28/03/2026: We spontaneously decided to have lunch at Grissino today and were absolutely delighted. The head waiter greeted us very warmly. Although he returned to our table shortly after, he apologized for the delay. He and his team were very attentive and gave us excellent advice. Even after attending to other guests, he remembered our order perfectly. The gluten-free pizza was fantastic. We weren't expecting the gluten-free waffle with the ice cream, but it was a very pleasant surprise. The food arrived quickly and was top-notch. The charming yet unobtrusive service completed the experience. Highly recommended overall.

18/12/2025: A wonderful weekend, thanks in part to the hospitality of the Krone staff. It's very close to the center, and you can leave your car in the garage and explore Bressanone without a care in the world. Highly recommended restaurant.
12/12/2025: First time at this hotel, excellent central location in Bressanone.
The rooms are beautiful and very spacious.
We dined at the hotel as we booked half board. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.
A tip for those staying half board, as they offer a tasting menu.
Offering typical local dishes is an alternative to the menu, as some guests may have allergies or dislike certain dishes.

26/03/2026: I stayed at this refuge for a whole weekend with my partner, and I have to say I had a wonderful time! The staff was very helpful, the owner Fabrizio was super friendly, the rooms were clean, and the view was priceless! The food was truly excellent, especially the pork shank with red cabbage in vinaigrette and the Schnitzel, perhaps one of the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be back in the summer!
16/03/2026: I visited Rifugio Plose and ordered the Gulaschsuppe, while my friends had the Speckknödel in der Suppe. The same evening all three of us became seriously ill — vomiting, diarrhea, and a completely ruined next day. This was clearly not a coincidence, as all three of us had symptoms of severe food poisoning. When I spoke to the manager, she dismissed the issue and said it was ‘not their problem’ because no one else had complained. Later, the owner of the hotel we stayed at told us he had already heard several negative comments about this place. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

03/09/2025: We didn't stay at the hotel, but stopped in for a quick coffee. The person who served us, who appeared to be the owner or manager, told us she can only accept cash, even though I saw a card reader on the counter with a long receipt sticking out. We ordered an espresso doppio and an Americano. When we asked for the price, she took some time to calculate talking to herself and seemed a bit hesitant. The total came out to almost 7 euros, which seemed high compared to other places we'd visited in the area. We immediately felt we might have been overcharged, possibly because we were tourists who didn't speak German or Italian.
The coffee itself was fine, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars.
21/08/2025: Very friendly service. We and our dog felt very comfortable both times. Lovely shady terrace.

27/07/2025: È un luogo dove vengo spesso quando vengo a Bressanone. Un luogo storico dove poter mangiare ottime torte e gelati.

16/03/2025: Die Kuchen Torten sind sehr gut und dafür der Preis auch ok. Jedoch 3,5 für eine Kugel Eis, 4,5 für ein kleines Bier und 3 für eine kleine Limo sind schon sehr sehr happig.

01/09/2024: Das beste Eis, das ich jemals gegessen habe. Meine Favoriten: Cremino, Haselnuss, Heidelbeere, Pistazie, Mango. Täglich eine besondere Eisspezialität wie sapori della Sicilia etc. Ich fahre 60km um dort Eis zu essen weil es nirgends ein besseres gibt. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich. Preis passt bei dieser Qualität auch.

Das Personal ist professionell und freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gediegen und geschmackvoll und verströmt eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Dieses Restaurant lädt zum Wiederkommen ein

Menù della tradizione ma sono presenti anche dei piatti più particolari. Porzioni abbondanti e cibi veramente ottimi.
Servizio molto cordiale e veloce.
Conto giusto.

10/07/2025: Ich esse seit 30 Jahren in und wieder in diesem Restaurant. Als einheimische Gäste haben wir besondere Ansprüche an den Geschmack und die optische Aufmachung traditioneller Südtiroler Speisen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen schnell auf dem Tisch. Leider stimmt das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis nicht. Zu kleine Portionen und kein Geschmack. Lieblos auf den Teller gebrachtes Essen. Schade.
