25/12/2025: Unfortunately my experience which took place on Christmas Day was negative, I must say that I had booked a month in advance and instead they had not marked the reservation by putting us in a room that was not heated by the sun, we ate with our coats there were 4 of us. The waiters who logically put their faces on it every time they came apologized so a 10 to them who are polite and good at their job but the organization leaves a lot to be desired, as for food I only liked the lasagna which was really good the presto did not satisfy me, you know it is a special day and it would be better to try on a quieter day. We will not return, the owner with whom we had the pleasure of speaking did not show up.

04/02/2026: I came for lunch as soon as I arrived in Spoleto, a bit by chance… but as they say, nothing happens by chance… great place, excellent food, and a very warm welcome and service. I recommend it, oh yes, but not before a 6-hour hike, of course, because it's very filling, at least for me ;)

17/12/2025: We went for lunch at the recommendation of friends who live in Spoleto. The place was crowded because it was a holiday, but Rita was attentive to all her guests' needs. The platter of cold cuts, cheeses, and bruschetta was truly delicious; the first and second courses were equally delicious! We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Umbria. Enjoy!

08/12/2025: I wanted to hug the chef, but I was really too full. There were seven of us. The regular dishes were good, the truffle dishes were good, the snail dishes were good. There's an impressive variety of choices, and everything we ordered was good. The meat—wild boar, lamb, chicken wings—was all juicy, tender, and flavorful without being overly flavorful. The sauces were excellent, in the case of goose, truffle, snails, and a simple red wine. We finished with semifreddo and a special spoletina. The house red wine was strong but pleasant. The limoncello and grappa were special, especially the grappa, which was very smooth. I really appreciated it. It was my first time, but I really hope it won't be my last. I forgot to mention the very courteous, fast, and helpful service. Exceptional people. I want to go back! I hope I'll be in time.... Photo of the snail menu.

04/10/2025: A sensational, unique, and authentic experience! Everything was exceptionally good, from the appetizers to the coffee, from the first courses to the second courses, from the side dishes to the dessert! The location is neat and welcoming, the service is very friendly and attentive to every request. The final bill was excellent! We will definitely be back!

12/10/2025: Discovered by chance, delicious gelato. I had a cup of Williams pears, cinnamon and chocolate chips, and strawberry grapes, prickly pears, and basil. An explosion of flavor. It's a shame I couldn't try the other flavors, so many and so unusual. Definitely worth a try if you're passing through Spoleto.

30/11/2025: Pleasant and well-kept atmosphere, fast service, and a very friendly, down-to-earth owner. The menu offers numerous culinary options, from the pizzeria (Neapolitan pizza, thick and richly topped, and served pre-sliced) to the restaurant (we'll be back to try the first and second courses!!). We especially enjoyed the appetizer, which was very generous and accompanied by the unique fried gnocco! Very fair prices and a full belly, highly recommended!

10/11/2025: The atmosphere is uniquely suited to young people, but with great 80s and 90s music. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the owners are wonderful. The food is excellent, high-quality, and well-prepared.

13/03/2026: The farro and legume soup of the day was decent, as were the grilled pork sausages and roast potatoes. The homemade tiramisu for dessert was also excellent.

05/01/2026: Farmhouse near Spoleto Good location for traveling Beautiful rustic-style property located on a hill Excellent for relaxation, silence, and peace Strengths include the cleanliness and attention to detail in the property and rooms, and the professionalism and courtesy of everyone at the property, from the receptionist to the breakfast lady. Trilli, the dog, is also lovely: sweet and cuddly. And a bonus for the Tipico restaurant attached to the property, a real treat. I definitely recommend spending a few days at Valle Rosa!

05/01/2026: This place was recommended to us by a friend from Spoleto, and I have to say, he couldn't have given us a better recommendation. The place is in the countryside and seems almost difficult to find, but once you enter, you immediately feel welcomed and pampered by the staff with great professionalism and courtesy. The food is excellent, traditional but with a slight twist, and not at all banal. Prices are in line with the quality of the food and the service. I definitely recommend it!

The precise, friendly and very prepared staff Francesca always at the top .. Excellent wine cellar ... What can I say, we return and we return ... As I did and I will do again .. 👍

30/01/2026: My boyfriend and I had a great time. They have a completely gluten-free menu. I had the pumpkin flan, the risotto, and for dessert, the pear with vanilla ice cream. I loved all three dishes. Good value for money, excellent location because it's in one of the main squares.

28/12/2025: My family and I stopped here for lunch during a trip to Spoleto and were truly delighted with the quality of the food. In addition to the à la carte menu, the owner also offered the option of making changes to accommodate guests' preferences. I personally tried the radicchio and taleggio risotto and it was phenomenal. My parents had the meat and were equally thrilled! The gratinated vegetables were also delicious. Highly recommended! 🌟
