19/10/2024: Modernes Aparthotel in ruhiger Lage oberhalb von Brixen, Bushaltestelle nur 50m vom Hotel weg, gute Anbindung an Brixen Stadt, mit der Südtirol-Card kostenlos (im Hotel inklusive), top. Modern eingerichtete Apartments, ab Yellow Apartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Toller Frühstücksservice in Form eines Korbes welchen man morgens zur Wunschzeit vor die Tür gestellt bekommt, sehr gute Qualität zum äußerst fairen Preis, ebenfalls top. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant können wir ebenfalls uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Wenn wir nochmal nach Brixen kommen würden wir hier direkt wieder buchen. Fazit: Empfehlung!

11/08/2024: We were passing through and discovered the Alpenrose restaurant by chance - absolute recommendation! Quiet and cozy atmosphere, super friendly staff and very tasty food. We would go back at any time! =)

15/10/2024: Very modern "mountain hut" (new building) with great facilities, very nice rooms with single beds and great sanitary facilities. The service was great, as was the food. The half board is more expensive (€69) than in other huts, but the starter and main course were very good and the portions were very large, and the breakfast was also extremely good. The drinks are also a little more expensive.

08/01/2025: Sono stato poco fa a cena in questo ristorante di Bressanone che da tempo volevo provare. Abbiamo preso un antipasto e due primi, ovvero un rosti e una porzione di canederli. Il cibo era assolutamente nella media, presentato con molto gusto e garbo. Ottimo il pane preparato con una antica ricetta monacale medioevale. I piatti erano carissimi, come da menù. Ma quello che ho trovato assolutamente intollerabile è stato il prezzo della birra alla spina: nove euro. In nessun altro ristorante di Bressanone la birra alla spina supera i sei uro. Quando si scopre dal conto quanto si è pagato per alcuni items la digestione va un po' per traverso. Il secondo pallino della recensione l'ho messo per il servizio, che è stato di gentilezza squisita. A Bressanone sono numerosi i ristoranti dove si mangia meglio spendendo meno.

07/01/2025: Da diversi anni Fink è per noi certezza di un pranzo raffinato con piatti apparentemente semplici ma ricercati. In questi giorni abbiamo gustato un filetto di trota di lago cucinato in modo eccellente, così come i ravioli di cervo e quello di farro “à là minute”. Il personale è sempre accogliente e professionale.

08/01/2025: Siamo andati in questo ristorante in base alle recensioni. L'ambiente non è accogliente sia per l'ambiente e sia per il personale. Abbiamo scelto tra le soluzioni del menù La qualità del cibo ci ha molto deluso Il conto è stato come previsto molto caro. La cosa che ci ha sconcertato è che un ns amico ha preso i tagliolini al burro. Nel menù i tagliolini erano con tartufo. Nel conto era stato conteggiato Euro 24,00 con descrizione tagliolini al tartufo Quando ci siamo lamentati con il cameriere, ha chiesto al Titolare/Responsabile e ci ha detratto Euro 5,00 per la mancanza del tartufo. A ns parere una cosa assurda un piatto di tagliolini al Burro pagati Euro 19,00 Ho preferito lasciare Euro 5,00 al cameriere, piuttosto che accettare e quindi condividere questa scelta Noi sicuramente non andremmo più in questo ristorante e non lo consiglio

02/01/2025: Der Finsterwirt begeisterte uns in unserem Silvesterurlaub gleich zweimal. Jeder Raum atmet Geschichte! Südtiroler Gemütlichkeit trifft Perfektion, sowohl beim Ambiente, in Küche und Service. Zahlreiche Köstlichkeiten auf den Tellern und den Gläsern haben uns begeistert und beeindruckt. Klar, dass das auch seinen Preis hat. Wir wünschen dem Finsterwirt, seinen Machern und dem gesamten Team weitere erfolgreiche Jahre in Brixen und uns, dass wir auch einmal wiederkommen werden um zu genießen!

25/12/2024: I would like to share my recent experience at the Traubenwirt restaurant, with the hope that they can consider the following aspects to improve the service offered to customers. During our visit, we waited a good three hours before being served a salad and pasta. The beer, ordered at the same time, was only served to us when we had almost finished eating. Furthermore, the behavior of the waiter Mirko was inappropriate: before leaving, he suggested to us in a sarcastic tone that, if we wanted to help, he would show us where the dishwashers were. We believe that these incidents demonstrate a serious lack of professionalism and respect towards customers. We hope that the restaurant management will take these observations seriously and take the necessary measures to ensure a service that lives up to expectations.

02/09/2024: Hatte gerade eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung in dieser Bar. Ich kam um kurz nach 11:30 Uhr dort rein (es gab noch jede Menge Leute auf der Teresse mit ganz vollen Gläsern, die gerade serviert worden waren). Und ich habe höflich gefragt, ob ich noch ein Getränk haben könnte. Die junge Bedienung meinte, „ich entscheide das“, wobei ich dann schon sehr erstaunt war über diese Reaktion. Dann hab ich ihr gesagt. Natürlich entscheiden Sie das. Aber wäre es vielleicht möglich, dass ich noch ein Bier bekommen könnte? Dann meinte sie ja ok. plötzlich ruft ihr Kollege von nebenan. Nein, es gibt nichts mehr und als ich ihn freundlich anspreche und frage, dass seine Kollegin mir doch gerade zugesagt hat, dass ich noch ein Bier bekomme und es auch schnell trinken werde, so dass ich wie alle anderen Gäste um kurz vor zwölf fertig bin, Wird er unverschämt, und ich muss dazu sagen, eine solche Behandlung habe ich in hunderten von Bars, wo ich in meinem Leben bisher als Reisender MentalCoach gewesen bin noch nie erlebt! Ich hab ihm das dann auch gesagt, dass seine Art mit Kunden umzugehen durchaus noch verbesserungsfähig ist. Ich hatte schon mal erlebt, dass sie dort in der Bahn nicht gerade freundlich mit uns Gästen umgegangen sind, aber jetzt reicht es wirklich mal. Nie wieder werde ich dieses Lokal betreten.

19/07/2024: This restaurant is a little pearl and absolutely worth a visit. Carefully prepared dishes with surprising combinations, a welcoming environment, impeccable and friendly service, honest prices for the quality offered make it a perfect destination for a dinner out of town. We arrived from Milan and it is easily reachable… I will tell everyone!!! Thanks to the owners and friends who made us discover it.

08/12/2024: Beware of rip-offs, unclear menu and missing prices. Six people had 3 mixed starters, 6 second courses, 3 desserts, 3 bottles of wine with a mysterious price, 2 coffees for the modest sum of €420 (€70/person). Good but not exceptional food, falsely courteous staff. Carefree advice, go elsewhere.
