21/05/2026: My boyfriend and I stopped here on our trip to Trento. The lady with the black hair was incredibly kind and friendly. I forgot my water, so she even saved it for me. We'll be back if we get the chance. 💖

01/02/2026: We stayed at this hotel last week in a family room (3 adults and 1 child) and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. The location is excellent, right next to the cable car (Canazei Pecol-A) , which is a huge advantage and makes access to the mountains and activities very easy, especially for skiing. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of tasty options every morning. For dinner, we mostly chose to eat at nearby restaurants, but we had dinner at the hotel three times, and each time the food was excellent. The meals were served as three courses plus dessert, and everything was delicious and well-prepared. The hotel also has a pool, gym, and wellness center, all of which are excellent, very clean, and well maintained. We also tried the massage service and were very satisfied with the experience. Additionally, every day from 4:00 to 5:00 pm the hotel served complimentary snacks (canapés and tea), which was a really nice touch, especially after coming back tired and hungry from skiing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in a great location.

01/06/2026: We had dinner at the restaurant. We ordered an appetizer and two main courses. And they were amazing. The night before, we had an excellent pizza. The staff was very friendly.

26/05/2026: We called to ask if the restaurant was open so we could come in for dinner, and we even booked a table for two. We arrived 20 minutes later with a 5-month-old baby, and were only offered a sandwich or toast. We simply wasted our time coming all the way there with a newborn. Shameful. If you don't work regularly, make it clear on the phone.

07/03/2026: We ordered pizza and turkey schnitzel with fries, it was very good. The pizzas are absolutely fantastic value for money, great for families 👍

02/02/2026: Stayed here in Jan, 26 for our family ski vacation in Dolomites. The hotel was not fully booked and being not too busy was a privilege, all stuff: reception, bar & servers were extremely helpful and attentive, which made our stay pleasant. Our apartment was huge, clean and comfortable, just the pillow were too thin, but I guess that's a preference. Breakfast can be richer in terms of variety and if the pool was warmer during our stay we could have used it. Overall we're happy and thankful to the whole team for their hospitality. Family's tip: the kids club is big enough to entertain 2 small children - our were 1 and 4 at the time of visit and they spend a lot of time there.

19/07/2025: Bellissimo e tradizionale rifugio circondato da un panorama mozzafiato. Ci si arriva dopo una piacevole passeggiata dal Passo San Pellegrino. Personale cortese, efficiente e organizzato che sa gestire in modo eccellente il notevole afflusso di persone. Ottima la qualità delle portate. All’interno c’è un piccolo “museo” di oggettistica del luogo e l’ambiente è molto curato. All’esterno c’è un’area giochi per bambini

18/07/2025: Location incantevole alla quale si giunge al termine di una piacevolissima (poco impegnativa) passeggiata tra le vette del Passo S.Pellegrino. La bellezza dei luoghi e la richiamata facilità del percorso “gustano” tuttavia l’atmosfera che risulta assai lontana dall’ auspicabile solitudine contemplativa montana. Il rifugio è difatti affollatissimo costringendo i gestori a lavorare, con affanno, suddividendo gli avventori in due turni. Sebbene ciò non incida sulla qualità dei piatti, risulta assolutamente compromessa la genuinità del servizio e completamente snaturata la funzione di “servizio” del rifugio, nato per offrire calore (anche umano) al pellegrino!

05/04/2026: Truly an exceptional place. It's easily accessible from numerous local itineraries and trails. The staff is also very friendly, and the portions are generous and delicious. A place we'll definitely be happy to return to!

07/02/2026: A lovely walk in the snow...not too strenuous during the day, the mountain hut is very pretty. It's a shame we were so cold inside during lunch, and the food (stew and polenta) wasn't great. The staff was very welcoming. I'll have to go back, I hope it goes better!

18/12/2025: A wonderful weekend, thanks in part to the hospitality of the Krone staff. It's very close to the center, and you can leave your car in the garage and explore Bressanone without a care in the world. Highly recommended restaurant.

12/12/2025: First time at this hotel, excellent central location in Bressanone. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. We dined at the hotel as we booked half board. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. A tip for those staying half board, as they offer a tasting menu. Offering typical local dishes is an alternative to the menu, as some guests may have allergies or dislike certain dishes. Overall

12/05/2026: A pleasant experience. I should start by saying that I had never tried any of the dishes, much less been to an Indian restaurant. Partly out of curiosity, partly out of necessity, we had lunch at this large restaurant, run entirely by the Singh family. I was truly impressed by the speed of service; despite being all Indian, they immediately understood our various requests and knew how to best interpret our Italian tastes. The various dishes featuring chicken and various spices were excellent; even the spiciest ones were truly tasty and satisfied even the most discerning palates. Special mention goes to the naan bread... delicious. The desserts were extraordinary.

26/07/2025: There were three of us at the restaurant, and we were absolutely delighted. For my starter, I had the cured trout – wonderfully tender and perfectly balanced in flavor. My main course was the kid goat, cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The recommended red wine was also an ideal complement. The service was attentive, the atmosphere pleasant – there really wasn't a single thing to complain about. We were all very satisfied and will gladly return.

20/07/2025: We stopped for an event. The food served was regional and very good. The view directly below the mountains is magnificent. We will definitely come back on our next trip to South Tyrol.
