24/07/2024: A piece of Naples in Aosta! Quality food? Hospitality? Clean and well-maintained place? Customer focus? Here they are! Rossopomodoro in Aosta is all this and....even more! When we need to treat ourselves to an evening of good pizza, cuddled up with our poodle, we know where to go. The ingredients come directly from Campania and you can feel it, the pizzas, the first and second courses, are always excellent, obviously on evenings like Saturday the waiting times get longer, but it's understandable, it happens to us in many other places, but here the difference it's done by the staff! The welcome, the attention, the smile and the kindness are that added value that make you return with pleasure to a place where you don't feel like "a customer", but "a person": well done guys👍 Ah, yes, I forgot: the appetizers immerse you in the air of Naples, the pizzas change according to the season because as anticipated, the ingredients are very fresh, the first courses are classics, which should be tasted at least once😊.. .. Special mention for the desserts, you can't end a visit here without tasting the pastiera they prepare on site or the delicious "lemon delight" that takes me back to Sorrento every time! Don't you trust? At least trust yourself: go and try!

11/08/2024: Waited 37 minutes (20 minutes for water only) indecent portions of the pappardelle (1 ladle which with 2 forkfuls is practically finished. Price and quantity not at all consistent

11/08/2024: We had an excellent dinner with very fast, courteous and responsive service. Brasato with polenta and lamb were excellent. They tweaked the ravioli sauce for our children. We tried 4 different desserts and they were all top!

07/08/2024: I have already been to this restaurant several times and I was impressed every time. The environment is very suggestive, very reminiscent of a cabin but located in the center of Aosta! Impeccable service, friendly and fast staff. The dishes perfectly balanced with their price and very good. I also tried some of the house specialties and was truly amazed by the excellent harmony of flavours. In summary: absolutely recommended restaurant, it is worth returning often and trying the whole menu.

31/08/2024: I was there today for the first time, I ate a pizza, it was good, the service was on time, the staff is friendly, the place is nice. In addition to the pizzas there is a menu with all the courses, which in my opinion is good. I definitely recommend it.

29/08/2024: Friendly staff and decent food, but for the quality/price I think it's a little expensive. Very nice and quiet place as there were few reservations, despite this they made us understand that not having booked there might not be room. I'm not saying it's bad but I would definitely try something else before going back.

03/07/2024: Su consiglio di un ns caro amico che condivide con noi le esperienze estive a Courtil, eccoci qui a La Grenette. Innanzitutto la location: pulita, elegante, ampia con tavoli all'esterno e all'interno. Noi scegliamo questi ultimi (io non sopporto di avere accanto avventori che fumano mentre sono al tavolo!): lo staff è premuroso e sempre presente, la cucina è a vista al di la' di un vetro, e vediamo chef, sous chef e tre aiuti che si danno un gran da fare per accontentare la clientela che, pur essendo mercoledì, è numerosa. Il menu è vario ma in modo corretto: 4 o 5 proposte per ogni servizio, dagli antipasti ai dolci. Scegliamo il piatto di affettati valdostani misti, con mocetta, lardo, prosciutto di Bosses, salame crudo, boudin, castagne: un piatto veramente eccellente e molto abbondante. Mia moglie e la nipotina optano per il vitello tonnato: squisito, sia come carne che come salsina! Proseguiamo con un piatto di gnocchi al sugo di zucchine e pancetta: molto buoni gli gnocchi, unica piccola pecca la foglia di fiore di zucchina fritta, risultata un po' unta. Io opto per tagliolini ai funghi porcini, veramente favolosi. Acqua minerale da bere e caffè: 130 eur in 4, assolutamente all'altezza della qualità del cibo proposto. Beh: il ns amico aveva perfettamente ragione! Ci torneremo senz'altro.

02/07/2024: Dit is een stijlvol en keurig restaurant in het centrum van Aosta, met een mooie kaart. We kozen voor de suggestie, nl. de dagmenu maar bekwamen een dagschotel. Geen bijzondere mozzarella, geen bijzondere tomaten, geen bijzondere kruiding, goede maar geen bijzondere rundswangen noch polenta. Eerder het niveau van de dagschotel uit het bedrijfsrestaurant of de schoolkantine. Prijzen voor het gebodene zijn aan de te hoge kant. Bediening in overmaat en niet erg goed georganiseerd (we kregen wel vijf personen aan onze tafel); maar dat is niet erg.
