15/11/2025: We stayed at Fink Suites for three nights as a couple and were absolutely thrilled. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you could wish for. They are lovingly furnished, beautifully lit, and the spa area is also excellent (small but perfectly formed!). The service and hosts are very friendly and attentive! The location right in the heart of the old town is an added bonus – thank you so much!

15/11/2025: We were "only" in the restaurant and were very impressed by the great atmosphere, the attentive service, and of course, the food! Highly recommended!

20/11/2025: For me, the most beautiful restaurant in Brixen. The service was perfect, we drank wonderful wines, and the menu was sophisticated. Unfortunately, the portions, for example in the four-course menu, were too small; you don't necessarily feel full. It's a shame they no longer focus on classic South Tyrolean cuisine but have followed current trends. The dishes were very good, but you should definitely feel satisfied for 80 to 100 euros. Overall, though, a great experience.

08/11/2025: A very expensive restaurant with outdated decor. The waiter was very friendly and professional. They had a great wine list with exquisite wines. Due to the poor value for money, we wouldn't return.

29/10/2025: We stayed at the hotel for three nights and didn't want to leave. I've never experienced such cheerful, attentive, warm, and helpful staff in a hotel before. Every tip, whether for a hiking trail, shopping, or excursion, was exactly as we had hoped. The cleaning staff is invaluable; they clean the rooms incredibly thoroughly every day. And I especially want to commend the chef, as we are vegan, and they completely accommodated our requests, even though it's not a vegan-friendly hotel. At no point was it a nuisance, which, unfortunately, we've experienced before. A thousand thanks for this wonderful time! We'd love to come back.

16/10/2025: The best pizzeria in Brixen! My absolute favorite is the pizza burrata – simply perfect. Beautiful location, ideal for couples or families. Very child- and dog-friendly, you feel completely welcome. We love coming back!

15/10/2025: Me and my friends were on our way from Italy to Innsbruck. We got there at night for dinner, and the atmosphere was awesome. We ate inside, and the building looked super old but was really well kept, giving off a cool vibe. We ordered a bunch of different pizzas, and everything was amazing. For drinks, we got a cappuccino and a hot chocolate, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu, which was just okay. I'd totally come back here again to chill with my friends and enjoy the cozy vibes, especially for some beers when I'm around.

13/10/2025: Visually, the Alpenrose makes a very good impression – the ambiance is truly lovely. Unfortunately, the food couldn't keep up: rather bland and unimaginative in taste. For the price, one could have expected more. The young waitress was polite, which somewhat salvaged the overall impression. Overall, it was rather mediocre.

08/11/2025: We had the five-course menu. I found four of the courses to be very high quality. The mousse in the dessert was too sweet for me, but I thought the rest of the dish was very good. We really enjoyed the suggested wine. I'm already looking forward to Brixen again :-)

18/09/2025: Nice and warm during our trekking of AV2z. We stopped here for tea during a rainy day which we should have taken the cable car. The hot chocolate is so good (not super thick one but it’s rich)

04/09/2025: A family-run hotel with an incredible view of the valley. Martha and her husband were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is wonderful, with various products made at the hotel, such as jams and preserves, and delicious breads. The family room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the local church, the valley, and it was possible to see the mountains in the background. At night, the gurgling of the stream that runs alongside the property was relaxing. The hotel is located about a 10-minute drive from the center of Bressanone, and we saw several buses passing nearby. The neighborhood is peaceful and idyllic. We definitely recommend staying there; we loved our time at Gasthof!

11/10/2025: A wonderful, comfortable atmosphere, with first-class and very attentive service. Here, you pay €3 per person for a cover charge. The accompaniment from the kitchen was very tasty and lovingly prepared. Unfortunately, the main course was very disappointing. The dumplings were bland by South Tyrolean standards, and the chanterelle mushrooms were unfortunately too salty. But I would still come back, as everything else was really good, and try a different dish.

23/09/2025: A lovely shop with organic and local products. The small bistro in the back is also very cozy, and the food is especially delicious!

15/11/2025: Ideal for a quick lunch. There's always a lunch menu that changes weekly, and pizza is also available. The service is always fast and super friendly. They accommodate special requests.

17/07/2025: Pretty sure the 2 pizzas we got were reheated both by the taste and how fast we got them. Drinks were fine. Dog friendly staff.
