10/06/2026: Very tasty, lots of local options, and good prices. We would go again.
29/05/2026: Based on the good reviews, we visited the Therme restaurant. At first, we were a little skeptical because it didn't look particularly inviting, but the pizza was delicious and the prices are absolutely fantastic! We paid €6.50 for a Margherita! Elsewhere, you'd easily pay twice that, and here you get really fair prices and great taste!
Many locals go here, which is usually a good sign. The service was friendly and efficient! Card payments are no problem.

03/08/2026: We stopped by for a quick refreshment and a caffeine boost, so I can't comment on the food.
The espresso was excellent, and the drinks were perfectly refreshing.
The service was friendly and quick, and the view was stunning.
There are also beautifully flowering dipladenias in the outdoor area.

04/06/2026: If you're in the mood for pizza, this is a great choice. The service is quick and friendly, and the price is reasonable. The terrace is fantastic when the weather is nice, but it's often packed, which speaks for itself. I'd gladly come again.
04/06/2026: The restaurant is located directly on the main square, but is set back slightly from the street, making it pleasantly quiet. Upon entering, the restaurant makes a very good and well-maintained impression. The waiters were friendly, attentive, and courteous.
The food was delicious, the portions were ample, and the quality was excellent. While the prices are slightly above average, they are justified given the quality offered.
Only the restrooms detracted somewhat from the otherwise positive overall impression during our visit. Aside from that, we were very satisfied and would gladly recommend the restaurant.

29/03/2026: I was at this place last night. Terrible service, not to mention the rude way the lady, who I believe was the owner, took my order. Arrived at 7:00 PM. After several inquiries about where my pizza was, I pointed out that my friends had finished eating a while ago. I asked the owner, who seemed disinterested. Furthermore, the drinks arrived after they had finished eating. I left at 9:30 PM. Nothing had arrived, not even the drinks. Highly not recommended.
25/12/2025: We ordered three Christmas fish menus for €50. The scallops were a terrible gratin, the cod was good, but the polenta was too hard and flavorless. The lobster main course was flavorless, and you couldn't even see the lobster on the plate. The sea bream was unsalted, and the mixture was tough. The vegetables were well-cooked, but lacked salt. There wasn't even a cruet of oil at the table. The dessert was good. I paid €175, but it was the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at. The establishment was very well-kept, clean, and welcoming.

26/07/2025: Questo grande ristorante nel centro di Merano - 'gemello' di quello di Bolzano - è sempre frequentatissimo e pieno nonostante sia davvero enorme (buon segno!). Qui si possono fare semplici spuntini freddi (classici taglieri) o pranzi e cene più 'strutturati'. Nel menù non troverete distinzioni fra primi e secondi piatti, più che altro perché tutti valgono in genere come piatti unici. I canederli, per esempio sono tre e davvero molot, molto grandi. Fra gli altri piatti ci sono stinco, rosticciata, il piatto forst (con costine, salsiccia, stinco, patate e canederli).
26/07/2025: Bel posticino in stile Hofbrauhaus dove è possibile gustare dei buoni piatti rispettando la tradizione, e bere una buona birra.

31/05/2026: Guys, please ignore the bad reviews. The food is awful; even I could probably have made it better. Charging €15 for a "salad" the size of a teacup is outrageous. The woman serving, with her arrogance, would probably be better suited to being a bouncer. Cheers
28/05/2026: Honestly very high expectations, pizza, a calzone with little topping and a smear of tomato on top, the worst I've ever eaten, insufficient service, for what we paid with a little kindness and a smile, they would have earned a lot.

23/12/2025: A pleasant spot on the promenade in Merano, I had the soup of the day which was fillling and tasted good but what I liked were the sparrows which were around the tables, they were very tame and were happy enough to eat peanuts from my hand 😊
20/09/2025: The food was delicious and arrived quickly. The price/performance ratio was absolutely reasonable. The location is very nice.

14/11/2025: We tried the bar once and found the staff to be less than courteous, almost annoying, and even greeting you with a "ciao" and the hot chocolate was watery. Only the chic atmosphere was pleasant. Failed.

09/07/2026: Tourist trap! The food is stale. There's no fresh or tasty food here! And the prices are way too high. Better to walk a little further along the promenade towards the arcade. There you can sit comfortably and the prices are more reasonable.
24/06/2026: Bruno Sepp is, if you can call it that, a bistro bordering the Passirio River in Merano. The staff is mostly adequate, but the selection of cured meats is mediocre. At first glance, it may seem generous, but in reality, it isn't. Three micro slices of cheese, three slices of discount-style Milano salami (Alto Adige is renowned for its quality cured meats, including speck, aged roe deer sausages, and so on), three slices of fatty prosciutto, and a few gherkins—all for €17.50. The bruschetta, however, was nothing more than toasted bread covered in melted cheese. Not to mention the bread, which couldn't be more ordinary. The dishes were more than botched and all of poor quality. This place profits from the poor, unsuspecting tourists who flock there.

Le pietanze sono buone e di qualità, ma il servizio non è all'altezza, sbrigativi quasi non vedessero l'ora che ce ne andassimo
