18/04/2026: Absolutely fantastic. My partner and I went this afternoon around 3:00 PM for lunch (very late for a restaurant), and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Excellent service. The food was delicious and seasonal, and the service was amazing. We left very happy. A highly recommended experience!

13/03/2026: I found this hotel by chance. Because it's almost fully booked and the price is sky-high. This hotel offers a good balance between quality and price. The location may be a bit inconvenient, but it depends on what you need. If your goal is to stay for a vacation and be immersed in nature, then it's perfect for you. However, if you're staying for work, it might be a bit of a hassle due to the distance from towns. That said, the hotel has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, with good soundproofing and overall comfort...bed, etc. The price includes breakfast and dinner, which offers two choices for each course. And the quality is noteworthy. Kudos to the staff, who, despite the young age of some of the staff, showed they knew what they were doing, and above all, always with a smile and kindness. Recommended

15/02/2026: Our stay at Dining & Living Alpenrose in Brixen was simply fantastic! The accommodation is very high-quality and superbly equipped. We were particularly impressed by the warm friendliness of the staff and the excellent cuisine – every meal was a delight.

14/04/2026: We ate at the Traubenwirt on 3 out of our 4 vacation days and it was fantastic every time. A wonderful, attentive team delighted us. Whether it was the beef goulash, the rabbit saddle, or the incredibly delicious pizzas, the food was simply superb. And you absolutely must try the tiramisu! Every evening was a treat for us in terms of both taste and service. The price-performance ratio is excellent considering the quality. See you next vacation, dear Traube team!

16/10/2025: The best pizzeria in Brixen! My absolute favorite is the pizza burrata – simply perfect. Beautiful location, ideal for couples or families. Very child- and dog-friendly, you feel completely welcome. We love coming back!

15/10/2025: Me and my friends were on our way from Italy to Innsbruck. We got there at night for dinner, and the atmosphere was awesome. We ate inside, and the building looked super old but was really well kept, giving off a cool vibe. We ordered a bunch of different pizzas, and everything was amazing. For drinks, we got a cappuccino and a hot chocolate, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu, which was just okay. I'd totally come back here again to chill with my friends and enjoy the cozy vibes, especially for some beers when I'm around.

28/02/2026: I spent a wonderful week at this hotel in February 2026 as a base for skiing in the Val Gardena resorts. Access was easy, and the favorable rental price made up for the longer journey. It's also a pleasure to drive along the winding mountain roads, which aren't very common here. The very friendly, communicative, and helpful owners are also a great encouragement.

14/01/2026: My friends and I went for a drink at this bar, which we frequent often, and we've always had a great time, except for one day when a waitress was very rude to us, rudely telling us we couldn't play UNO (a game without betting or money involved), and also adding that we could be fined. After that, we went to other bars, where they told us we were free to play. Otherwise, everything was fine.

23/12/2025: We had made a reservation online for a group of 8 people 2 hours in advance. The reservation was confirmed via email. However, there was initially no table available for us when we arrived. After a 20-minute wait, we were finally able to get a table. However, we could only stay for 90 minutes because the table was actually reserved for someone else. The food was very good and the staff very friendly.
