02/09/2025: My wife and I have been going to Eggbauern for over 20 years. We're either on vacation in South Tyrol or eating here when passing through from Italy. Huge portions that are extremely good, and very reasonably priced. Child-friendly with several trampolines. However, the ambiance is rather rustic. But the food is really good.

27/08/2025: A cheeky, rude waitress tells us that it's not possible to have a glass of wine at one of the high tables in the evening (there are only five tables outside). Apparently, they don't need to make money. We won't be going here again.

25/08/2025: Outstanding in every respect. We had a couple of bottles of some Tyrolean Cab Sauvignon that was exceptional. The nettle dumplings were superb (I know, who would believe that) and the beef and pork were excellent. An A star restaurant

25/08/2025: Good ice cream. It's just that there's always one guy serving, not two, and sometimes it's a bit too much for him. This ice cream shop usually had two people at the counter.

01/08/2025: El restaurante es recomendado por Maso Botes, una casa de huéspedes donde siempre nos alojamos mientras visitamos la zona cada año. La posible experiencia ITive que tuvimos hace 2 años en La Casina nos hizo sentir que deberíamos darle una oportunidad de nuevo. Una vez más no estamos decepcionados. Elegimos uno de cada uno de los menús: la tradición, la naturaleza y la madera. No solo la presentación se ve atractiva, sino que también la comida sabe maravillosa. La joven chef usa ingredientes de los pies en la tierra, pero el sabor está más allá de su imaginación y usted está en el cielo. También estamos muy impresionados con el diseño de interiores. El interior está bellamente hecho con materiales naturales y un toque moderno. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante gourmet! Sin duda volveremos a comer aquí de nuevo si estamos de vuelta en esta región.

15/07/2025: Da molto tempo non scrivo una recensione, tuttavia, dopo aver visitato la casina domenica, decido di farlo. Passando per la zona abbiamo deciso di andare in questo ristorante, mentre ci avvicinavamo abbiamo dato uno sguardo in rete per capire cosa ci attendeva. Notiamo alcune recensioni negative piuttosto recenti, quasi ci fosse stato un cambio di stile e qualità. La nostra è la prima esperienza e - pur rispettando quanto scritto da chi si è trovato male ed essendo abituati abbastanza bene - non possiamo che definirla in termini molto positivi. Gli ingredienti sono eccellenti e trattati con grande cura e rispetto, i gusti decisi e ben definiti. Abbiamo preso due portate a testa e sono state tutte ottime e sufficienti a saziare anche il mio metabolismo che, avendo passato la giornata precedente in bicicletta tra i passi dolomitici, era abbastanza attivo. Personalmente mi è mancato un tocco fresco (tipo una grattata di limone del Garda) sulla polpettina iniziale, che però era un’entrée offerta, assieme ad altri prodotti del territorio molto interessanti. Pur conoscendo bene le produzioni della zona sono riuscito a scoprire alcune chicche “micro” che mi sono appuntato. Il servizio è stato impeccabile come l’accoglienza anche nei confronti del nostro cane. I ragazzi sono stati molto bravi anche a gestire l’arrivo della pioggia con la clientela praticamente tutta nel bellissimo dehors. Noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno ma in pochi minuti hanno trasferito tutti coloro che lo desideravano all’interno. I prezzo non sono proprio bassi, ma evidentemente ognuno deve fare i conti con il costo dei prodotti che acquista e dei servizi che offre, cercando un punto di equilibrio con le aspettative della clientela. In questo caso i clienti non mancano quindi direi che è tutto in regola. Se devo proprio cerare il pelo nell’uovo, conoscendo bene i prezzi, i ricarichi sulla carta dei vini sono un po’ pesanti e in alcuni casi la stessa bottiglia si potrebbe comprare dal produttore a un tiro di schioppo a 1/3 del prezzo. Soprattutto per far conoscere i vini del territorio si potrebbe limare qualcosa: punterei ancora di più sugli autoctoni trentini, anche minori: lagarino, groppello di Revò, negrara, pavana, peverella, ecc. sempre nell’ottica del farsi anche ambasciatori del terroir. In ogni caso complimenti!

25/07/2025: The family is extremely friendly, and the accommodation is comfortable and clean. I read the reviews and saw that people mentioned the pizzeria next to the hotel, which has nothing to do with the apartments but belongs to a different owner! So there's a lot of confusion—this isn't a review of Residence Mondschein Luna at all, but rather a pizzeria next to the residence called Pizzeria Ristorante Luna!

01/09/2025: The pizza is excellent and the service is fast... the staff is polite and the place is beautiful and clean. Having a real tablecloth and a cloth napkin is a big plus for me.

31/08/2025: I've dined at this place, never again. At the register, I was treated very rudely by an older man with glasses. I paid by POS, a transaction that went through properly, but when I returned my debit card, it was thrown on the counter. I asked for an explanation, and the gentleman gave me a half-hearted smile.

11/08/2025: The service from Mrs. Fabiola, who pampered us, her husband's cooking, and the cleanliness are the extra stars they deserve. If you're looking for tranquility, you've found the right place.

05/08/2025: Lunch break during a workday, for two. We didn't book, and they immediately told us there'd be a bit of a wait. After about ten minutes, they gave us a table, and then they left us there for 35 minutes, stopping by every now and then to say they'd come by to take our order. I asked when that would be, and they told me they'd told us it would be a while, that there's only one person in the kitchen, and they don't know what's still available. We decided to leave, and after I complained, they sternly told me it's written on the wall that reservations are required (so why did they sit us at the table?). A little more customer service and kindness would have been enough. 45 minutes and €3 for a bottle of water. There are better places to spend your time. I obviously can't say anything about the food. The staff is rude.

15/08/2025: The restaurant's hostess was extremely unfriendly and overly rude. Despite having a reservation, we as a family were not served, turned away, and treated rudely. Unfortunately, hospitality doesn't look like that.

31/07/2025: A typical restaurant, but also "atypical" in a certain sense. Go there knowing you'll only find one thing: trout, trout, and more trout. When the owner of the B&B "Mas dei Girardei" where we spent our vacation recommended it to us, I must admit I was a little skeptical. Then, since he kept recommending it, we decided to give it a try, and... thank goodness we did. They do serve trout, sure, but hats off, ladies and gentlemen, this is a top-notch restaurant! Trout are farmed right next to the restaurant, and that in itself is something you won't find easily. The menu includes a trout appetizer—smoked, marinated, and carpaccio—and two main courses: grilled trout and fried trout. There were two of us, so we decided to have all three courses, and we were absolutely delighted. The trout was delicious, in every variation offered. Personally, I love fried food—any kind—and those fried trout bites blew my mind. A must-visit if you're in the area, but it's also worth traveling a few extra kilometers to try their specialties.

25/06/2025: A simple but delicious trout menu. Great value for money. The only negative for my taste: too many salty spices on the grilled trout.

19/08/2025: We went to this restaurant tonight, the food wasn't bad but the bill was ridiculous... 96 euros for two first courses, a second course and a side dish... a grilled plate with very few vegetables for 19.50 euros, something to complain about... highly not recommended!!!

15/08/2025: Alpenhotel Panorama is in a perfect location for hiking, with unbeatable views that left us in awe. The facilities were spotless, and the staff—especially the waiters—were very friendly, though a few had some difficulty speaking Italian. The pasta was delicious and a clear highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the cotoletta didn’t quite live up to the high standard set by the rest of the experience.
