14/03/2026: Ridiculous, between one steamy jet and the next, they offer you ice cream... but they should know better...
Congestion Risk: The sudden temperature change in your stomach can block digestion or cause abdominal cramps.
Thermoregulation: The intense cold sends a signal to your brain to "turn up the heat," which could make you start sweating again shortly after you're done.
Glycemic Spike: Ice cream is high in fat and sugar, which requires a digestive process that your body, busy recovering its blood pressure, would prefer to avoid.
07/03/2026: The family rate offers a lot: indoor and outdoor pools, a children's playground, slides, diving boards, whirlpools, a snack bar, etc. We always enjoy coming back to Brixen.

18/12/2025: A wonderful weekend, thanks in part to the hospitality of the Krone staff. It's very close to the center, and you can leave your car in the garage and explore Bressanone without a care in the world. Highly recommended restaurant.
12/12/2025: First time at this hotel, excellent central location in Bressanone.
The rooms are beautiful and very spacious.
We dined at the hotel as we booked half board. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.
A tip for those staying half board, as they offer a tasting menu.
Offering typical local dishes is an alternative to the menu, as some guests may have allergies or dislike certain dishes.

01/03/2026: Since the change of ownership, unfortunately, they're unfriendly... quick and lots of food and drink... then they leave quickly... then you're a welcome guest...
24/02/2026: I was skiing in Plose in February and ended up at the hut around lunchtime.
It can get crowded at lunchtime.
A lot of the building seems to have been renovated, and there's still some construction going on.
Great view from the large window, if there's space.
There's another room in the back, which was quieter.
Depending on the weather, you can also sit outside (sheltered from the wind).
The food was good, and so was the café d'orzo.
The service was friendly and attentive.

03/09/2025: We didn't stay at the hotel, but stopped in for a quick coffee. The person who served us, who appeared to be the owner or manager, told us she can only accept cash, even though I saw a card reader on the counter with a long receipt sticking out. We ordered an espresso doppio and an Americano. When we asked for the price, she took some time to calculate talking to herself and seemed a bit hesitant. The total came out to almost 7 euros, which seemed high compared to other places we'd visited in the area. We immediately felt we might have been overcharged, possibly because we were tourists who didn't speak German or Italian.
The coffee itself was fine, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars.
21/08/2025: Very friendly service. We and our dog felt very comfortable both times. Lovely shady terrace.

27/07/2025: È un luogo dove vengo spesso quando vengo a Bressanone. Un luogo storico dove poter mangiare ottime torte e gelati.
Lo consiglio
16/03/2025: Die Kuchen Torten sind sehr gut und dafür der Preis auch ok. Jedoch 3,5 für eine Kugel Eis, 4,5 für ein kleines Bier und 3 für eine kleine Limo sind schon sehr sehr happig.

01/09/2024: Das beste Eis, das ich jemals gegessen habe. Meine Favoriten: Cremino, Haselnuss, Heidelbeere, Pistazie, Mango. Täglich eine besondere Eisspezialität wie sapori della Sicilia etc. Ich fahre 60km um dort Eis zu essen weil es nirgends ein besseres gibt. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich. Preis passt bei dieser Qualität auch.

Das Personal ist professionell und freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gediegen und geschmackvoll und verströmt eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Dieses Restaurant lädt zum Wiederkommen ein

Menù della tradizione ma sono presenti anche dei piatti più particolari. Porzioni abbondanti e cibi veramente ottimi.
Servizio molto cordiale e veloce.
Conto giusto.

10/07/2025: Ich esse seit 30 Jahren in und wieder in diesem Restaurant. Als einheimische Gäste haben wir besondere Ansprüche an den Geschmack und die optische Aufmachung traditioneller Südtiroler Speisen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen schnell auf dem Tisch. Leider stimmt das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis nicht. Zu kleine Portionen und kein Geschmack. Lieblos auf den Teller gebrachtes Essen. Schade.

Lo consiglio veramente se si è in zona e non solo per il panorama!
29/07/2024: Baita tipica personale simpatico e accogliente ottima cucina e posizione fantastica !
Dormire qui è sottoeraciglioso e al risveglio la vista delle cime e l'aria pulita e fresca rende tutto più bello ...torneremo senz'altro
