23/11/2024: A place that has seen better times, but the good substance has remained. Choice of wines for tasting a little limited for those not from South Tyrol. Good variety of canapés. Sometimes the music (old-fashioned but of good quality) is a little loud, and the patrons are noisy.

A little sceptically, we tried to go in to eat something for lunch, but at the entrance they warned us with a bit of resentment that access was only possible to members of the club. (Rightly so: it's a military club)...

06/10/2024: This Buschenschank in Meran really stands out from the numerous others. The ambience is inviting and modern, while retaining the rustic charm of South Tyrol. The redesign is characterized by a high level of professionalism, which can be seen in every detail. The South Tyrolean cuisine is well thought out down to the last detail.

17/02/2025: Poor courtesy and hospitality. Meat dishes arrived almost cold at the table, when it was pointed out, they didn't even apologize.
05/02/2025: The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the atmosphere was wonderful. Dishes well prepared and delicious.
Service still has room for improvement.

05/01/2025: Notato per una colazione con mia moglie, abbiamo provato a pranzare al Liberty's e ... Non c'è ne siamo pentiti. Locale bello, pulito e spazioso. Cibo ottimo, con un plauso la gulasch di manzo ed alla qualità dello speck. Personale eccellente per tutto. Un piccolo suggerimento: un aiutino ai nostri amici diversamente abili per accedere alla toilette non guasterebbe.
Da riprovare senza indugio per la prossima visita a Merano

Hosts. The price is right. Too bad for the limited gastronomic offer
22/09/2024: In our 6 days of vacation we made it here no less than three times – and “arrested” a bottle of wine each time. No disappointment, on the contrary! There were also delicious snacks.
If the room had been open on Saturdays, we would definitely have come a fourth time.
The two boys were also very helpful and even helped us organize a table for dinner.

Marco il proprietario cia consigliato come antipasto la caponata , come primo fusilli con spada e nelenzane cibi davvero deliziosi, per ultimo dolce cannolo e cassata siciliana assolutamente da provare. Visto la qualità Il mio consiglio è di prenotare perché il ristorante è sempre pieno

26/10/2024: Top recommendation! We spent a week with Alexander and his family for the second time and felt really comfortable again. Great apartments, breathtaking views, right next to the forest with beautiful paths. We brought bacon from the farm again, yummy. We are already looking forward to the next time
19/10/2024: Very nice restaurant with delicious organic food. Top hospitality, very attentive and the whole family warm. The farm dog (Mimi) is playful. We are here with the van and are allowed to spend the night here. Anytime again 🫶 highly recommended.
