17/12/2024: Ricevimento meraviglioso. Cortesia fuori dal comune. Tanta professionalità e amore. Cucina ottima. Cura del dettaglio top. Il tutto con un prezzo piatto e bicchieri di vino più che onesto. Veramente una meravigliosa esperienza che ripeterò al più presto.

01/11/2024: Location molto bella, personale super gentile e molto attento. Consigliatissimo, soprattutto in coppia. Menu con scelta non molto varia, ma elevata qualità degli ingredienti e preparazione di alto livello. Ci tornerei.

15/12/2024: Ci siamo andati due volte in rapida successione durante il nostro soggiorno a Merano e questo già la dice lunga!Nel locale “frullano”letteralmente tanti giovani gentili e accoglienti che offrono un servizio veloce e frescoLe pietanze sono buonissime e il cibo fresco! Sempre pieno ed è comprensibile! Ottimo!

07/03/2025: I waited 2 hours, ordered via Deliveroo until I got the only answer via the chat bot, they said they had called me. They didn't try to ring the bell or at least leave the order at the door. I didn't get the money back either!

11/03/2025: Qualche settimana fa eravamo in vacanza a Merano e non potevamo non andare in questa consigliatissima birreria. Dire che siamo rimasti delusi è poco: personale, soprattutto maschile, scontroso, maleducato, indisponente e sbrigativo. Ci propongono i bretzel ed ordiniamo un antipasto di formaggi. Il cameriere, portandoci l'antipasto a dir poco caro e al di sotto delle aspettative, (allego foto), non essendoci molto spazio al tavolo ed aiutandolo noi nel farlo, si è spazientito, ha preso il piatto con il bretzel e l'ha letteralmente lanciato nel vassoio del pane. Noi eravamo spiazzati da questo gesto. Alla nostra richiesta di poter avere una portata prima del previsto ci ha liquidato in maniera arrogante e sgarbata dicendoci che non ne sapeva niente dei nostri piatti quando ci aveva appena servito due pietanze. La collega donna, vedendoci alterati si è avvicinata chiedendo cosa fosse successo e le è stato spiegato che i suoi colleghi maschi erano abbastanza frustrati e maleducati. Servizio troppo veloce, in quanto se ti vedevano fermo per qualche minuto di troppo portavano via il piatto di portata sebbene ci fosse ancora da mangiare. Cibo discreto ma se volete spendere lo stesso tanto c'è decisamente di meglio in giro: dal personale al cibo.

06/01/2025: Complimenti . Una cucina tipica della tradizione che non può che lasciarci un bellissimo ricordo . Davvero tutto molto buono . I canederli fantastici . Il prezzo davvero ottimo . Tappa immancabile , torneremo di sicuro .

29/12/2024: Siamo andati a mangiare a cena. Abbiamo ordianto die piatti di canederli in brodo e un tris di canederli, saporti,di ottima qualità, posizioni abbondanti. Servizio cortese e veloce. Prezzo onesto.

28/12/2024: Das Restaurant Schlossgarten befindet sich direkt beim Schloss Trauttmansdorff mit 140 Sitzplätzen im Innenbereich und 200 Sitzplätzen auf der Terrasse. Wir hatten angesichts des Gedränges bedenken, da an solchen Orten die Gastronomie oft in Massenabfertigung und ABZOCKE ausartet. Hier erlebten wir das Gegenteil! Trotz des grossen Andrangs haben wir noch einen schönen Platz gefunden und wurden sehr freundlich nach unseren. Wir saßen sehr schön auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Gärten und den Teich. Die Bedienung kam recht schnell . Kleine Karte mit regionalen Klassikern und Sachen, die immer gehen. Im Gegensatz dazu das Palmencafe am Seerosenteich 40 Sitzplätze Hat eher Massenabfüllcharakter. Wir waren über Stunden in der wunderschönen Schloss Anlage unterwegs und hatten Hunger. Nicht zu empfehlen ist jedoch der Aufenthalt am See. Zwar sehr schöne Umgebung. Kleine Karte, Mürrische Bedienung. Was wir bestellten war aus. Die Ersatzbestellung brauchte ewig. Insbesondere die Getränke-Preise sind hoch…

08/03/2025: STAFF (WOMEN) OF THE BISTRO VERY RUDE/STAFF OF THE BISTRO MOLTO ANTIPATICO. Food is ok, but prices are too high. Asked 3 times for jam swap because I'm allergic to cherries, but didn't get a replacement. Staff very very unfriendly.

22/02/2025: Un locale molto particolare, ma bello nel suo stile. Ci hanno fatto accomodare nel piano di sotto e siamo rimasti molto colpiti dall'ambiente. Personale molto cordiale soprattutto la ragazza che ci ha servito. I piatti buoni! Comunque merita di andarci!!!!

22/02/2025: Locale molto particolare con molti cimeli musicali, copertine di vecchi vinili e strumenti. Un po' buio per i miei gusti ma e' in un antichissimo edificio, nato come carcere e successivamente convertito in casa di tolleranza. Offre una cucina italiana, non tipicamente altoatesina con qualche piatto di pesce.

17/10/2024: The food was okay. If I had seen the kitchen and the rest of the restaurant beforehand, we wouldn't have come there. Unfortunately, I didn't go to the toilet until after dinner and that's when everything revealed itself to me...

09/10/2024: Awful is too mild a verdict. Disgusting is the proper word. It's not even possible to eat worse in the whole region, let alone in Merano. Absolutely horrendous. Please, only drink if you do the mistake of going here. You have been warned. DO NOT EAT HERE. Terribly bad food! There is absolutely no way it could be worse and more disgusting than eating here, not just in Meran, but in the whole of South Tyrol! I don't have the words to describe how disgusting the food and service is here. Absolute nightmare. My message is to be heard as soon as possible and the voice is heard, and the service and atmosphere are also there. LONTANO DA QUA PER MANGIARE! È veramente un incubo! It is absolutely impossible to manage the peggio che qua non solo a Merano ma in all' Alto Adige! Una schifezza complete.
