29/05/2025: Enttäuschend. Waren hinten im Biergarten. Erster Eindruck war durchaus positiv, aber bei genauem Betrachten doch eher ein wenig ungepflegt. Tische waren dreckig und eingestaubt. Unser Tisch hatte wohl schon länger kein Tuch mehr gesehen. Die Unterlagen klebten am Tisch, Müll vom Vorgänger (ein Flyer, hatten diesen extra ersichtlich an den Tischrand gelegt) wurde auch nicht entsorgt. Meine Essensbestellung wurde erstmal infrage gestellt, weil ich 2 Hauptgänge bestellt habe (Nudeln und Salat). Ob auf einem Teller oder zwei. Resultat: lauwarme Nudeln schon längst auf und immer noch kein Salat. Teller und Besteck wurde abgeräumt, auch von meiner Begleitung und dann wurde gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Haben darauf hingewiesen, dass der Salat fehlt und dieser jetzt aber auch nicht mehr benötigt wird. Daraufhin kam ein zweiter Kellner und fragte, ob ich nun meinen zweiten Gang haben möchte. Dieses habe ich angelehnt. Es kam dann zu einer kurzen Diskussion, dass es ja einen ersten Gang und einen zweiten Gang geben würde. Eine Gabel könnte man mir noch bringen. Auch das wurde meinerseits abgelehnt. Beim Bezahlen tauchte der Salat auch nicht auf, allerdings eine Steuer von 1,90 € pro Person. Für das Essen im Haus! Und das ist kein Trinkgeld, wie es ausdrücklich vom Personal betont wurde. Die Tatsache, dass man 1,90 € für einen dreckigen Tisch und Besteck zahlen muss, welches auf einer Serviette lag, die von der Sonne schon so ausgebleicht war, dass sich die Form vom Besteck eingebrannt hat, war schon bemerkenswert. Um dem Abend dann hinter uns zu bringen, haben wir bezahlt. Aber mit einem sehr bitten Beigeschmack

03/05/2025: Eravamo stati in questo ristorante 1 anno fa, e c'eravamo trovati bene. A distanza di un anno, è cambiato tutto. Nuova location, più centrale (e turistica). La cameriera ci parla in tedesco e non capisce una parola di italiano (per un ristorante che si spaccia siciliano, non c'è male). Metà dei piatti indicati nel menù non erano disponibili (alle 19.45!) Faticosamente ordiniamo. I primi arrivano dopo 5 Min, discreti ma niente di che. Dopo di che inizia un' attesa interminabile per i secondi. Dopo 20 min passa un primo cameriere, e ci chiede: "ma avete ordinato il secondo"? No comment. Passano altri 20 Min, arriva un altro cameriere e ci fa: "signori ma vete ordinato altro?" Altro no comment. Nel frattempo vedevamo camerieri (o presunti tali) arrivare con piatti in mano e aria smarrita farfugliando cose tipo: "tavolo 35, ma dov'è?". Rassegnati ormai al peggio, finalmente dopo 50 min arrivano i secondi. Stessa qualità mediocre dei primi. Mi reco alla fine a pagare il conto. Mi dicono che dentro si può pagare solo in contanti, per pagare con carta bisogna attendere fuori. Altri 10 minin di attesa. Finalmente arriva il cameriere, cerca maldestramente di rimediare offrendoci un limoncello. No grazie. A mai più!!

24/10/2024: Fantastico, mangiato in maniera sublime, gestore e condizione strepitosa. Complimenti per il personale educato gentile e preparato. Molto molto molto buono. Grazie per questa splendida serata . Eravamo un gruppo di 37 persone e tutti hanno dato un parere più che possibile. Consiglio vivamente.

06/10/2024: This Buschenschank in Meran really stands out from the numerous others. The ambience is inviting and modern, while retaining the rustic charm of South Tyrol. The redesign is characterized by a high level of professionalism, which can be seen in every detail. The South Tyrolean cuisine is well thought out down to the last detail.

01/06/2025: A uniquely quiet location. Perfect for the off-season… The dishes seem to be exclusively and directly from the farm.

23/05/2025: Had amazing meals in the restaurant, €33 for 3 course and the quality was exquisit! Very friendly owner and cosy restaurant :) Beautiful region for hiking. Very unique view!
