21/10/2025: A very comfortable, beautiful, clean, and tidy hotel. The food is excellent and the table service is also very attentive! I must say that the reception staff are very formal, kind, and polite. They carefully listened to our requests and always made sure they accommodated us... thank you! I sincerely hope to return!

11/10/2025: The hotel is about 800 meters from the center, easily reachable in a few minutes' walk. The rooms are spacious, and the terrace is furnished and usable in all weather conditions. Our bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. We had a small cleanliness issue, which was quickly resolved after explaining the situation to the reception staff, who were always very friendly and welcoming. The hotel features an indoor and outdoor pool, a Turkish bath, and a sauna, all free for guests. Massages can be booked for a fee. A buffet breakfast is served by friendly and helpful staff.

19/11/2025: I visited Rossopomodoro in Aosta and was truly impressed by the pizza, both visually and palatably. Aesthetically, it was stunning: a high, puffy, and well-aired crust, with the typical dark "leopard print" of Neapolitan baking, a sign of high temperatures and well-hydrated dough. The crust was perfectly flat, with an ideal balance between softness in the center and a structure that held the toppings well. The topping was rich but not overdone: carefully arranged prosciutto crudo, cream, and crispy wafers added a pleasant contrast, both visually and in texture. Even the cream dripping on top was well-measured, elegant, and unobtrusive. In terms of digestibility, the dough surprised me: light, fluffy, and not at all heavy, a sign of a long and well-managed leavening process. After dinner, I felt full but not weighed down, which isn't always the case with richer pizzas. The ingredients were immediately apparent as being of good quality: fragrant and not overly salty prosciutto, balanced and well-melted cheeses, and a dough that alone is worth the visit. Even the pizza base, perfectly cooked and not burned, confirmed the care taken in its preparation. Overall, a very positive experience: a pizza beautiful to look at, enjoyable to eat, and above all light to digest. Recommended.

16/11/2025: Made an order online through glovo. Waited for 2 hours, they were postponing the time. We contacted glovo and they tried to get in touch with the restaurant but they don’t pick up the phone. After another 15 minutes the restaurant just cancelled our order. Unbelievable…. No respect towards their customers… No star review that’s what they truly deserve!

09/11/2025: A restaurant that offers the flavors of the valley, including dishes of Sardinian origin. It's the restaurant you wouldn't expect in the Aosta Valley, but it'll pleasantly surprise you. The gnocchi with blue cheese and walnuts are excellent. The dishes are beautifully presented, especially the desserts. There's also a wide selection of pizzas. The restaurant is welcoming, clean, and the service is friendly and attentive. Dogs are welcome.

12/10/2025: Great! The only place open out of season with fast service and very friendly and welcoming staff. The place is completely renovated with a "modern mountain" style, ideal for a diverse clientele.

18/10/2025: I travel every week for work throughout Italy...and I assure you that quality, price and kindness of the girls are not so easy to find...especially in the north...5 stars are not enough...congratulations truly...there are no rivals in Aosta you are the number 1

16/10/2025: Stopped for work but had a great meal, very kind staff, plus it was my fault I ordered a dish I'm allergic to, they remade my plate with a different meat, even though I wanted to pay for the dish I made but didn't eat they didn't want to, thanks again. I will definitely be back.

11/05/2025: Personale molto cordiale e preparato non abbiamo prenotato e nonostante il locale fosse completo c hanno fatto accomodare in pochissimo tempo.....locale accogliente e molto pulito ...... abbiamo mangiato carne alla griglia eccellente...... ottimo tutto anche aria che si respira......ci siamo sentite considerate e accolte grazie di cuore

10/05/2025: Fabulous welcome in a really nice setting. Everything from the welcome to the food and wine were first class. We had the Alpine menu 4 courses for €40 it was delicious and fantastic value for the quality of food. They have a huge wine selection and you can choose from reasonable prices or treat yourselves. The service was impeccable and made for a great night for my wife’s birthday.

09/10/2025: The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the gluten-free pizza is delicious! Ordering here is now a given. Highly recommended!

05/09/2025: Gluten-free!. A pizzeria that prepares gluten-free pizza, in a separate stand and in a separate oven from the other pizzas and products. High standards of separation and sterility - a completely separate stand. The pizza itself is very tasty

29/08/2025: We go there every year during the holidays. The granitas are excellent. The lady is super kind, friendly, and welcoming, even with my lively children! We always go back with pleasure.

20/08/2025: Everything is excellent, from the granitas to the cannolis to the simple coffee. And with Anna behind the counter, everything is more fun.

24/10/2025: too many police officers called, they arrived about 3 times this month, rude customers and staff who admit everything without saying anything, a place to go PERHAPS in the morning for breakfast, but even there you would be greeted by poor service

12/09/2025: An experience not to be repeated! Today we went to this bar for an aperitivo and ordered three crodini. They arrived without even an appetizer, absolutely nothing. When I went to pay, I mentioned this to the cashier who served us, expecting to pay a little less than €3.50 each... but instead, they didn't even give us the €0.50 discount on the total, which came to €10.50, and I was paying with cash. The tables and chairs were not very clean; in short, I will never choose this bar again.

10/02/2025: We stopped by on Monday evening for pizza. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere comfortable, and the pizza was very good. Prices were in line with the average. Recommended.
