19/07/2024: Wir waren direkt zweimal hintereinander da, weil das Essen wirklich lecker ist. Pizza, Nudeln und Grillteller haben alle sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es kann allerdings recht laut dort werden wenn es sehr voll ist.

17/07/2024: The service is fast, professional and kind. More than half of the place is green. The playground for the little ones is an excellent solution. Pleasant evening, good food.

07/08/2024: Siamo stati a cena, la titolare ci sistemato nella stube, molto molto carina ed accogliente con foto e vecchi cimeli da riportarti indietro con gli anni! La cena escluso gli antipasti di formaggi, veramente da evitare, riso pino mugo e finferli decisamente indietro di cottura, fettuccine molto avanti con la cottura e ripassati in olio e funghi, prezzo decisamente alto, non ritornerò

21/08/2024: Inside the Sissi castle gardens with a fascinating view. Fast and courteous service with plentiful and good dishes. No place settings on the table. Excellent tagliolini with chanterelles and excellent cake with yogurt and strawberry.

16/08/2024: Rude and inattentive. After a nice walk there was a moment to refresh. I was in the queue behind two ladies at the counter, while other customers arrived and formed an alternative queue. First problem I noticed: a cloud of flies happily feasting on the cakes and strudel behind the glass of the counter. I then counted 5 service people, despite this I patiently waited for my turn for 5 minutes, and when it was time to be served the young lady turned first to the other customers who arrived after me. It should be noted that next to her there was a boy (evidently incapable of doing his job) who was watching his colleague work, and I am a 1.90 meter tall, 100kg half-closet, so not exactly invisible. Stay away from us.

15/08/2024: Nice mountain hut with the possibility to eat and see how they make cheese and milk. It's a shame there is little free space to picnic alone without buying food at the mountain hut

09/07/2024: Poco piatti ma da 10 e lode, rispecchiano la tradizione trentina, assolutamente consigliato per chi è di passaggio !! La proprietaria Sarda di una gentilezza unica e ti spiega nel dettaglio i piatti , adatto anche per intolleranti glutine, personale di sala molto gentile. Noi abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza la sera del 8 luglio 2024, temperatura perfetta di 18 gradi !!

27/06/2024: Pranzare sulla terrazza affacciata sul lago è stupendo. Piatti unici e dessert molto buoni. Prezzi un po' alti ma la qualità compresa. Servizio veloce e personale molto gentile

30/08/2024: A NIGHTMARE STAY DRIVEN BY RUDE Given that my family and I have been customers of the structure in question for 4 years and that with some of the staff such as Filippo, Ester, Alban and Paolo we have an idyllic, almost FAMILY relationship, thanks to their extreme professionalism and sense of hospitality. Like every year I booked a 7-night stay from 24 to 31 cm. On the 28th I was in the spa of the structure, when at the exit of the Turkish bath, where I stopped in shorts, sitting on the appropriate towel!!!! I was joined by a hotel guest who, in an arrogant and arrogant tone, ordered me to leave the spa because according to him my clothing was RESTRICTED!!! Once we reached the front desk, Mr. intervened. Daniele, head of the rooms at the Feldmilla, who, although not consulted as he was off duty, in casual clothes burst into the undersigned in a loud voice saying "THE LORD IS RIGHT!!" meaning my clothing was FORBIDDEN. Having pointed out to Mr Daniele that there was no ban and that in 4 years NO ONE had warned us from entering the spa in costume, Daniele took on a HIGHLY RUDE AND DEFINITIVELY LACK OF ANY PROFESSIONALISM tone, inviting the writer twice to leave the structure ... "if you don't like it you're in the wrong hotel CHECK OUT!!", all in the presence of two other employees!!! In order not to degrade the situation to the same level as those described above, I decided to contact the Director, who did nothing other than repeatedly repeat that my clothing WAS NOT FORBIDDEN but was careful not to intervene with the friendly customer, to explain that Daniele was wrong and that in the spa with the necessary precautions the swimsuit is tolerated. For the above and for a question of dignity and serenity, I found myself having to leave in disgust, the Feldmilla 2 nights early which the Director had the terrible taste of charging to the bill, despite one of his employees with enormous RUDE had urged me to leave Fedmilla EARLY!!!! Finally, I am obliged to draw attention to the behavior bordering on racism on the part of Mr. Daniele who during his excesses exclaimed "THEN THERE ARE THE USUAL ITALIANS WHO DO NOT WANT TO SEE OTHERS' BALLS AROUND THE SPA AND THE POOL, IN HOW MUCH RETROGRADES WHO ARE ANNOYED THAT THEIR CHILDREN SEE HOW HUMAN BEINGS ARE MADE!! AMAZING!!!! In all of this the top management of the DV chain is secretly hiding even though I have tried to reach them more than once!!!

28/03/2024: Friendly waiters. Dinner does not correspond to that of a 4S hotel, gluten-free alternatives very uncreative. The breakfast is also rather monotonous. The pool area is very small and some of the rooms are unkempt.

08/08/2024: 1. Everywhere is full of thoughtful and unique furnishings 2. The breakfast options are rich and the ingredients are fresh and good. Dinner provides 4-course meals and a salad bar, which is delicious and satisfying. 3. Service staff are attentive and professional

07/08/2024: Bravissimi! Vivi complimenti allo chef Aldo e ai suoi ragazzi per l’esperienza offerta. I piatti rispettano la stagionalità degli ingredienti e rispecchiano l’amore che questi ragazzi hanno per la cucina. Piatti di sostanza, eleganti e raffinati, soprattutto VERI che raccontano del territorio e della ricercatezza della materia prima… complimenti anche ai ragazzi in sala, gentili e premurosi. Non c’è un difetto. Bravi! Consigliatissimo.

30/06/2024: Terrible service. Never again. Owners one more surly than the other, so much so that you feel uncomfortable even ordering a simple bottle of water! Average food and pizza, but very expensive. In conclusion I will never go back again and I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Alle 11 di domenica mattina io ho preso uno spritz, non ha portato niente da mangiare nemmeno patatine, poi un minuto dopo vedo che porta due vini bianchi a un altro tavolo con crostini di pane con coppa... Allibita .. Cos è questa differenza? A me niente, che comunque é ora di aperitivo, tutti i clienti seguenti pane e affettato... Mai più!!!
