15/06/2025: Wir kehrten hier auf der Terrasse ein und durften ein sehr gute Pizza und das leckere, selbstgebraute Bier genießen. Sehr gerne wieder

24/04/2025: Sono stato con mia moglie in un ambiente rilassato e confortevole. Il personale è disponibile, solerte e sorridente, davvero bravi! Abbiamo mangiato due hamburger; io smash burger e mia moglie chicken burger. Devo dire buoni entrambi, con grandi porzioni di patatine; mi sarei aspettato dei sapori “maggiormente tipici” visto il luogo ma, ripeto, comunque buoni. La birra fatta da loro discreta, molto buona invece la grappa (sempre di produzione propria). Sicuramente merita fiducia. Prezzo 55€ per due panini hamburger (con annessa porzione di patatine per entrambi abbondante), due birre (una piccola e una media) e una grappa.

04/06/2025: Locale caldo e ben arredato ideale per un arrivo dopo camminata nella Vallunga. Piatti eccellenti e servizio impeccabile, personale cortese. È un posto dove tornare, ottime le carni, da provare la Jufa, tipico piatto della tradizione.

27/08/2025: After a long hike, we stop at the mountain hut. It's a super-luxury restaurant with beautifully appointed indoor and outdoor tables. It's a shame that ordering a simple coffee makes the waiter on duty turn up his nose, and he smugly struggles to fill our order. There's no excuse for such behavior; the place must be ready to accommodate all the demands of paying customers. Or do we just expect customers who spend and spend in the mountains because Ciocomiti is taking over a mountain hut (Vigo) and needs to make a profit? And then we complain when the crowds arrive, demanding food from a 5-star hotel in the mountains. I'm sorry, but the management was terrible. Pass by the hut, but don't stop; continue to the Dimaro mountain hut. They offer kindness and courtesy, offering simple mountain delicacies—tasting plates or yogurt, coffee—and serve with a smile.

20/06/2025: Piatti tipici della cucina tirolese, buone le porzioni e prezzi più che onesti. Speciali i canederli al grano saraceno come pure la cotoletta, ottimi anche i dessert, servizio efficiente e si può pranzare anche all’aperto con vista panoramica sullo Scillar, giardino esterno con giochi per bimbi.

21/04/2025: Precioso establecimiento familiar en un hermoso entorno de aspecto y encantadora comida tradicional. El Knödel en particular eran fantásticos! Fue un día un poco agitado en este domingo de Pascua y quizás un poco escaso de personal, pero sin embargo muy amable y recomendaría especialmente con los niños, ya que la zona al aire libre es amplia y mucho que hacer para los niños! ¡Regresaría!

29/06/2025: Every time a confirmation: excellent bread, wonderful crust and excellent conservation (after 2/3 days in a paper bag it is still very good!). Even for a lunch break Panificio Moderno confirms itself as an excellent choice: every time I tasted excellent dishes, seasonal and very abundant!

19/07/2025: A hotel in the heart of Madonna di Campiglio, practically on the slopes. Very well-maintained, well-maintained, and with truly friendly staff. The view from the rooms is excellent! Super responsive to requests, excellent breakfast buffet, and beautiful and spacious rooms. It's a shame about the spa, which is equipped with a sauna, Turkish bath, showers, ice tub, and salt room, but I feel the lack of a hot tub is greatly missed. I hope to return ☺️

08/03/2025: Semplicemente eccezionale. Diciamolo onestamente, trovare locali che cucinano svariati piatti con pesce di lago è davvero dura ma qui ho trovato il tutto davvero unico. Per chi non lo avesse mai mangiato il pesce di lago a un sapore molto delicato e renderlo gustoso senza rovinare il sapore è una impresa ardua, ma qua, sono dei veri maestri. ALTAMENTE RACCOMANDATO A MIO AVVISO. Tornerò sicuramente a trovarvi. Grazie ancora per il meraviglioso pranzo.

28/04/2025: Dopo avere visitato il Borgo Medievale di Canale abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante. Il locale si presenta bene e il personale ha mostrato gentilezza e attenzione al cliente. Abbiamo consumato un buon piatto di carne salada accompagnato da un buon vino rosso.

03/09/2025: Went to eat with the family last night 14 people paid 300 euros for a poor quality pizza, rubbery and very heavy all 14 of us felt sick that night because of the raw stuff caramelized onions things that if a Neapolitan sees them it makes him sick to hear it sorry to say but I don't recommend going to eat because it doesn't come close to the taste of a good pizza

05/09/2025: Delicious fresh pasta and the best burrata I've ever eaten. Unfortunately they ran out of most of the pasta when we arrived at 5pm. That's a good thing. Friendly staff.

23/08/2025: Excellent quality lactose-free (due to natural ripening) yet fresh cheeses like mozzarella and burrata. Their delicate, clear flavor clearly demonstrates the quality of their handcrafting.
