06/01/2026: Everything was good, from the bread and desserts to the arancini alla Montalbano and the cannoli alla Pasquano, just like in the famous Camilleri series. The only downside was the slightly high prices.

13/03/2026: Every now and then I find an excuse to take a trip to Aosta, practically just to come to Vineria 😁 a place with great vibes, super interesting wine selection. The food is also excellent, my must-have is the fontina and quart sausage sandwich 😍 highly recommended!

09/03/2026: Too bad. We returned after a while... We had a good time on our first visit, but last night, perhaps also because the place was full... something was missing... The wine is always good (a little too cheap for the price)....the included small plate is really, really poor... Too bad. The waitress was a bit cold and never smiled.

07/10/2025: The focus here is primarily on wine, with snacks being an afterthought. The place is busy; Enzo is obviously known in town (they greet each other), and the fact that locals stop by is a sure sign that it's good. And yes: the waiter knows what he's recommending, and the local wine, a Gewürztraminer, was really good. Value for money and friendliness: just right, and you'll enjoy coming here! Top-notch.

22/03/2026: We called to order four pizzas for pickup after being told it was perfectly possible. After four calls, they finally answered and, without giving us a chance to speak, told us they were fully booked and hung up on us. What a lack of courtesy!

05/09/2025: It was wonderful to eat those burgers and fries. Definitely a must-try if you're in Aosta. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is very clean (including the bathrooms). I absolutely recommend it. I went with my family and had a great time.

04/09/2025: This restaurant has a small dining room on the ground floor and a larger one in the basement. Reservations are recommended, and the selection of carefully crafted sandwiches and top-quality products, as is the beer, is excellent.

11/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati per cena , di passaggio da Aosta , che fortuna aver trovato La Bottegaccia . Abbiamo assaggiato il lardo d'Arnard con le castgne al miele ( ne abbiamo preso un vaso ! ) , la carne maussad e una fonduta valdostana . La sig.ra Danila ci ha suggerito il vino La Sabla , un abbinamento perfetto ! abbiamo degustato dei patti tipici veramente da leccarsi i baffi !!!! Se passate/andta in Val d' Aosta DOVETE fermarvi a La Bottegaccia ! Grazie a Danila da Eleonora & Bruno di Trieste !

20/06/2025: Plats valdotains de qualité avec une explication de leurs ingrédients et leurs provenances, en français et avec le sourire de la patronne. Rapport qualité prix excellent. De nombreux vins de la région sont proposés. A découvrir absolument.

What made the experience worse was the staff — especially the guy at reception, who was extremely rude and unwelcoming. There are far better options in the area. I would recommend staying away.

13/03/2026: I visited Boccio in Aosta, a place with an interesting history. The Sant'Orso bowling club used to be located here, and this space was the adjacent restaurant. Over time, it became first a bar and then a restaurant. Today, it's run by the same owners as the inn and offers highly acclaimed traditional Aosta Valley cuisine. The interiors are beautiful and beautifully renovated: pure Aosta Valley style, with lots of exposed wood that makes you feel like you're in a mountain chalet, but enriched with modern architectural elements in glass and steel that lend an elegant, contemporary touch. The effect is truly successful. One thing I was very pleased to see is the young management, made up of young people eager to get things done and bring new ideas. They're also organizing events, music, and cocktails, which bring the place to life and make it even more interesting. I also really appreciated the music during lunch: subtle yet discreet, creating a sense of atmosphere without disrupting the conversation. One feature I really liked is that the bowling alley is still accessible outside, and the restaurant also has an area with tables outside, bathed in sunshine at lunchtime. This isn't a given in Aosta, with its mountains and shadows... in fact, it's one of the few places where you can enjoy lunch in the full sun. In summer, there are even umbrellas to protect you from the heat! In short: typical Aosta Valley cuisine, a very refined atmosphere, and a vibrant, youthful vibe. The restaurant was renovated following a fire in 2018. A place definitely worth a visit. Best regards and kisses! 👋✨

19/01/2026: Business dinner: I chose it thanks to the The Fork app with a 20% discount, but unfortunately they didn't apply the agreed-upon discount. It's a shame because I particularly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere, the professional service, and the attention to detail in the dishes. The bill isn't exactly cheap: a portion of fried artichokes, a fondue, two porcini mushroom fillets, two desserts, and two glasses of wine totaled €140.

20/02/2026: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The dough is incredibly soft and the crust is super fluffy. I would definitely go back. The service is also very friendly. The only thing to criticize, if one had to find fault with anything, is the ambiance. It's really nice in itself, but the lighting could be a bit more subdued. But otherwise, it's a truly fantastic restaurant.
