-quality. The coffee pasta, however, was good.

24/09/2025: I've been there several times and have always had a good experience. The variety of dishes is always excellent. The service is also good, and the family-run restaurant is open during lunch hours on weekdays. Parking is a bit difficult, but there are nearby. The place isn't big, but it's quite cozy.

In a Mirano area where practically everything is closed on Mondays, 5 minutes from the main square in the center of Mirano, you can find this trattoria, which I found to be good. I definitely don't have cell phone reception inside, and I didn't find it to be a, shall we say, cheerful place... but for the record... good! Not a huge selection of dishes... but it's worth a try. Good wine selection. 👍👍
