18/04/2026: Absolutely fantastic. My partner and I went this afternoon around 3:00 PM for lunch (very late for a restaurant), and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Excellent service. The food was delicious and seasonal, and the service was amazing. We left very happy. A highly recommended experience!

Every course is a delight and demonstrates the high value placed on quality here. A true highlight is the "Schwarze Stube" (Black Room). It boasts a cozy, almost magical atmosphere, perfect for relaxing, laughing, and simply enjoying yourself. It's the ideal spot to wind down the evening and have fun together. A significant part of this special experience is also the owners' two sons, Alexander and Thomas. They each bring their own unique charm: attentive, friendly, and always up for a bit of fun. You can immediately tell that they are passionate about what they do and want to make their guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The friendliness throughout the entire hotel is truly exceptional – here, you don't feel like a guest, but rather like part of the family. In conclusion: The Hotel Alpenrose is a place you'll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended.

16/10/2025: The best pizzeria in Brixen! My absolute favorite is the pizza burrata – simply perfect. Beautiful location, ideal for couples or families. Very child- and dog-friendly, you feel completely welcome. We love coming back!

15/10/2025: Me and my friends were on our way from Italy to Innsbruck. We got there at night for dinner, and the atmosphere was awesome. We ate inside, and the building looked super old but was really well kept, giving off a cool vibe. We ordered a bunch of different pizzas, and everything was amazing. For drinks, we got a cappuccino and a hot chocolate, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu, which was just okay. I'd totally come back here again to chill with my friends and enjoy the cozy vibes, especially for some beers when I'm around.

09/05/2026: A cozy atmosphere by the water, yet with just the right touch of elegance. The vegan main course was tasty, but nothing that couldn't easily be made at home (and for considerably less). Nevertheless, I really appreciated that there was a purely plant-based option, and you could tell that the ingredients were of very high quality. I also have particularly fond memories of the waitresses and waiters. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient.

28/02/2026: I spent a wonderful week at this hotel in February 2026 as a base for skiing in the Val Gardena resorts. Access was easy, and the favorable rental price made up for the longer journey. It's also a pleasure to drive along the winding mountain roads, which aren't very common here. The very friendly, communicative, and helpful owners are also a great encouragement.

23/12/2025: We had made a reservation online for a group of 8 people 2 hours in advance. The reservation was confirmed via email. However, there was initially no table available for us when we arrived. After a 20-minute wait, we were finally able to get a table. However, we could only stay for 90 minutes because the table was actually reserved for someone else. The food was very good and the staff very friendly.

14/01/2026: My friends and I went for a drink at this bar, which we frequent often, and we've always had a great time, except for one day when a waitress was very rude to us, rudely telling us we couldn't play UNO (a game without betting or money involved), and also adding that we could be fined. After that, we went to other bars, where they told us we were free to play. Otherwise, everything was fine.

08/05/2026: A fantastic indoor swimming pool with an outdoor section, offering plenty of options for families and children. There are several slides, a separate children's pool, and numerous play areas in the water, so boredom is never an issue. The warm pools are also perfect for relaxing. Overall, a diverse and enjoyable experience – we had a great time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
