29/03/2026: We were there today for an aperitif and had the tagliere and two drinks 🍷 The tagliere (mixed sausage and cheese selection) was amazing 🤩🤩 We'll definitely be back!
15/03/2026: Extremely expensive for very little! The price-performance ratio is completely off. We paid €32 for four Aperol Spritzes and €7 for a 0.3-liter bottle of beer! Even the cheese and ham platter was barely worth €29… Prices higher than in Rome or New York! A real tourist trap; if we had known, we would have moved on immediately.

22/10/2025: Disappointing experience at Pozzo Romano
We visited Pozzo Romano restaurant with a group of 15 colleagues, but unfortunately, the experience was very negative. The staff was unwelcoming and rushed, with no attention to the customer. The meal was of poor quality, with poorly prepared and flavorless dishes. In a city as renowned for its hospitality and good cuisine as Assisi, we expected much better. We do not recommend this restaurant.

02/01/2026: About a hundred meters from Minerva Square, the center of the medieval village. Regional cuisine, not a very large selection, but everything was delicious. Very fast and friendly service.

16/08/2025: Rude staff, even more so the owner, very rude. When we asked for clarification on the dishes, he replied, "If it's okay, that's it. Otherwise, you can leave." NEVER talk rudely to customers, but this was downright rude!
I advise everyone not to stop here and to move on.

04/04/2026: Nothing exceptional, it's located in the center of Assisi and is convenient for an unpretentious aperitivo.
The prices are quite high compared to the standard.
The interior is nice.
13/03/2026: High priced, mediocre coffee with charmless service. Its central location and early opening hours make it crowded. Avoid if anywhere else is open.

23/03/2026: Poor quality food, with reheated fries that weren't cooked to order. We asked for bread, as we'd ordered a frozen cutlet and sausage, and they brought us a sandwich with a cutlet removed, making it dirty and greasy. The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. I absolutely do not recommend it.
23/03/2026: Poor quality food cooked in the morning for the evening, not reheated, no bread to accompany it. Rude waiters, dirty place on the floor.

06/04/2026: An experience to forget. The place is very small and neglected, but the real problem is the food: the pizza is obviously frozen and of poor quality, practically inedible. I wouldn't go back, even for free. Highly discouraged.
03/04/2026: I ordered a coffee and a dessert (a Rocciata). Everything was good, even the table service. I don't understand the low rating and the one-star reviews... 🤔
