25/12/2023: Posto unico a 1200 mt. Sopra le alture di aosta dove il cibo a km zero è veramente ottimo. Tutti i prodotti sono dell'azienda e cortesia gentilezza e prezzo sono i padroni di casa. Complimenti a tutti ottimo cibo abbondante e diversificato nei gusti. Ci tornerò sicuramente a godere di questo piccolo angolo di paradiso.

04/03/2024: Siamo stati qua leggendo le recensioni e non ci siamo sbagliati . Abbiamo assaggiato antipasto prosciutto crudo e lardo molto buono poi abbiamo preso la Tomahawk ( bistecca) ed era buonissima ;di contorno c’erano verdure al forno , ceci e patate nella norma , niente di eccezionale mentre i camerieri gentilissimi ..

19/02/2024: Gruppo di 9 persone: Ci siamo trovati benissimo, tutti sono rimasti soddisfatti dei vari filetti crudi e delle tartare (per essere proprio precisini, la tartare forse troppo condita, avrei messo meno acciughe e capperi per dare piu risalto alla carne). Abbiamo poi preso 3.6 Kg di costata di manzetta, ottima e cucinata alla perfezione. Vini e amari buoni e per ogni fascia di prezzo. Il servizio e' preciso e attento, non ruffiano (come piace a me). Conto giusto per quello che si e' consumato

08/02/2024: Staff who in my opinion don't know how to do their job, it was my turn and the girl was about to serve me when a customer (regular or more like a friend) came in and left me alone to serve her! But do we realize it? In my job I treat everyone equally because if I did like this girl I would no longer have new clients and then it's a question of professionalism, you don't treat people like that! The fact is that I was annoyed and left without buying anything, because all that was needed was a little more respect, perhaps saying a simple "sorry but I have to serve the lady for a moment first" and not leave me there like an idiot! Never again!

30/01/2024: The excellent quality of the food is undeniable. The problem is the service, which shows the urgent need for some of the staff to take a course on customer management. Customers who sometimes wait biblical times to even be noticed. Once noticed, they must hope that the order is remembered by the staff during the short journey between the table and the counter. All it would take is a notepad (to always be used) and a little more supervision on the part of the more experienced staff and owners who instead seem to intentionally want to overlook the problem. The staff, when moving between the tables or when they look up from what they are doing from the counter, always look above the customers' heads, almost as if to intentionally avoid meeting their gaze and risk having to take other orders. To be noticed, customers have to get up and go to the counter, wave their arms, or simply wait for a stroke of luck. If and when staff pay attention to customers, they often do so in the wrong order and those who arrive last end up being served first. When they bring the order, you have to hope that it is the right one: almost always, whether the victim is myself or another customer, there is a wrong coffee or a dish not ordered. These problems can be corrected if, as I wrote, a minimum level of surveillance is implemented and staff is trained. All this when there is a normal flow of customers. At peak times, these problems are compounded by the lack of staff: you rarely see more than two people behind the counter or between the tables, but at lunch or in the morning (particularly on weekends), at least 4 people would be needed. The good thing about all this is that they got rid of the arrogant and rude waitress who surely scared away a considerable number of customers.

22/02/2024: Absolutely wonderful little place to eat. They made me a vegan mushroom risotto as there wasn't anything on the menu. It was delicious. The staff couldn't be nicer.

18/02/2024: In the city center of Aosta in a charming little pedestrian alley, this restaurant removed from the tourist flow is really charming and warm 💖 The manager is very welcoming, a musical atmosphere adds romance to this place thanks to a young saxophone player who covers the classics of romantic music. The price-quality ratio is appreciable. I highly recommend !!!

29/03/2024: Da fuori accattivante il menù descritto ma durante l'ordine: polenta con cervo e/o capriolo non era disponibile perché viene preparata solo nel we (da specificare nel menù), le patatine fritte non disponibili perché rotta la friggitrice! La polenta insapore, lo stinco che dovrebbe essere arrosto era bollito, la polenta concia con formaggio indefinito, la salsiccia con sugo salata, la carbonada pessima. Prezzo decisamente alto per ciò che si è mangiato.

23/03/2024: Ottimo ristorante nel centro di Aosta, abbiamo scelto il menù fisso da 15€ optando per pietanze tipiche del posto (primo/secondo/dolce). Cibo ottimo, di qualità e porzioni più che giuste per il prezzo, contando che ci è stato offerto il caffè e persino un pacchetto di biscotti locali (Tegole Valdostane). Personale molto cortese e veloce nel gestire le ordinazioni. Ristorante super consigliato per un pranzo veloce, di qualità e all’insegna della tradizione a prezzi modici. Complimenti!

04/02/2024: non avevano un appendino per i cappotti. non mi hanno portato l’acqua. hanno versato uno 0,15 nel calice di vino. che forse era pure uno 0,10. e stiamo parlando di un calice di sei euro. porzioni piccole. nemmeno cento grammi di carne per ogni secondo (di carne).

13/03/2024: apart from the owner the staff is grumpy. The food is quite good but the service leaves something to be desired. It's fine to take away every now and then... every now and then. eating there is fine if you like being in a hole.
