06/08/2025: We went in for some gelato, artisanal but nothing special, a single-flavor cone and a double-flavor cone, and we spent €9. It seems like an abnormal price to me (especially since there was a photo of a large cone with €4 written on it... and the price per kilo was €20) considering that in Forli gelato per kilo costs €26, but a double-flavor cone costs €3.50, not €5, and it was even larger than the one we were given. I think we would have spent less in Campiglio too, and with much higher quality, but here we were in Pracorno di Rabbi, for example... I don't think tourists should be treated this way, but it's a problem that affects all of Italy, I think, even a tiny, remote village like Pracorno...

13/09/2025: My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately disappointing in several respects. The service was inattentive and disorganized, with excessive wait times and a general lack of courtesy from the staff.
Even more disappointing was the quality of the food.
I therefore believe the restaurant needs to substantially rethink both its service management and the quality of its cuisine, otherwise it will be difficult to consider for future visits.

30/07/2025: pizza di cartone assoluto senza gusto neanche con dieci ingredienti dentro ,l acqua della bottiglia è palesemente finta di spina , praticamente riempita e ritappata venduta come se fosse una perrier
bicchieri caldi ,il resto non ho abbiamo avuto il coraggio di provarlo
19/07/2025: Comí en este lugar en 3 noches diferentes, con un grupo de 10 amigos (viaje de senderismo). La comida era increíble, siempre! Comimos principalmente chuletas de cordero, filete de ternera, Goulash, ensaladas mixtas y pocas pizzas. Todo estaba perfectamente cocinado, la carne estaba jugosa y tierna. Como postre - tiramisú!
El personal era muy amable y servicial.
Los precios son los esperados en la zona de Dolomitas pero por la calidad de la comida eran aceptables. (en promedio 25 eu por plato)
Mejor reservar con antelación ya que el restaurante está muy ocupado a la hora de la cena.

31/07/2025: Siamo andati per un dolce e un caffè. Bella la location e la terrazza panoramica. Ottima la comodità della seggiovia lì vicina. Totalmente assurdi i 3,5€ per un litro d’acqua, per altro non riportata nel menù. Lo strudel discreto ma….i pinoli costano troppo??????
31/07/2025: Ho trovato un abbassamento della qualità importante . Ci sono stato molte volte negli ultimi anni, ma devo dire che i piatti serviti non mi hanno convinto. Visti i prezzi mi aspetterei di più da primi e secondi .
Personale sempre gentile, ma solo con questo la pancia non si accontenta .

23/09/2025: After months of regular shopping, today I was in a hurry to grab something quick to eat. When I paid, I realized I didn't have any cash. I tried to pay by card... and they didn't give me any option. I'll never visit this bakery again; it's overflowing with friendliness, and with today's situation, they've already lost another customer!
P.S. Since I can't answer your question, I'll answer it this way. I've been living and working in the village for months. I've been shopping there many mornings, so if they've seen me... don't worry, I haven't been back and won't be back. 😊
13/08/2025: The bread and baked goods are delicious and fresh, with a good variety of choices. However, I find it very inconvenient that you can't pay by debit card or card, but only in cash or via Satispay. In a time when electronic payment is now standard, this limitation can create inconvenience for customers who don't often carry cash. It would be a major improvement to also offer payment by POS.

30/09/2025: They actually microwave their food. I ordered lasagna, and it was very hot on the sides and cold underneath. Despite that, it tasted good. The waitress had a dismissive attitude – she saw we were still considering our order, yet she stood over us, saying something in Italian in a very rude tone. Then, without warning, she threw the tableware so close to us that if we hadn't moved away, it could have touched us.
26/09/2025: The food/carbonara tasted like it had been frozen beforehand. The waitress was nice, but the others were very unpleasant and seemed bitter (the woman behind the bar and another who just said hello to people). When I paid, there was no thank you or goodbye. For a coffee or a drink, it's a sweet spot.

08/12/2025: A welcoming restaurant in a pleasant location, with an atmosphere that invites a quiet break in the heart of Merano. The service is friendly, and the menu offers interesting options, especially for those seeking a casual meal.
During my visit, however, the pasta dishes arrived cold, which inevitably impacted the overall experience. This is a detail that can happen during busy periods, but it deserves attention given the restaurant's potential.
In any case, the setting and the friendliness of the staff remain strong points. With a few tweaks in the kitchen, the experience could easily be elevated to a higher level.
06/12/2025: The food is not recommended and did not meet our expectations. We ordered meatloaf and received Leberkäse (a type of meatloaf). According to the waitstaff, it's the same thing. There were hairs in the potatoes, and when we pointed this out to the waitstaff, they became unfriendly.

17/12/2025: The food was excellent!!! Unfortunately, we witnessed a family argument. The two sisters apparently went after their brother (presumably the cook) and publicly humiliated him in front of us guests, calling him names and things getting quite heated. Hats off to the cook who didn't say much and just let it all happen. It's a shame that this had to be played out publicly in a restaurant. Embarrassing for the sisters to behave like that in a restaurant. 5 stars for the good food. Everything else was unpleasantly embarrassing and cringeworthy!!!!
27/09/2025: We only stopped for a bite to eat.
Everything was good and high-quality.
Excellent service. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

24/09/2025: I go to Stofner at least once a week because I love being able to choose what I want while window shopping. I think the sweet and savory items are excellent, and the coffee is good. Almost all the staff are kind, professional, and cheerful. I'm only giving it 4 stars because there's an "almost," which always irritates my kindness🤷🏼♀️.

30/11/2025: The drink (Campari spritz) was good... 7 of us sit down, 7 of us order, and they bring us two handfuls of chips. It's 4:20 PM and they say the appetizers are "out of stock," too bad the sign clearly states that one of the aperitivo time slots is 5-7 PM. So, 0 appetizers for 7 people at the table, and only because you're 40 minutes early. Thanks for a second round somewhere else.

06/12/2025: Terrible experience... first of all, I go in to buy a 10-pack of cigarettes and he won't let me pay with my debit card. Plus, I pay for the craft malboros in cash at 5.70 a pack, when they cost 5.50 a pack. I ask for information and he explains that the prices have gone up, but then I check and it's not true. Right after me, a woman asks if her cigarettes have gone up too, and he says no.

26/06/2025: Veramente un bel locale, dove a fianco di piatti tipici della montagna trentina offfrono e anche alcuni piatti per i tanti turisti straneri, sopratutto bikers, che cercano gli spaghetti in qualsiasi parte d'Italia si trovino, Noi abbiamo optato per piatti tipici come i Canedeli al burro fuso (veramente ottimi!) e polenta con varietà di carni arrostite alla griglia, patate arrostite e cavolo cappuccio in insalata. Una cucina sincera, semplice, saporita e ben fatta. Ottimo il servizio, puntuale, senza fronzoli ed efficiente. Belli anche i dolci visti nelle tavole dei vicini, ma noi oggettivamente non eravamo più in grado di ingurgitare nulla...
