28/04/2025: Dopo avere visitato il Borgo Medievale di Canale abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante. Il locale si presenta bene e il personale ha mostrato gentilezza e attenzione al cliente. Abbiamo consumato un buon piatto di carne salada accompagnato da un buon vino rosso.

01/01/2025: Ottima accoglienza, ottima pizza e ottimo anche il conto. Personale molto bravo e gentile, locale caratteristico e caldo.

05/07/2025: We went there by chance, from plan de gralba, without knowing what it was like. I must say that we were enchanted by the place, cut lawn (I walked barefoot) pond with fish, a practically new structure. The waiter very friendly and helpful. As in the area the prices are a bit expensive, but the view is priceless!

31/01/2025: Malga molto carina a circa 3/4 d'ora di passeggiata da Passo Lavazé. Dopo la tempesta di Vaia é stato chiuso o per lo meno non é piú cosi agevolmente percorribile il sentiero nel bosco, anche perché di bosco é purtroppo rimasto poco. Si snoda invece una comoda strada forestale che porta direttamente alla malga, la rende una passeggiata molto facile e quindi molto accessibile. La malga é piccola, ha pochi posti interni quindi in inverno tende ad essere piena, d'estate con i tavoli all'aperto si ha piú disponibilitá. Piatti molto interessanti e originali cosi come l'aperitivo e le birre artigianali. Personale cortese, un po' in affanno con molta gente ma molto disponibili.

23/12/2024: Siamo ad apertura di stagione estiva e siamo partiti già molto molto bene. Tranne un piccolo inconveniente con il pane arrivato a fine pasto ma si si sono fatti perdonare in mille modi... e per questo confermo le 5 stelle. Luogo incantevole che ci ha accolti in veranda prenotando 10 minuti prima... anche se avevamo 5 cani. Mi sono pentito di non aver preso delle semplici uova patate e speck.... che sembravano essere un capolavoro. Ma credo di aver mangiato uno dei goulash più buoni di sempre. Densità della polenta 10 e lode. Mia moglie ha preso tris di canederli. Uno più buono di un altro.! Complimenti! Per farsi perdonare l'oste è arrivato a fine pasto con 3 bottiglie di grappa messe a nostra disposizione. Ah occhio con lo strudel... una sola fetta sembra un dolce intero. Ahahaha

19/05/2025: Ristorante ottimo, cibi di qualità e ampia varietà nel menu. Il personale è molto cortese e presente in sala assicurando un servizio celere e preciso. Prezzi adeguati. Non do 5 stelle unicamente per 3 cose: prezzo un po’ troppo alto di coperto e acqua, personalmente preferisco avere una tovaglia al tavolo che invece ne è sprovvisto. In generale consigliatissimo comunque.

02/06/2025: Food was disappointing and felt microwave heated (we even heard the microwave from the kitchen) EDIT: let the owner's reply be an example to how not to run a restaurant and treat guests. A testament to the poor state of his establishment, with the iffy smell and empty tables. I will now take the opportunity to add more information, as the owner suggested, about the chewiness of his goulash (felt like chewing on gum), maybe 12 hours for beef in such low quality is not enough. Furthermore, the rude and ignorant comment further reveals the lack of basic knowledge of how to treat food and guests. No client expects an apple strudel to be made from scratch upon order, but a cook that has even the slightest bit of respect to his strudel (that had potential to be a decent one) or understanding of serving food will heat it in the oven, and not serve it all soggy and soft after being microwave-heated. I suggest to the sour and grumpy owner to learn to expect criticism and use it to improve instead of lashing at guests. To people who consider visiting, I recommend: don't.

16/03/2025: Bonito restaurante al principio del Valle de Fiemme, está dirigido por italianos del sur y proponen algunos platos con pescado, señal en el camino le informa que el pescado fresco llega todos los fines de semana. En el almuerzo de negocios encuentro un carpaccio de pulpo muy bueno

06/07/2025: Wir waren schon des öfteren hier Mittagessen aber heute habe ich eine Kleinikeit zu kritisieren. Die Forellen waren wie immer sehr gut. Aber fünf Teigtaschen um 15 Euro sind ein wenig überteuert, die Größe der Portionen sollte dem Preis angepasst werden. Geschmacklich war das Essen ausgezeichnet!

29/04/2025: Pranzo in famiglia; posto bellissimo e romantico. Ottimo pranzo con pietanze tipiche locali. L'ambiente molto pulito e la vista sul lago Smeraldo fa da spettacolare sfondo. Da tornarci

22/03/2025: More than acceptable pizza, very honest prices, quick meal location. We were struck by the friendliness of the owner towards all the customers (takeaway is in high demand!!). That evening in particular he offered freshly baked Arabic bread donuts (it was Ramadan period)

16/06/2025: A trattoria that takes you straight back to the 70s/80s, where it feels almost like being at home. The staff who served us were very kind, the service was fast. The choice is limited but the dishes are really good. The price is low, compared to other places, and this leads to a much higher quality/price ratio. Don't let appearances fool you!

05/01/2025: 4 gennaio, giretto a Molveno,e abbiamo deciso di fermarci a mangiare a pranzo. Buona scelta questo locale, davvero. 3 adulti e due bambini, abbiamo preso una pizza grande da due,una pizza normale,e due insalate. Io personalmente NON sono delusa,anzi. Ottima pizza Dolomiti,speck scamorza e grana, veramente 👏. Verrò su probabilmente anche quest'estate,e spero di tornarci.

03/06/2025: Great local restaurant run by Asians. They don't have siesta, so they're open all the time. Prices are very very low (6€ for a pizza) and the vibe in there is like no other and by going there you can really feel like local. The lady from the service was very nice, only she did not speak English, but we could easily talk with her in german.

20/05/2025: Not a “real” Italian but still good pizza at a reasonable price.

22/06/2025: We went to Al Molin for a quick pizza because we had just arrived in Ziano di Fiemme. The owner found us a table even though it was Saturday and full. Very good pizza, we will be back
