08/10/2025: Charging €6.40 for a tiny portion of white rice is simply outrageous. The service was rude and reacted irritably to any questions. Furthermore, the cheese on my dish was moldy, which is absolutely unacceptable! On top of that, we had to wait far too long, even though the restaurant was practically empty. Overall, very poor value for money – I certainly won't be back.

18/03/2026: Excellent service and excellent customer service. The chef's care in sourcing quality raw materials while keeping fair prices. I recommend those who are on business or passing through to stop by.

25/11/2025: There is thief’s in this hotel, who is stealing bags from the residences, i was checking out from the hotel, and during the process of the checking out someone from behind came and steal my wife bag, and run, and when i tried to inform the reception to open the cameras it turns there is no cameras in the reception, i think they didint put cameras intentionally so they can help theifs to steal from the people, because they even didint show me any type of care, or action. This is the worst hotel in italy, despite the location of it, but there is no safety at all in this hotel.

24/12/2025: I didn't stay in the hotel but in the restaurant and the food was very good.

18/12/2025: The building is old, and the room left much to be desired. It needs a makeover! There weren't even numbers on the room doors; we had to grope our way to find ours. I'll let the photos tell the story. Positives: the location and the parking (small, but available).

01/03/2026: Excellent local Italian restaurant The service is kind and warm, the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting The food is excellent The pizzas are excellent with a wide variety of toppings to choose from The pastas are very tasty and meticulously prepared A real surprise awaited us for dessert The tiramisu is simply amazing and the panna cotta is excellent. A place that is fun to return to again.

23/02/2026: Pizzeria Agnello is a place where you are welcomed with smiles and good mood. Larisa, the lady who runs the business is always at the customer's disposal with the best recommendations. The food is tasty and here we paid the lowest price. Don't look at the modest interior, hospitality and quality of food matter. Thank you Larisa and we wish you health to all the Romanians who were your guests!

03/03/2026: Very welcoming and clean atmosphere. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Pizza with various toppings. We were passing customers, but we appreciated the kind gift of two sorbets at the end of the meal, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

27/02/2026: Ci vado frequentemente e mi trovo bene, salvo inquinatori dell'aria, maleducati che fumano mentre la gente mangia. Purtroppo non esiste, come in Austria, il divieto di fumare, anche all'aperto, dove si mangia.

22/02/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ristorante & Pizzeria Stella Alpina in Bolzano is a great place for a truly Italian meal. The spaghetti was delicious – perfectly al dente, with a bold, well-seasoned sauce. The carbonara and the tomato and meat sauce were excellent. The pizza was crispy, fresh, made with very good ingredients and perfectly baked dough. The wine, served in carafe bottles, was also a pleasant addition, perfectly complementing the dinner. We walked in off the street with a group of 13 people. A seat was found for us, and the waiter quickly rearranged the tables, separating the children's and adults' tables. The staff's English was less good; they mixed up about two dishes, but they were still good 😀 A very successful visit – I definitely recommend it! 🇮🇹🍕🍝🍷

08/02/2026: Excellent location for visiting the fair, yet well-connected to the city center. Warm (winter) and comfortable rooms. Some furnishings are missing, but this may be due to the renovations currently underway. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Friendly management.
