12/11/2025: Fantastic swimming pool, a full 5 stars! We visited twice during our autumn holiday and got free entry for 3 hours each time with the BrixenCard.
There was something for everyone in the family: slide, whirlpool, lazy river, toddler area, swimming pool, large outdoor saltwater pool (sauna and gym available for an extra charge).
In short: We'll definitely be back!
09/11/2025: Beautiful swimming pools and relaxing saunas are located on the upper floor. The water slide is a big hit with the kids. A lifeguard and a traffic light system ensure safety.
There's also a toddler area with its own pool and two small slides. The showers and toilets are usually clean. Unfortunately, the indoor bar is closed during the summer. A plus is the water fountain where you can fill your own water bottle. The relaxation area is spacious and offers plenty of room.

19/09/2025: Neutral review because didn’t eat here but wanted to share that the gluten free pizza is not safe for persons with celiac due to preparation. The staff seem very knowledgeable about gluten free options and were able to suggest some other safe gf (gs) options.
Atmosphere seemed very family oriented and had a beautiful views of the mountain side.

Friendly and pleasant service, served quickly. Fun atmosphere. Recommended!

18/10/2025: Breakfast was good, breakfast staff very friendly, room service spotlessly clean.
The sauna area and showers are average, at a 3-star level.
Unfortunately, you get the feeling that as a guest with a voucher, you're treated more like a second-class guest. It's a shame.
Definitely better if you book directly.
We still have a voucher. We'll check it out later if you book directly. And maybe the sauna area will be even better then.
Be sure to look for rooms facing east.

14/07/2025: Si tratta di uno degli storici ristornati della città che propone anche una buona pizza, motivo per cui è sempre moto affollato e vi consiglio di prenotare.
Noi abbiamo cenato condividendo un buon antipasto tirolese composto da affettati affumicati, formaggio d'alpeggio, cetriolini e crema di rafano… un buon inizio.
A seguire due secondi: Ottima tartare di manzo...eccellente piatto (in realtà viene servito come antipasto) ed Ottima schnitzel con patate, oltre a condividere una fresca insalata di cappuccio.
Abbiamo bevuto dell’acqua (1 l.) 2 birre chiare alla spina per un totale di € 73,90 (1 antipasto, 1 secondo, 1 contorno ed un dessert), tra i migliori locali della città per rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il servizio è stato cordiale e molto efficiente...uno dei migliori tipici ristoranti di Brixen!
Sosta consigliata e ritorniamo sempre volentieri!!

03/09/2025: We didn't stay at the hotel, but stopped in for a quick coffee. The person who served us, who appeared to be the owner or manager, told us she can only accept cash, even though I saw a card reader on the counter with a long receipt sticking out. We ordered an espresso doppio and an Americano. When we asked for the price, she took some time to calculate talking to herself and seemed a bit hesitant. The total came out to almost 7 euros, which seemed high compared to other places we'd visited in the area. We immediately felt we might have been overcharged, possibly because we were tourists who didn't speak German or Italian.
The coffee itself was fine, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars.
21/08/2025: Very friendly service. We and our dog felt very comfortable both times. Lovely shady terrace.

27/07/2025: È un luogo dove vengo spesso quando vengo a Bressanone. Un luogo storico dove poter mangiare ottime torte e gelati.
Lo consiglio
16/03/2025: Die Kuchen Torten sind sehr gut und dafür der Preis auch ok. Jedoch 3,5 für eine Kugel Eis, 4,5 für ein kleines Bier und 3 für eine kleine Limo sind schon sehr sehr happig.

Das Personal ist professionell und freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gediegen und geschmackvoll und verströmt eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Dieses Restaurant lädt zum Wiederkommen ein

Menù della tradizione ma sono presenti anche dei piatti più particolari. Porzioni abbondanti e cibi veramente ottimi.
Servizio molto cordiale e veloce.
Conto giusto.

01/09/2024: Das beste Eis, das ich jemals gegessen habe. Meine Favoriten: Cremino, Haselnuss, Heidelbeere, Pistazie, Mango. Täglich eine besondere Eisspezialität wie sapori della Sicilia etc. Ich fahre 60km um dort Eis zu essen weil es nirgends ein besseres gibt. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich. Preis passt bei dieser Qualität auch.

10/07/2025: Ich esse seit 30 Jahren in und wieder in diesem Restaurant. Als einheimische Gäste haben wir besondere Ansprüche an den Geschmack und die optische Aufmachung traditioneller Südtiroler Speisen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen schnell auf dem Tisch. Leider stimmt das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis nicht. Zu kleine Portionen und kein Geschmack. Lieblos auf den Teller gebrachtes Essen. Schade.

Dormire qui è sottoeraciglioso e al risveglio la vista delle cime e l'aria pulita e fresca rende tutto più bello ...torneremo senz'altro
