14/06/2025: An hour and twenty minutes of waiting to be served, as if other people's time was worthless. Prices that seem to come from a price list for unwary tourists and staff that manage to make you feel like you're in the way even when the place is half empty. An overall unnerving experience. I won't go back and I wouldn't recommend it even for a quick coffee.

07/06/2025: Very nice place in the historic center The ice cream is very good, the quality of the ingredients is evident, with a rich flavor and a creamy consistency. The atmosphere is cozy and colorful, perfect for a refreshing break. I highly recommend trying their pistachio ice cream: it is simply irresistible! See you next time and congratulations

24/08/2025: The cuisine is simply extraordinary: typical valley dishes prepared with local ingredients and a touch of refinement. From freshly baked strudel to mountain soups to dumplings, every bite speaks of the region. Breakfast is hearty and sumptuous, with homemade cakes, cured meats, cheeses, and fresh produce.

19/08/2025: We ordered two "hut burgers," both of which were too rare for me (maybe they should have asked me first what I preferred). Anyway, it was nothing special. Then, when it came time to order coffees, a rather unkind waitress wanted to make us pay (by card, of course) before they arrived, without asking if we wanted anything else. We felt like we were being kicked out, even though there were several seats available. What a shame!

17/08/2025: I stopped for a simple snack. The staff was rude, starting with the counter staff, who almost seemed like they were bothering them. They must have been tired at the end of the day, but that doesn't justify the treatment. The food was average. The restrooms were in appalling condition. They thrive on their location, being the only dining option in front of the children's playground. It was all very commercial.

08/07/2025: I stopped here after a hike seeing the bar already open while my Hotel was still closed. They welcomed me very kindly and made a delicious cappuccino that I will have to pay for next time I go to Trentino! Unfortunately I didn't have cash with me and they hadn't opened the cash register to use the card yet. In these summer weeks they host several schools including a music school. It was a really pleasant meeting. I thank the owners again for their availability and courtesy. See you soon!!!

29/03/2025: Sono stato in un ristorante di montagna davvero top! Atmosfera accogliente, cibo spettacolare con ingredienti freschi e sapori autentici. Ogni piatto era una delizia, e con Tommy la compagnia è stata ancora più speciale. Servizio gentile e super attento. Ci tornerò di sicuro! Perfetto per motociclisti e i prezzi sono giusti per essere sulle piste!

28/02/2025: Pilze auf der Pizza waren aus der Dose ungenießbar. Nudeln mit Hirsch Nudeln Weich und nicht warm Hirsch schmeckt nicht nach Hirsch.

18/08/2025: Terrible Whoever filled the sandwiches also managed the cash register and didn't even wash their hands after handling money. The bathroom was dirty, with no toilet paper and a broken toilet flush. In short, move on.

02/08/2025: While we were in northern Italy, we found this restaurant on our way. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and even the pasta, they were all delicious. After lunch, I also ordered an iced latte and an Americano from them.

27/02/2025: Dopo averlo scoperto scendendo con gli sci abbiamo deciso di pranzare nel bellissimo rifugio. Fuori si deve attendere che sia assegnato un tavolo. L'interno è stupendo, rustico ma di gran gusto. Il menù è tipico e i prezzi sono alti, le foto presneti testimonino la frequentazione di molti personaggi famosi. Le prozioni sono molto abbondanti: in 3 avremmo dovuto prendere solo 2 piatti. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo carpaccio di cervo, piatto perfetto, una gulaschsuppe molto speziata e aromatica che abbiamo lasciato in parte e tagliatelle con ragù al coltello di selvaggina, molto buone anche se dal gusto troppo dolciastro. Le tagliatelle erano abbondantissime e non leggere, infatti la digestione è stata impegnativa. Il sevizio è molto attento. Con 2 piccole birre, una cola e un buon strudel abbiamo speso 79 euro. Sosta molto piacevole.

23/02/2025: Chalet curato, caldo e rilassante. Molti tavoli a disposizione interni ed esterni ma subito serviti da personale preparato e cortese. Primi piatti serviti in padella, secondi abbondanti e gustosi , qualità prezzo uno dei migliori all’ Alpe di Siusi. Toilette particolarmente pulita e in ordine e non è scontato considerando l’ afflusso di sciatori.

18/07/2025: Posto gradevole e personale sorridente ..ma capisco anche perché .... Un calice di prosecco Trento doc 12 euro . Peraltro calice perché era la forma del bicchiere perché il vino era la nn base del calice...e un Hugo che conteneva praticamente ghiaccio e foglie di menta ...mi è mancato tutto il resto .. 7 euro. Non mi considero in pezzente e se non sono d'accordo con questi prezzi posso starmene a casa..e su questo condivido il pensiero di molto che leggeranno. ..ma non amo buttare i soldi ..tanti o pochi ..così male ..lo considero un "ladrocinio". Fosse anche solo per il fatto che non ci è stato dato il menù con i prezzi..ci è stato chiesto cosa volevamo ma senza scelta o visione ....mah....evviva queste strutture ricettive così avanti ..con i prezzi di sicuro ..🤣

04/08/2025: Very good pizza, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Home delivery is always on time. Excellent option for lunch or a family or friends get-together. The pan pizza is also excellent for parties. My family and I are regular customers.

22/06/2025: Good coffee, shame about the service. I wanted to pay with my debit card, the girl asked me for it to pass it on the POS, I passed it to her. Nothing wrong. Too bad she didn't tell me the total and didn't show me what she typed on the POS, she said "wait a minute, let's see if it works, ok gone"... At which point I commented "sorry can I have the receipt? I don't even know how much I paid..." The girl with an annoyed face gave me the receipt and not the ATM one... Definitely unprofessional... I really don't think I'll be back.

09/06/2025: All very good... even the staff who work, but it's a shame that the owner doesn't answer to the same extent with his staff, which is why all the guys who work there are leaving because he DOESN'T PAY on a fixed-term basis and when he does, he does it in installments. No stars for you....

22/07/2025: Questo posto è perfetto per una serata tranquilla e non rumorosa. Servizio Top assoluta tranquillità. Prodotti di alta qualità specialità regionali non solo locali eseguiti secondo la tradizione. Ho chiesto la vera cotoletta alla milanese (e Viennese) di vitello con l'osso cotta nel burro chiarificato e mi è stata accolta la richiesta.

18/07/2025: Le pizze da asporto che abbiamo ordinato non erano solo belle ma anche molto buone. Oltre a questo, un dettaglio non da sottovalutare è l'utilizzo di cartoni per l'asporto composto da fibre vegetali e privo di sbiancanti chimici. Non posso che dire Bravissimi per le scelte degli ingredienti (tutti)!!

14/07/2025: Abbiamo trascorso un bel weekend di luglio al Maso Pan, in compagnia di famiglia e amici, e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande calore: il personale si è dimostrato non solo gentile e disponibile, ma anche simpatico e attento a farci sentire davvero a casa. La loro presenza è stata una costante discreta e piacevole durante il soggiorno, arricchita da consigli utili su itinerari, passeggiate ed escursioni nei dintorni. La struttura è immersa nella natura, in una posizione tranquilla che invita al relax. Le camere sono accoglienti, rivestite in legno, pulite e ben accessoriate: ci ha colpito l’attenzione per i dettagli, come i dispenser con sapone e docciaschiuma già presenti nei bagni, comodi e sostenibili. La colazione, servita ogni mattina, è ben equilibrata e soddisfa tutti i gusti: una proposta semplice ma completa, con dolce e salato, prodotti freschi e locali. Abbiamo scelto di cenare al Maso Pan per due sere e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. La cucina riflette perfettamente l’anima dell’agriturismo: piatti gustosi, ben preparati. Ciò che rende davvero speciale questo posto, oltre al buon cibo e all’accoglienza, è l’atmosfera serena e il contesto naturale che lo circonda. Si respira pace e autenticità, e questo contribuisce a trasformare un semplice fine settimana in un vero momento di rigenerazione. Se in futuro torneremo in Val Rendena, il Maso Pan sarà senza dubbio la nostra prima scelta. È il luogo perfetto per chi cerca semplicità, genuinità e un’accoglienza che viene dal cuore.

04/09/2025: We booked the hotel including half board (dinner & breakfast) for one night on a motorcycle tour in early September 2025 for €186, and I can and will only express my opinion and feelings here. From the outside, the hotel doesn't look bad at all, and for the stated 3 stars, it initially made a good, appropriate impression. The hotel itself, in my opinion, is quite old and clearly in need of renovation. The rooms are clean, but a bit "dated." I would still rate it as a 3-star, though. I found the dinner and buffet to be very (!) borderline and by no means up to 3-star standards (more like a cheap chip shop, I'm sorry). The buffet was OK (with a pretty good carpaccio), but dinner – a small plate of pasta that felt like it came out of a packet and was overcooked, one small (dry, very long-oven) chicken leg, four potato wedges, and a "sweet pastry" for dessert – was, in my opinion, absolutely abysmal – a horror. The completely unmotivated staff – who were also present at breakfast – matched this. I don't mean to be picky and I know that 3 stars aren't 4 stars and that cuisines can vary greatly, but I couldn't really eat it all – which was by no means due to the quantity, which was, incidentally, very meager. I would definitely give the food a 5 (unsatisfactory). Unfortunately... We skipped breakfast – that's not how I want to start a good morning. We then went to a bar and had breakfast there, as breakfast was, in my opinion, even worse than dinner. The eggs were hard and cold, as was the fried bacon (did that all come straight from the fridge?). I was extremely disappointed. Everyone has different tastes, but I found everything really bad. Perhaps my expectations are too high, that may be true, but I do expect a certain level of quality when you're charging €190 for one night (two people) with half board! The whole thing, for well under €100, certainly requires a more differentiated approach. My conclusion: At most, 2-star quality for a 4-star price. As a school camp... OK, but then also at a correspondingly reasonable price. I don't think I'll book here again... almost certainly not.

09/08/2025: Some rooms are decent, others leave much to be desired. A bit far from the center and located on the road. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is simple and good.
